This guy stressed the hell outta me yesterday... I was at Zenith bank side gowon estate when he requested and I drive that bad road to inside 412 road only for this guy to cancel the ride even after I'd waited for more than 5min.

He requested 5min after I'd driven out of the street again and I picked.

Na so i chat am up... He claim to be with his mum and younger bro and have moved away from the PUP.

I tried to locate them I couldn't na so I cancel
Lol. Be calming down

Na engine be motor, just make sure when you're buying gear is fine cos I rather have engine wahala than gear. If one can get a sound engine that you can vouch for the following:

1. Cylinder walls (no cracks)
2. Pistons & rings
3. Valves well adjusted
4. Good compression within the
cylinders.
5. Oil seal(s)

Even better, change gasket with oem before installing...this change is easier when done outside the engine bay.
Well for me o, na chasis be motor. Every other thing can be replaced and the condition of each will be factored in during negotiations. But compromised chasis is a death trap, I will never go near it, that's why I hate cars imported from Canada

Don't mind him... He's one of the hypocrite we have in this thread.

I post what I have and I give to people what I can give not what I don't have.

I shared it here when my power steering pump broke at elegushi and how my mechanic came all the way from apapa to resume me and then when my keys fell into guilter.

My question now is since when has a key that fell into water has to do with running cost?

You all know me I say it as it hot and as it is without any fear of intimation or nothing so anyone not comfortable with it should go and die.

Since I bought my car I can count the numbers of times my exhaust pipe has hit the ground,.. Readadream and others who know IB well can bare me withness... The roads we took while coming back from IB I've never seen such a road in my entire life ever b4. It is a road of no return and no turning back we where left with no other option but to go ahead. My Benz passed it like a catapiller. Ask Readadream na him self surprise na.

See anybody that wants to buy a C-class for Uber is welcome, the car is rugged, strong, parts are strong, and the performance is superb. Readadream will testify to those he's close to how offline go won kill am na... Just wait.

For client to call in the middle of the night to go pick his wife na beans?? The car will give you class, prestige and confidence not that thin call matrix
Oga feli you don dey overhype this car true true. My big daddy is 4 years now and I've not worked on the exhaust just once before. And I dey even run for offline so it's not about Benz or no Benz, it's more of making riders enjoy your ride and they will want you to drive them again. I still have one customer that drives 2019 land cruiser prado but calls me to come and use my lowly big daddy to come and carry him anytime he doesn't feel like driving. Just ogba to mm2 he gives me btw 7k and 10k, the day he's broke it's 5k.
By the way shey you come akowonjo today, I see one C200 purple color I think, I rolled down my window the guy just dey look me but as I no see dread I say no be felicity grin I just meuved

Now you see why I always say I only buy Tokunbo cars to use on Bolt especially when it's for rentals. Not just any tokunbo vehicle, good and solid ones.

By the time it gets to that level, I would have made my money and will sell it off.

If I'm the one driving myself then I can use any vehicle

Also it didn't take 5 minutes to get those posts. You only need to know what you're looking for and use the search button
I think 9ja used car that still has good chassis/frame and uncompromised electrical components is better than tokunbo. Just remove all the worn out parts and replace with OEM and you'll have your tokunbo standard at a cheaper rate

Who noticed it's more difficult to earn 10k in this business than to earn 20k? Like, you will drive from 8am to 1pm and yet your gross earning is 8700. But once you cross that 10k margin, you will not even know when you get to 20k and above undecided
The reason is that you start work during office hours and do more of short trips then by the time you hit 10k it's usually after office hours and longer trips start coming in. That's my opinion.

It works oh... But you have to be very sure the mechanic do it because I just found out my mechanic just collected the money without doing any work on the shocks I'd to take it myself to refill 2days ago and I can tell the difference now.

But one thing, make sure the shock rod is not bend provided it's still okay just gas it up.

They don't almost every where, jankara, ladipo, Trinity, oyingbo, alagutun, alimosho road at ipaja
Can a shock that it's oil has spilled all over it's body be refilled?

Thank God for u, experience is d best teacher. U will not say u haven't heard of the many terrible experiences of people on that road at night especially during times of construction and heavy traffic.
I can't remember wen last I passed that road both day and night since they started outer marina construction talkless of now that Eko bridge is blocked too.

Any Rider that doesn't agree for us to pass third mainland should request again.
I tried to use the road to frighten one rider going to surulere at night on indriver that for this price I will have to pass apongbon - eko bridge, thinking she would add money for me to pass a longer and safer route. The girl just said hope there's no traffic there, around 11pm. Mtcheww nobody tell me before I follow cater bridge.

If your car stopped in the middle of the road then you should call a towing service. Because a towing service will allow you to remove your car from the middle of the road and transport it to the garage or to your home. However, if you are looking for the best towing service in Vancouver then you can contact TTN Roadside Assistance.

Please, who has an idea of what's wrong with this 06 corrolla.

Didn't drive since Sunday. Today, I decided to go out around 6.30 am.
Drove like 2 Km away from the house. Suddenly, I noticed engine noise ( shekere noise (musical instrument) came louder, then the red engine light blinking.

Parked n switched car off. Waited a while, like 5 mins, then turned back home. After like 5 mins on my way home, same thing, change in engine noise, then blinking of engine light.

I'm home now. Just racking my head to know what the issue could be. (oil level is quite OK)
Red engine light or oil light. That sounds like oil issue.
It could be a malfunctioning oil pump, it could also be a blocked oil filter due to sludge. Don't drive it again without fixing

No no no all those car tag and driver badge have been abolished.
Its double taxation, why will I get drivers licence, Lasdri and driver tag again
Why will I do road worthiness, hackney permit and still do car badge again.
It was argued and the Governor cancelled those two.
But as for Lasdri and Hackney Permit, u will have to present them, if and if it is established u r doing ehailing. Even these two were paused but u know naija now, corruption and overzealous officers coupled with difficulty to get legal representation.
Good to hear

I think there's one they call body tag, you have to paste that on your car. They once arrested a driver who has the tag but didn't paste it, he paid a fine of 20k so I heard. The same amount someone who doesn't have the tag at all would pay so no difference.

You should have made a video immediately you were arrested to prove that there was no one way signage there. The little things we overlook can make big differences

People stop patronizing BOLT.

Some Bolt drivers have become CRIMINALS.

When you order a ride. Bolt shows the amount for the trip and a driver pops up. When the driver comes, and u tell him the amount bolt brought up, he starts complaining that the amount is TOO SMALL and that you should increase the money.

Some would keep complaining in the car for u to increase the money while telling u to end trip so that you both can run the trip outside Bolt. Like they want it to be a personal Order-And-Pay Ride without the knowledge of Bolt.

While some will end trip and say they are not going.

Infact right now, most of them are just using the Bolt platform to get passengers so they can run their personal business with you outside Bolt.

When did that start?

For some others, they would insist you should not pay to Bolt and that they want CASH. Most of us configure our apps for Bolt to take the payment from our credit card but these drivers are ready to fight with you if you choose that option. Like seriously, when did this one also start.

Some Bolt drivers have become CRIMINALS

I would make a comprehensive post on these and more and put on a thread to enter Front page for others to see and share their own experience and for the government to take notice off.

Some Bolt Drivers have become CRIMINALS that's why most of their drivers are not making money as such again because Bolt and Uber patronage has greatly declined.

I am thinking of forwarding this case to a Top Commissioner in Lagos state whom I recently met so that they can BAN BOLT operations for good especially now that they are banning OKADA riders.

I know alot of passengers have similar or far worse experiences with Bolt.

This daylight robbery has got to stop.

Mtcheww. See as this one just wasted my precious 2 minutes

.

By the way, that signage is not even well explained, what's is the meaning of "no entry from 3pm"? It's better said "no enter btw 3pm-12midnight" or so... Not no entry from 3pm... That's nonsensical... Then after 9/10pm you want to arrest me for what exactly??

There's only one 3pm in a day. Once it's past 12 midnight you're in the next day so it will no longer be regarded as one way. Police has stopped me there before at past 12, I told them it's not yet 3pm. After looking at me like zombies, I had to show them the time that we're in a new day. Dem leave me make I dey go, but the next driver wey no know anything go pay sara money
