Another story .. 1 of my guy dey do nursing . The wife dey do nursing too ... While going to nursing school he was importing trucks, Mack trucks dump trucks , heavy equipment.. This was early 2000 , he was doing well o ... This is during the time they were sand filling lekki area . It was a big project at that time, I had dump trucks too. I was buying from him ........

Omo once my guy finish his nursing school and pass his exams .. He lamented his certificate on the wall of his house..... I say no to slavery by working 2 jobs ..... Can't come and kill myself and work myself to death o. Work will always be there .. Once person drop dead from working 2 or more jobs.. Life continues and you will be easily replace.......

Most of the big companies and corporations are here. It's a no brainer that most people would come to Lagos for positions in those places.

But, I don't think migrants coming from other states are to blame for the terrible state of things in Lagos. The vast majority of blame goes to the government. They make so much from taxes and do not channel this money back to keep up with developmental and planning. If there are good roads, electricity, good traffic management, upgrade of slums, it will go a long way.

Let's take a cue from China. Beijing is an example of how you manage spaces and properly expand. They came from the very bottom to where they are today but corruption has eaten deep into our brains. My brother, let's not derail the thread. Just that we live and work in this city. It's painful sometimes when you just can't leave your house for work, business or pleasure because of one environmental issue or the other.

To everyone that this has happened to, I insist that if u have troubles, like missed trip, flash trip or pressing phone and trip refuses to pick, blame it on ur phone and network. Not Bolt.
If u want to be truthful to urself these things also happen at times when there is no bonus to chop. It's just coincidence because Bolt always gives bonus 80% of the times throughout the year so it's also bound to happen when u r pursuing bonus.

Well, I never experienced the cheat on bonus sha. It has never happened to me.
Maybe you had declined or rejected or cancelled some others prior to that which must have reduced your percentage drastically.
If this wasn't the case, then maybe something is wrong somewhere, cos I never experienced any single cheat from bolt concerning the BONUS stuff.

I have succeeded in cancelling two of orchid requests, I know it's not their faults the road is in a deplorable condition.
But let us all be feeling the heat, maybe we'll get sense One day.
Assuming they are not too comfortable with the condition of the road as residents it won't get this bad, a lot estates springing up on that axis yet no road.
Developers will be telling client it's opposite Chevron bla bla just to sell market yet no road, I know if it continues maybe they will tag those responsible so something can be done

My brother people are wicked and lack conscience in this country. The man I helped to put off fire in his car in PH years ago promised to replaced it the next day, 3days after I saw him hustling with the same car that the entire fuse box, MAF and other components was burnt. Other days I saw him driving pass without even coming to say oh please oh at least give a reason.

I just SMH and chuckled.

Just that I can't stand and watch somebody else's car burning without doing anything about it when I've an extinguisher in my trunk, if not doing good for some people is not worth it.

I later spent about 3k+ replacing that extinguisher... D tin pain me

Today that I'm off from work, make I hustle from 1 pm to 11Pm, last trip going to Chevron and hoping to meet up with bolt bonus conditions, so that I can start coming home since road for don free

It happened that 2 run girls I carry go one club for Ikoyi, changed destination to Chevron, as I was coming, I began to perceive the odour of a burnt rubber, asked these girls if they also perceive it, they said 'no', then I saw something like smoke because it was already to 11PM by then I was already on Awolowo road before that falomo roundabout.

Na so I parked and open door going towards my bonnet. Guess what I saw. Car was on fire around the headlight by the passenger side.

I wasn't aware that my attention was being called to the fire before I entered that Awolowo road because my windows were up.

immediately I saw the fire my mind just cut as no get fire extinguisher but I have 5 liter of water in my booth. Brought out the water and emptied it on the fire, by then I've quickly opened my bonnet. The fire no gree die even with the use of one of those small size extinguisher.


I thank God because one of the people telling me my car was on fire was a lady in security uniform and as she saw that we were trying to extinguish the fire, she quickly brought a bigger size of the fire extinguisher and quench the fire finally.

Imagine this had happened in a deserted area with no one to help. Person for rost inside car or loose the car to the fire.

It’s tricky, with the way things are going I guess Atiku might win the election. He’s bringing Wike onboard as Vice President thereby dividing the South East Votes further with Peter Obi as well and he’s going to win major states in the north and that leave Tinubu with South West Vote and probably some states in the north.
