How does that relate?

You are selling something and you are providing service that involves endangering your life this period, so tell me where the correlation is...

He risked his life by coming out to open his shop and also risked his investment from being destroyed or looted by hoodlums. You see now?

What a stupid opportunist, that's so absurd mehn.

12.5kg that shouldn't be more than 3k.

You see why we are our problems, if that person is giving government office now, he will hoard anything only to sell at times like this and call it business...
Truth be told, he has not broken any law. It's the same way drivers are charging 10k for where they would normally go for 3k. Everybody's got to charge for the risk they're taking

His power steering hose has a serious leak,(he was very aware b4 the journey.
It began to heat and bring out little smoke.
We parked to fill it up but it drained out almost immediately. I pointed this out to him.
He checked it.
He called someone (probably a mechanic) who u think said nothing serious could happen if he kept driving.
Until another car user mentioned fire....I just jumped out without thinking.
They tried to.use extinguisher and sand buy the space of the burn kept coming back till they gave up

Thank God the driver's carelessness didn't claim any life. Welcome back sir

We can only compare with all things being equal, but they're not. , Bottom line is.. they make good income, better than most office jobs. They also have nasty riders (with L sign sha compared to lasgidi own grin)

In response to that Twitter story of the guy that escaped car hijackers abi na kidnappers we go call am... Only God knows... I sympathise with that driver and for that reason I'd like to give every driver using tinted glasses an advice. The earlier you remove that tint on your glasses the better for you. Bad tins always happens behind the dark.

Also, to those that are taking their rides to Nigeria "love-vendor my ride shops" stop it! [/b]You're exposing yourselves and making yourself attractive to car hijackers. Let your car appear simple and neat. Look good and dress neatly. You no need all those e fe si.

If you were having this kind of review on indriver, then you shouldn't be having problems with Uber/Bolt riders and nothing would shake your ratings on their app. Or do you switch character when you are on bolt or uber?
Indriver riders are mostly happy because they already know how much they're paying, fear of the unknown (price) seems to always put unnecessary tension on bolt riders and this makes them unstable

No i didn't work today. I joined the protest to End SARz in my hood. Besides the whole Lagos was blocked yesterday and today. It doesn't make sense to me working, I didn't want to incure losses.
Thanks. I won't think of working tomorrow too, till there's no more protest

NAH true u talk, No be lie my brother. The kind peach of mind I enjoy on INdriver is priceless. Its more like you are 90% in control of your business. You choose your trips, you guide and watch ur rating, you offer ur fare, I even go further in negotiatiNG with considerate rider when there is traffic. I can't remember the last time I went to those mumu places that used to damage my car. My trips has been Lekki, V.I, Ikoyi, Surulere, Yaba and ikeja. My savings has doubled by 100%.
Did you work today? It's only indriver I'm using now so I'm scared of traffic cuz of the protests

With all due respect this kind talk dey tire me. The service you're rendering is driving them from point a to point b and not doing kaya work. I am not here trying to justify anything, but you when get load, if you no put hand, then I ain't touching nothing. The least I'll do is to open boot for you.
That's just it.
1. I must be in the mood to help
2. The loads must be many that you can't carry everything at once or very big that you can't lift alone
3. You must have carried some or have attempted to lift.

You cannot just stand like THE boss and expect me to start carrying your stuffs, sorry I'm not getting paid for that

Thanks brother, I'm getting the loan from a relative with no interest. I just need to pay back on time in other not to misuse the opportunity given to me. I'm open for relocation, I have friends I can stay with for a short period of time both in lag and abj. The teaching job is tiring and the pay is poor.
If your mind is already made up on doing ehailing you don't have to relocate. I have someone in ibadan that is doing quite alright and he started last month. I can give you his number maybe he can hint you on how much he nets in a week then from there you can decide on the taking the loan or not. In my opinion, working in Ibadan is better than Lagos because drivers work with ease there, no lastma and local govt touts wahala, one way palava, traffic and all the stress we face here in lag, plus you already know the terrain

Hello Comrades,

Please we have been searching for a Pilot named HYBRID and I think I have seen his post here often times. He has been declared missing since last week Friday night after this last post on a Whatsapp group that we both belong to.

"Pls oo I carry some guys go Igbo elerin, from cele express, we plan to go home, but can't again, we don cater table with cat fish, powerhouse, all drinks, I have told them its 12min night we can't go because of curfew again, they say they will get a room in hotel for me to sleep, just in case anything happen to me ooo, that's their no+2347087901941. Na some Igbo guy that just came to Lagos, they pay 8k to & from cele express to Igbo elerin. Pls note guy. Thanks"

Please if anyone has any information to how we can locate him, please kindly contact through this medium

Let help safe a life.
This is serious, I will advise you guys report this case to the police ASAP instead of calling the number so that you won't give them heads up that the guy left a trace. I pray and hope he's still alive and living

The same way you are reasoning why there is protest after dissolving is the same way i am reasoning why some people are still being harrased and extorted even right after the dissolving (not talking of those killed while protesting)
By SARS? shocked

Answer the question if the question the young man asked if also running through your veins and mind.
My comment has to do with your illustration which translates to government passing the same judgement over and over again, yes they've been banning them but this time they dissolved them. That's what I tried to point out.
P.S. I'm not against the protests in anyway, I'm just trying to understand the reason behind EndSARS protests after SARS has been dissolved

Any ride on Indriver that you still use AC for this lockdown season, such driver needs brain resetting ọ. Most riders nọ even send if you stay the whole day in traffic. And they will not add shishi to your fare. My style has been, no AC. In fact, I dey stop engine once the traffic is getting to standstill level!

BTW, rides to Island should be given second thought. If possible, go home go sleep ọ. Traffic everywhwre
That's your opinion, the same way another driver will say you people that wind down and sweat like Christmas fowl under scorching sun need brain resetting. When you're alone in the car do you wind down? Why do so when you're getting paid and inconvenient yourself in the process all in the name of suffering your rider. Believe me the very little extra fuel you're saving is not worth the stress. Your interior will also get dirty lol

Let's start from here. A particular body keeps collecting money from you as a driver. They do this by harassing you. They keep collecting half of your daily money. You complained, the state government asked them to stop but they didn't. You complained again and the sate government asked them to stop again. They refuse and this continues for like 5 times. But they kept collecting your money and harassing and beating you. Then the government ask them to stop the 6th time, what will you do?
Dissolved not banned. Dissolved as in sars ended abi no be so?

Was thinking towards data science/analysis, the reason for the excel bible 2019. I know the horizon is broad but let me get comfortable with the python language first. Videos are okay but don't know why I prefer books.
I prefer ebooks too. If you can master c# then python will be easier (my opinion). I started from c++ then decided to take up c#, I later abandoned it because I got too many ebooks with different approaches that got me confused and later disinterested.
