hammerF: Igbo and Yoruba are two parallel line that can never meet.
An kind of arrangement involving Igbo and Yoruba on the same side will be seen by us Igbo as the perfect opportunity to ally with the HausaFulani and help dem finish everything pushing south from the middle-belt. Yorubas are not forming any unity with you flat-heads. It cant be possible. Stay on your lane while we stay on ours. |

Tell them what you want the machine to do and they will come up with solutions. Unfortunately, most of them operate below the surface. There is one I came about recently with contracts with the UN for the supply of engineering solutions in subsaharan Africa but yet has limited online presence . I know we have many intelligent Yoruba guys there, just that this Worthless, useless, foolish E-bowl monkies wont allow us here word because of this little things they have |

scholes0: Their gullible clueless American diaspora who are descendants of their first wave of civil war asylum seekers go all over internet pages to spew trash about Yorubas but Yoruba don't even see them all their hateful asses, and we keep soaring above their wildest Imaginations... they keep wondering how do these people do it? They then start saying Yorubas are propaganda experts forgetting that they are the only group of Africans that constantly feel the need to show their worth to people who would have observed it themselves if they were actually worth the salt. Excellent writeup! They are a very bitter people. This bitterness did not start after or during the civil war but before then. This bitterness in them is what i see everday. Very wicked and bitter people i tell you. They do everything in their life just to compete with us. Do you know that Awolowo's free education did no go well with the eastern region 60 years ago? They only pretend they like Yorubas but deep down, they dont. I as a Yoruba detest them with passion. I dont even hide it. In fact i do say it to their face. Gej regime should tell you who they truly are and how they feel about us. And when that jonathan lost the election nko? They blamed Yoruba and call us betrayals. They are a worthless and useless people. |

IbosEnvyYorubas: They've simply resorted to trolling because they don't know how to combat Yoruba's prowess in business. The truth og the matter is, Ibos have low business acumen. Ignore the Nigerian standard. Business to ibos means importing fake goods from china and selling it in a 2x2 corner shop.
Don't mind them.
This is why we can't let this thread die. They are not industrious. Innoson is what is making them beat chest here and i dont know what the man has innovated. See they way he is copying mercedes product. If Nigeria separate, i wonder how their country will grow because they dont innovate but copy. America is the world largest economy because they are known for innovation. We Yorubas must follow this pattern. Not everything is about making fast money. When we leave Nigeria, everthing must be about creating new things or method. |

MadamT: So, why don't you use the same method to find out "Afonjas' manufacturing list and what they produce"?
Even a mostly quiet observer like myself have noted the many many things posted here that Yorubas produce and manufacture, yet, to save face, some of you are still asking them to show you, when they have a million times already!
Anyway, I just logged on to say well done to one of my favourite posters on this board Laudate and all who have done a fantastic job with facts and figures to debunk many fallacies usually perpetuated by some Igbos on here. Well done all! This is what we have been saying. Yoruba people have posted many products that they produce, but yet, this Igbos are still asking same question. One even posted a tractor that is produce by a Yoruba man. They have been beaten black and blue and they dont know how to leave they thread. They are a deluded bunch. Igbos are not the most industrious tribe!!! They are all lies! |

louqas: Whoever told you Democracy is the best form of government. This is democracy , a game of numbers. What is the population of Oke Ogun? 2/3rd of Oyo state voting population is in ibadan. That is not to say oke ogun don't have the right to produce governor but in this system majority have the way while minority their say. Two states readily come to mind with similar situation as yours, they are Kogi and benue states. In Kogi state the igalas are the majority and have been marginalizing other tribes so also is benue where the tivs use their numerical strength to dominate the state........ bottom line is you can complain from now till eternity and nothing will change your separating oke ogun from oduduwa will only increase suffering of your people . The eddiot is one of those Yorubas that shout "One Nigeria". He did not open this thread to cry marginalization |

I live with a pure saki indigene as my flat mate and everyday we pray for ODUDUWA republic...also i live in kano...yet we feel like second class citizens amidst those fanatics...I just pray the curse of afonja will not happen to you with the way you are going with all sincerity...you are a disgrace to the yoruba race! IboEnvyYorubas: Yoruba
Founded with the main objective of manufacturing superior quality hygiene products, Wemy Industries Limited is the foremost indigenous and pioneer manufacturer of baby diaper in Nigeria.
Incorporated as a Private Liability Company on October 25, 1978 under the Companies Decree 1968, Wemy Industries Limited is situated at Alapere-Ketu, Lagos where it owns an ultra-modern manufacturing complex.
Our brands are Dr Browns and Nightingale which comprises Baby care, Feminine care and Adult care. We have grown from a mono product company to a company that manufactures and trades over 15 product lines with coverage in the entire federation of Nigeria. http://wemydrbrowns.com/company-profile/ Wow! I thought they said Yoruba dont produce anything. This shows that Igbos are not the "most industrious" people like they claim. We also have our own industries. This is eye opening. Kudos to laudate, okway and co. |

Tayonic: Why are you contradicting yourself? You said Oke Ogun is marginalised and not allowed to have a Governor, yet you said nobody can win an election in Oyo state without Oke Ogun people. Why can't Oke Ogun just present a candidate and just use that influence and voting strength to ride him to office? Dont mind the guy. He is one of those "One Nigeria" eddiots we have in our land. Too bad that Nigeria will split and he will be alive to witness it. Oloribu somebody! |

redcurry: reading some comments online from some Yorubas and their arguments, sometimes keep me wandering why they are still supporting and ready to die for a deadlock project like Nigeria.with God on our sides,we ve everything to succeed and more better off.maybe there is more to it sha,cos I just don't understand why pple will prefer to stay in an abusive and love less marriage like Nigeria's You are an intelligent omoluabi and i like you for that. I myself do not know why some of our people think this way. Even the old ones keep on insisting on "One Nigeria". These old ones are the reason why we are still in Nigeria. Assuming they had left the country during their youth, things would have been better today. The most annoying thing is when i hear some Yoruba youths shouting "One Nigeria" all over the place. These people dont know they are repeating their father's mistakes. This country cannot develop. Not in a million yearsI am happy we have some youths like you. It is high time we leave this country so our children will not pass through the terrible system of this country |
