@bmanbaba
I dont think you should have a problem at poe because ur story is just like mine but just make sure you notify the embassy of your intent because i was asked for that at the poe.

@Bach angel
I was told that by the doctors office cause I have been in contact with them since may,we have been sending mails back and forth and as such they are considering me as one of their old patients before the new fees and would use that as an advantage for me so I can pay the same old quote...i believe what you were told stands for new patients just talking to them now...although u calling d hospital direct would give you the new quote.
u can try the st Marys hospital...i fink one of the doctors at bestobgyn@gmail.com doctors office is affliated with them...don't knw his name just Google it.

@delvy
hi am a silent reader that contributes once in a while,u gave me a heartattack when I saw that new jersey quote, because that's the hospital I intend using.
I made alot of calls ur right but when I called the doctors office,that's bestobgyn@gmail.com, they insisted I stick to the previous bill sent to me which is the 6550 for vd,I called twice sef to confirm and the lady I spoke to said that amount is ridiculous and was laughing that I shouldn't worry and stick to d old quote.
but I decided to search further so am not caught unawares got some hospitals like saint Marys which is 4000 for vd and 5000 for cs not inclusive of epidural,Dr's fee n paeditrician.
st Joseph vd 7861 cs 10961.
sorry for the long story.

congrats on ur successful Poe, am headed to jersey too buh planning on using jfk as Poe. ..why don't you try Dr Patel, his affliated with trinitas hospital...dat is if his not far from you...after negotiations I fink he charges 2000 but d hospital fee was d reason I opted out which is about 6000dollars....the hospital is at Elizabeth, while Dr patels office is around Northwood on linden avenue...i visited d doc for checkup last time I was in d us,mat dis year to be precise n heard his really gud.

Hello all,am new to this forum,have read both part within two days because i really find this forum very informative.i was very confused as to whether to declare that i want to go and give birth at the poe or i should simply say vacation...tank God i came across this forum when i was surfing d net. Any November mum in the house enroute to jersey.
i applied for a visiting visa for a family vacation in feb...durin d interview i was asked if i was pregnant...i said no cos i wasnt..i was granted d visa...a mnth later i got preggers....i visited the us in may wif ma family as intended just came back lastweek...i intend to go back to deliver in october...now my question,just a little confused if i should send d letter of notification of intent...cos according to d thread some fink its neccessary while others think its not, den secondly wat exactly does the budget breakdwn mean..i ve been seeing alot of that in the thread.
SoRry my story is plenty for a first timer...my apologies.
