Have you gotten one and if yes what was your jod duties. What it peculiar to the unit your in in the agency or it was a general job duty as a tax official?

I have questions while i await ITA hopefully....
1) when i was much younger my mum used my stepdad lastname to apply for us visa for me, i got d visa and used it a couple of times to us and also to uk, all this was before i was 18yrs old.
When i was older i did an affidavit of change of name to my real name. I also mention it wheneva i fill all these embassy forms dat i ve at some point used another name.
My confusion is if i should also mention it for the canny runs and would an affidavit pass for evidence of change of name...
Note: i dont have newspaper publication for the initial change and the only passport i have in that name has only my uk visa in it,the previous trips to us is not there as the passport got burnt in a fire incident... I have an affidavit to that effect listing the passport as one of the lost documents.
2) my current passport is in my maiden name... Do i have to get a new one with my marital name for canada. I use this passport for us and dubai travels with the family.
3) @dupsychoo please can i get a copy of your loe... Pleaseeeeeeee
4) i am claiming points for working at lagos state internal revenue service. Should it be under personal or government?

Just collected my ielts eor, they increased my writing result to 7.0 from 6.5,so my current crs score is 472 from 415.awaiting ITA... By Gods grace

congrats to the ITA collectors, seriously hoping for mine. @dupsyshoo,@boldinc @vcole and everybody, I got a mail from IELTS saying they have remarked and increased my band score last week friday but I cant pick my TRF till tomorrow, am soo pained. They didn't even indicate what they scored me and I have no idea how to check so I have to wait. Imagine if they told me what I scored I for just update my mark and reach 472 from 415, I for just collect ITA too yesterday, but God dey sha, I gallantly wait for my ITA in next draw by God's grace. keep the fire burning guys, and you all are doing great with all the wealth of information on here.

I am married, a tax officer with bsc n masters n I am 29years old....dunno why but that's what I calculated. Wes evaluation done as well and I am the principal applicant. I have 7years work experience.

omo I tap into this blessing o...my score was LSRW 8.5 7.5 7 6.5....which gvs me a score of 415. I ve asked for a remark, if they can gimme 7 instead of 6.5, my score wud rise to 472...praying seriously they do..its been 3weeeks nau. Fingers crossed.

For those who are missing out due to low score in one section of IELTS (Specifically, writing or speaking), I will advise you go for the option of remarking.

My younger sis just got her writing score changed from 6.0 to 7.0 after about 10 weeks. Her revised score is now 8.0,7.5,7.5,7 in LRSW. She felt they will not increase her score by 1 whole band but I advised her to go for it. Thank God!! She got it changed to the score she needed.
I am so excited as I can now help my sis with the whole process.

Lol... U funny, try St. Mary's hospital in new Jersey... It's 4k every every inclusive except doctors fee.. Had LOL ystday yet to get all d break down before I post... Not sure if Epidural is part of it Sha but I guess if it's not then it's not more than 500.. Will post price wen am done. Good luck

If I hear say this your jamb question no hard eh. If you have a scale, weigh whatever bag you want to check in for baby so it will be weighing 10kg. You can use any type of bag as far as it's not more than 10kg.

Yaaaay counting down to end dis wonderful missionary journey n head on home,miss my dh and son,9ja passport processed and gotten in a day,us passport processed on Wednesday and received by mail todsy,also got ss Today,hospital sent zero balance...paid 4000dols for hosp bill n 1500 for doc,zero bal also done,did lab test,dats pap smear, hiv test n hep b at 36wks all cost 200dollars and change called dem shaparly n ended up paying 67dollars and change...yet to receive epidural bill,have asked hosp n doc if i get billed for paed but dey all dont know even the pead doesnt knw...pls who do i contact 4 epidural bill...aside from dat me n ma lo are waiting to port in 2wks time

If you are sure you will be traveling by 1St week December, den change your ticket and proceed to the passport agency. Or I learnt you can book a dummy ticket ( booking without payment) .

That's what I did it's not like anyone called the airline to verify

@ justwise.. I wasn't trying to promote any hospital as I have no business with them but only for d fact dat we are trying to get affordable or gud deals...

I mean it's worth considering if hospital A collects 8900 as bill while hospital B collects 3800..

Bear in mind that both hospital A AND B are in same location.
