I know the guarantor's house and office

She resumed work yesterday after the Christmas break. Around 10:23am, she sent me text she's not feeling fine and needed to go home for treatment.

Being the head of her department,I told her to hold on till I get the office, which she did. When I arrived, I told her to go the hospital she is using as her HMO but she insisted on going home so she was permitted to go.

I instructed my secretary to call to check up on her which she did and discovered she traveled via night bus to the East, Anambra State particularly. I then called her 3 times without her picking up the calls. Put a call accross to her guarantor who informed me they are on their way to Anambra. The guarantor was surprised she didn't inform me of their journey which was slated for this morning (31st December).

The matter has been reported at the police station.

She left with a total of 3.6M in possession.


What other action will you advise me to take?

Don't tar the road o.
Except the house owners there are ready to contribute towards the project else don't do it.
This level of toxicity from them should make you avoid them and even make your fence higher and with security barb wire on it.
Man I hate jealous and noisy neighbors.
Don't hesitant to invite the police anytime any of those busy bodies neighbors overstep their boundaries.

So God blessed me and I decided to get a land in a developing area of the city.

To the Glory of God, my house was completed within 3 months. From foundation to roof and furnishing.


There was a day I was returning from work only to find an empty bottle of L&Z yorghort at my gate, after trashing it, I politely asked my neighbors if it was mistakenly thrown there. That's all!

Boom! The wife jumped out with a loud voice that they too will complete their house and fence it the way I did mine so that all these rubbish will be over. The husband was trying to calm her down but it all fell on deaf ears. The husband later came to apologise. That her statement left me dumbfounded.
Lo and behold, it was their son who threw it out there.
