Deflover swears by his Volume Spread Analysis (VSA). He may have a more condensed way of looking at the concept in his book.
That said, those interested in learning volume spread analysis, the hard way, can do a simple search on libgen for books related to the topic. Problem with books sha is that it takes a long time to master it. Some concepts might not be understood or used for several months after you read the book. You will also discover that some concepts are not useful to the way you want to trade the market. Ideally, always look at free resources first and be sure the system is right for you before you look at paying money to anybody. No book will solve trading psychology problems - it can only show you the way. The only thing i fit talk be say try and trade only one coin or max two coins for the sake of your peace of mind.

Trading under the shadow of smart money won't solve it
It's more complicated than u think
You will need to subscribe to their plug ins which cost about $150 per month
So those looking for free things may not get it as cheap as I give mine
But all in all

His stop loss is wide enough to account for fluctuations. If btc is bearish today, i highly doubt it crosses 19.2k . A stop loss of 1 atr on the daily, is usually wide enough provided that your entry is good. Your entry being good, means entry at resistance level if shorting or entry at support area if longing. His entry fulfills good entry qualification,it remains to be seen if the market will be bearish.
