It is ok. That has been confirmed. I've called their office again and the people responding don't even have the details. They have asked that I call back in a few mins for them to confirm.

A cousin called me few days ago to check that site for her. At the time, the links to apply for the various positions were not yet implemented. I went to the main Immigration site and called a number I found there and I was told to discard the site. I'm shocked to see this here on Nairaland.

That page with less that 2000 likes can't be the official immigration page.

With the right protective costume, one can easily go through unhurt. If those are poisonous (of which I think they are), then you may not even save yourself going through that. Getting help may be your best bet.

I would prefer to be optimistic. I love this project and I believe it's being handled by professionals/experts.
At worst, govt (which is a stakeholder in this) would be compelled to build a wall to protect the other islands if they are threatened.

I read some wrong information about GTBank cards not working for Int'l transactions and I decided to make some transactions quickly before other banks join to implement the same policy but I decided to actually try with the GT card before trying another bank card. I was able to pay with the GTB card at N320 per dollar. I was shocked at the low exchange rate and I quickly made another transaction which was also at the same rate. Later on the week I confirmed that the rate is officially so after the CBN intervention. The transactions were of very little amounts, maybe there are some higher amounts that may be rejected. I've used it about a week ago on arvixe.com and namecheap.com

So he can continue to draw salary without work (as a ghost worker) even up to 2019.

How do you arrive at this type of conclusion. Two private entertainment organizations decide to sponsor a candidate and get publicity in the process and you attribute it to the State Govt? Even when the sponsors are clearly indicated on the bill board?
