Not true. Landlord should bear full cost of all installation. Tenants can only pay extra for upgrades of already existing infrastructure. Like if a tenant decides that he wants to install DSTV instead of the general cable TV installed by the landlord for tenants.
Or if they decide to install new remote control gate instead of the manual one installed by the landlord.
Tenants can However pay the fee after discussing with the land lord how they would get back their money. Mostly through a reduction or even cancellation of rent for a certain length of time.
Land lord should know that grading road and maintainance of the area helps boost the marketability of their property.
In naija, who has money, property, job, is always the one dictating how the rest should live. And we have been living that way for so long, we the people have embraced it as truth.

You must know that marriage is more complicated than dating. Unless you plan to continue life as though you we're still single (This brings unhappiness and stress in your home as your wife married you to be with you not to just bear your name) Marriage requires a lot of patience and sacrifices. You should take this time to pursue dreams, start projects and plan your future.
Spend time doing what you love to do, thank God you are settled to a degree. This will give you room to worry less while planning your life.

Epidural is not used in every hospital. It requires the service of specialy trained medical personnel to administer it and it is not given just anyhow. Not all hospitals can boast of it's availability as an option in their services.
Depending on the stage a woman's labour has gotten, she may be denied epidural. Plus not all women qualify for it health wise.

Its just like saying because you can get some injection to numb pain during bone setting, it means the patient should not complain of pain. Or because you can be given anaesthetic during a surgery, it means the body would not feel the pain after the meds wear off.
Child birth goes beyond the contractions a woman feels. After a tooth extraction, you can be pumped full of meds to help with pain relief but a mother is not given so much mmeds for pain cos she has a baby to breast feed and care for. A new mom is limited in what she can or can not do.

Look at it this way, just because a man has been ordained by God to toil and labour for his food does it mean if you go out to carry bricks and dig very huge canal, your wife should not appreciate the effort you put into supporting the family? Should a woman shiw no understanding to her man because he hit hard times and can not provide for her as nature and religion intends him to do?
She should say oh well, God ordained it that way and your physiology and morphology was tailored that way so do not expect a medal! Yes a woman's body is created to nurture a baby, and birth it, but there are risks involved and even though the body was built that way, nature so.etimes does not let the body do what it was built to do. Body was built to birth healthy strong babies but not all babies born are healthy and strong, nature was built to form a beautiful baby but sometimes, birth defects occurs.
Nature was designed that the body heals it's self but we all know that the journey to getting healed can be tough and even life threatening for some.
So my dear sir that nature was designed in a certain way, doesnt mean it is smooth sailing to that destination.
Pregnancy is quite different from woman to woman. Some go through it smoothly while some face hard times and some others even pay with their lives. it is a shame some men try to disregard the efforts our women put into creating a family for us.
She is carrying your baby, the least you can do is support her.
