Take d serra on empty stomach. First thing in d morning and last at night (or 2 hrs after meal). 1 cap twice daily. U can increase if u like, its herbal so no overdose. I wish u luck sis.

Dat sounds like me. Pls try herbal tampons (guifei bao or clean point tampon), u can also add fohow garlic if u can not tolerate d raw garlic, Cut or reduce carbohydrates and sugar. Other mamas will add to ds. Goodluck

(Testimony- (no be Bfp. That one is still coming by His grace). My Dh lost his job and Company apartment last two weeks. We had been having issues with how the company is run. No clear policy, discipline or direction. Its a family owned Company run by the family members. The devil and the company thought they hv rendered us jobless and homeless for March. But my people, God gave us another better job and apartment exactly a week later. They both came on a platter of gold. Dh had been applying and going for interviews cos we ourselves wanted to leave the former job. The company kept thinking we would come n beg them. They sent threat letters for us to sign hoping we will plead for more time to pack out of the house. Hmm. For where. Me n Dh did not sign the nonsense letter or call them for anything. God did not allow us to be disgraced. Instead, He disgraced those that thought they will disgrace us. They heard of our new job and apartment from their employees. Within this same March! As in I cried this weekend just thinking of how merciful and faithful this God is. He raised helpers for us that went out of their way to help us. I prayed for these helpers in my closet with tears in my eyes n asked God to make us help ppl more in an even greater dimension.May His Name continually be praised!)

Also go with someone as i went with my hubby cos i couldnt drive afterwards. But the serrapeptase, castor oil massages as well as the chinese teas i took really helped. I continued with the serrapeptase even after the flushing.

I am here to testify of Gods goodness towards me and my family. I have bn married for 7plus years and been trying ttc since. God removed shame from me and made the woman with doctors diagnosis of bilateral tubal blockage, fibroid, and cyst to be preggy.
WIDD:
1. July - Dec 2015, i was on serrapeptase 120,000iu, wobenzyme, two Chinese herbs, dong quanon, folic acid, castor oil massage till ovulation, then i started monitoring my ovulation using wonfo strips and clearblue digital, womens bestfriend and i commenced with pregnitude when when womens bestfriend finished.
One of our sista blessed me with clean point during that period and i used it.some mucousy thing came out.
2. I stopped using serrapeptase and wobenzyme cos i ran out.
3. Went back to my gynae and we started the flushing. Did two rounds in dec, two in dec.
4. Jan 2016, i joined my womens fellowship in my church to embark on a 21days fasting. This helped me tpo loose abt 5-6kgs and i commenced serrapeptase again.
5. In feb, i was placed on clomid cd2-6, 100mg and hcg trigger shot. It was bfn and i didnt like the fact that my vjay was dry during those period.
6. Read up on soy iso,and i used it from cd 3-9 - 200mg each day same time in the morning from 18th -24th feb. I was also monitoring my folicles at mecure. I went on cd 11 26th of feb and i took hcg on my thigh 10,000iu on sat 27th feb . I also used robitusin and red raspberry tablet.
6. I started testing 2wks after and it was faint positive . Went to mecure to collect my beta hcg result and it read eleven thousands plus at 26dpo. Did abdominal scan yesterday and sac was seen.
This can only happen be God, pls help me praise the Lord who took reproach away from my life. I pray that he will grant all my sisters here with bfp in Jesus name. I have learnt so much from every one here.thnks my e-sisters.

(1) Pls I always have a serious pains during my mensuration very severe one and vomiting.
(2) I secrete milk from breast when am neither pregnant nor lactating which I complain to my doctor but he says is normal cos my hubby do play with it. Pls advise God bless you

God will deliver us from ds doctors ooooo. I don't think its normal to secret milk from d breast wen u are not pregnant or breastfeeding a child. Other mamas will answer on wat u can do. Good luck
