They accuse him of not arming the boys, which he is doing but frustrated by some neocolonial powers

Now he is trying to encourage indigenous weapons production, they are still opposing him.

These internal colonial masters won't rest until GEJ is out which is impossible.

If GEJ had such lofty ideas why did he not implement them?
Why was he carrying money around the world looking for weapons to buy when he could have invested it in making this dream a reality?
Or have you forgotten so soon the botched arms-procuring incident that brought embarassment to the nation??
