The more I mention, the more I keep remembering more. Childhood was fun

There are quite a number of right/wrong believes we grew up with from childhood.
During my childhood days, I believed that:

-Someone afar is mentioning my name whenever I sneeze.

-One of my spoons will get missing whenever I kill a wall-gecko.

-Each time I loose a tooth, I'll have to dance round the house and throw the tooth on the rooftop in order for my tooth to regrow.

-Placing thread on my head will make my hiccups go.

-Chekeleke (egret bird) gives those white spots (leukonychia) on our fingernails. We always sing "chekeleke gimme one beta finger" whenever we see the birds flying.

Some of us still keep such weird or fetish believes till now.
