Shame on you. Why expose your wife in public? You don't understand the meaning of your marriage vow |
madapcmod:please tell them, I was in lagos when Tinubu was governor, his tenure was a disaster. Roads were bad, infact living in lagos then was hell. They were local government chairmen who during their term will steal without any development but once Tinubu approved their re-election that was it, they will win. Area boys were the order of the day, Tinubu was so power crazy that he had to approve everyone seeking re-election. Imagine what will happen once he becomes president, his company will now be processing tax on a national level, Every governor and political office holder must seek his approval before they can be elected, area boys will go international. Corruption will be the order of the day. Tinubu will be disgraced during the election, it's just months away. |
Timmi:The office of the president is different from what you have said. You can have a good team then have a bad leader, the team will fail and then blame the leader. Every election focuses on the man, the presidential candidate for a reason. What Nigerians are looking at is the leader and not the team for now. After the election, then the vetting of the team will start. |
First time in history Tinubu is learning that you can't throw money at every problem. APC would have won the election if he had allowed Osinbajo to run. Imagine Osinbajo, Atiku and Peter Obi running? The race would have been between Peter Obi and Osinbajo. But Tinubu's greed robbed us of having the best candidate from APC and he worsen his case with the dreaded muslim-muslim ticket which every sane politician (even Buhari) saw as a suicide mission. He will have his date with history come next year during the election. |
Moh247:You can't support APC without sounding stupid. Just listen to yourself. Imagine if Atiku or Peter Obi made a statement like that? They will lose their supporters immediately. |
MeaslesMumpsRub:The question is how will it be tackled? Even the layman on the street knows it has to be tackled from both ends, the question is how? Reclassifying the question is another way of saying you don't have any idea how it can be tackled. Tinubu was my governor for 8 years, he succeeded by throwing money at every problem. Not every problem can be solved with money and he seems to be finding that out now. Atiku tried it for years and still couldn't win. |
Nigeria is the craziest country I know,. President is ending his tenure and still in campaign mode "I will" all the nuclear power plants will be useless because the Disco are still rejecting power despite the small amount being generated, why will they not reject more power then? We have office of the president not paying power bill Ministries not paying power bill Police, Military all owning billions in light bills Disco then only sending power to high paying customers and leaving large part of the country in darkness despite having the means to accept power to send to them. SHORT TERM The solution to Nigeria's power problem is simple "GOVERNMENT SHOULD PAY FOR POWER" Cancel the whole Goodluck Jonathan stupid privatisation and pay whatever compensation their lawsuit will bring. Create a better system of distribution and force everyone to use Prepaid "including the office of the president" LONG TERM Cancel fuel subsidy and replace it with power subsidy, meaning everyone gets power for free. "it will be far cheaper than fuel subsidy cost and you are sure labor will never protest it because everyone stands to benefit" Pull funds from the excess crude account and establish a 200MW power station in each states. Lagos and all states close to the coastal area will use wind power. Oil rich states will focus on gas turbine the north on dams. 200 x 36 = 7,200 MW then ensure that the total preinstalled 18,000 MW is repaired and everything is working. We can establish 25,000 MW in 2 years. That is how the developed countries developed. We celebrate mediocracy here in Nigeria. Look at the presidential candidates and you will weep for this country. |
obailala:A run off will favour Obi, because it will be between Obi and Atiku. The states that Tinubu got will be taken by either of the candidates and we know who will eventually win those states. Remember that the youths have number on their side and election is a game of numbers. |
INDOMIE9090:The problem is that after you deactivate this nairaland account in 2023, you will still sneak and open another one with a different email. So no need. |
seunmsg:How? Someone who plans to diversify the economy is taking about triple oil production. He also plans to remove fuel subsidy (Hahaha! Goodluck) No president can remove fuel subsidy, it is a fallacy and one of those promise that can't be achieved. I read most of the manifestos and weep for Nigeria. Vote Peter Obi |
Realist12:Are you really serious? Still blaming PDP even at this stage. APC campaigned using insecurity, telling Nigerians to vote them into power if they want kidnapping to stop. 8 years after they are still blaming PDP for the presence state of affairs. Grow up Dude!!!!! |
NEXT LEVEL SCAM - APC |
Someone was in power and you campaigned for people to vote you into power because you felt the current person in power is clueless. Then students tired of ASUU strike decided to vote you into power to solve the mess, now 7 years into your tenure, you have even made the previous situation worse and still blaming the previous administration? I am a bit confused, then why were you voted into power? |
Jagabanofafrica:I am happy people who think like you are in the minority, election is a game of numbers. APC failed in previous elections because they had candidates that couldn't pull the numbers in every region. Then Buhari came along and was smart to pick a Redeem member as his vice, that alone pulled millions of Christian votes + the usual APC vote. Now I wonder how they plan to survive without that Christian block vote. I just don't get it. Every politician in the past avoided the muslim-muslim ticket because it would only end in tears. You need everything in your favour and religious and ethnic sentiments to win a presidential election in Nigeria for the first time. It is difficult task, ask Buhari, Atiku, Ribadu. Goodluck was able to achieve it because he was already a sitting president |
How can electric shock naked someone? 9ja I hail ooo |
APC next level agenda |
SHINJA:Christians are not weak, the issue is that our religion preaches tolerance and being peace makers |
NaughtyBrainiac:Story Story. If PDP wins, IPOB, etc will stop their agitation because PDP has always been their party and they will see themselves as included in Government. On the other hand, I guess the Oduduwa republic will then start their own agitation after the APC loss. Now we are going to have. PDP (Northern President) 8 years - Oduduwa republic wants its own country and IPOB will calm down. then PDP loses and, APC (Northern President) 8 years - IPOB now wants Biafra and Odudwa republic will calm down. Then the process will repeat until Yoruba learn to stop calling Igbos wailers and Igbos learn to support the yorubas and the two can then work together, then the process will stop. |
The only winners were the delegates, those who cashed out from Tinubu. If primaries are a means to share money and collect votes. Then they are the only winners. Ask politicians who after sharing money to win their primaries and then lost in the main election. How they feel after? They regretted every dollar spent on delegates during the primaries |
if you claim majority of voters will side with an APC' Muslim-Muslim ticket which returns presidency to the south and reject a Muslim-Christian ticket which keeps the presidency to the north for another eight years. Then based on your argument, it also means majority of voters will side with an APC' muslim-christain ticket which returns presidency to the south and reject a Muslim-Christian ticket which keeps the presidency to the north for another eight years. What is Tinubi afraid of? Why is he afraid of selecting a Northern Christian? You know the answer already. You can buy out delegates but the masses across the entire length of the country, that's a different ball game. Many Nigerians are ethnic driven, as long as power will remain in their ethnic zone they will even vote for their enemy. Jonathan won because he got the support of the Igbos, Yorubas but lost in the north. Buhari won because he got the support of the north, Yorubas but lost in the East |
I am a bit relaxed and happy now, I am from the east and honestly okay with any of these candidates winning. Atiku, Tinubu, or Obi. Anyone other than Buhari is fine by me. Let's make Nigeria great again. Let the best man win #Atiku #Tinubu #Obi Each of them has their strengths and weaknesses but despite all, they will all make good presidents. |
Flier:Peter Obi might not even get 1 million votes. Core Igbos are PDP die-hards, the Labour party can't sell in the east. PDP will sweep, Rivers, Abia, Imo, Akwa Ibom, Calabar, Bayelsa, Delta hands down |
searchlight:My prediction: APC will field a northern candidate and Atiku will win, next 4 years they will then decide to field a southerner, and Atiku will still win. After PDP's 8 years, PDP will zone it to the south and field a southern candidate, APC will then counter by fielding a northern candidate and APC will win. The cycle will continue. We warned about this in 2015 and 2019, but you all called us wailers. The south has just handed the presidency to the north for life. Now if PDP fields a southerner, APC will field a northerner, if APC fields a southerner, PDP will field a northerner. This is true democracy. Nothing to cry about. |
OBIGS:I stayed in Lagos during his 8-years tenure. He isn't the messiah, nothing to use as an achievement except BRT |
When you were governor of Lagos, why didn't you bring prosperity to all lagosians? |
It is crypto-related. The same thing happened to my friend. Just walk into the bank and demand you want to close the account. Insist that your account is clean and you no longer want to bank with them again. After enough shouting, they will close the account and ask you to bring another account to which funds will be transferred to. I know three people that have used this technique and all had their accounts closed and funds transferred to the account you will provide. |
When he was governor of Lagos, potholes, and bad roads were the order of the day, fixing roads was a burden for him. Back then I couldn't understand why he didn't seem to care. He only concentrated on Victoria island, I lost interest in Tinubu then and am definitely not interested now. If the infrastructure of Lagos was difficult for him to manage how the hell can he manage it at the national level? The sooner people learn not to put their trust in the arm of flesh, the better we will be. |
Very funny... The power plant will produce 300 Megawatts and then send it to the DisCos, DisCos will reject 250 Megawatts due to limited handling capacity. Very funny country |
Moneyboyz:Then learn how to trade and don't buy a coin when it pumps 10% |

callmetoniaa:if football is luck then it means any random country can win the world cup? Just a throw of the dice and the winner is decided. Then why hasn't india won the world cup yet? |
