I was in Lagos when Thieeeefnubu was Governor and Akerele Bucknor was the deputy Governor.

The structures you have in marina were all there before he took over, the bridges the military built were there.

In fact Thieeeefnubu messed up Lagos under his watch, Obalende was a no go area, you jump molue while it's moving and the queue extended to ikoyi cemetery.

Oshodi was a den of thieves and criminals, on several occasions my Aunt gold earrings were snatched while in oshodi traffic from her ear.

SHORT TERM
The solution to Nigeria's power problem is simple "GOVERNMENT SHOULD PAY FOR POWER"
Cancel the whole Goodluck Jonathan stupid privatisation and pay whatever compensation their lawsuit will bring.
Create a better system of distribution and force everyone to use Prepaid "including the office of the president"

LONG TERM
Cancel fuel subsidy and replace it with power subsidy, meaning everyone gets power for free. "it will be far cheaper
than fuel subsidy cost and you are sure labor will never protest it because everyone stands to benefit"
Pull funds from the excess crude account and establish a 200MW power station in each states.
Lagos and all states close to the coastal area will use wind power.
Oil rich states will focus on gas turbine
the north on dams.
200 x 36 = 7,200 MW
then ensure that the total preinstalled 18,000 MW is repaired and everything is working.
We can establish 25,000 MW in 2 years.
That is how the developed countries developed. We celebrate mediocracy here in Nigeria.
Look at the presidential candidates and you will weep for this country.

Realistically it's going to be a herculean task, but we hope and pray Obi grabs 25% of votes in just the right number of northern states. Cos I'm not exactly sure I understand how runoff elections work, but a runoff doesnt seem like it would be favourable for the Obi project.

A run off will favour Obi, because it will be between Obi and Atiku.
The states that Tinubu got will be taken by either of the candidates and we know who will eventually win those states.
Remember that the youths have number on their side and election is a game of numbers.
