PoliticsBest Solution To Stop Election Rigging by denitro(op): 5:59pm On Sep 02, 2010
SIMPLE SOLUTION.
Investigations should be started into activities of INEC Resident Electoral Commissioner, Presiding Officers in states where election results were overturned and
thoses found quilty of collecting bribes should be given jail time.
IMMEDIATE RESULT
New INEC Resident Electoral Commissioner, INEC Presiding Officers will fully know that taking money from politicans or party or Governors can put them in prison.
WHAT WILL HAPPEN IN AN ADVANCE COUNTRY
A lot of Resident Electoral Commissioner, INEC Presiding Officers in Calabar, Delta etc will all be in prison now, because it was clear they were the ones who helped facilitate rigging under their watch.

Please give a solution,

wesley80 -  A political party is only as powerful as you allow it to be, if pdp is that powerful as you claim why can't they win in lagos.
Nigeria needs a leader that can produce change be it in 3 moths or 4 years. With every passing day, my confidence in
Jonathan diminishes. When Jonathan visited Lagos, I saw a glimpse of the Obasanjo era - The traffic, the suffering on the
road, it was hell. Jonathan needs to wake up.

We all are missing the point,
IBB is not the issue here, we need to concentrate our attention on the POSTER.
If IBB is starting to make sense to him, then it means there is a problem with the POSTER.
He seems to have a climate of illusion hanging over his head and as a result is
CONFUSED.
Poster I will advise you to see a medical practitioner, IBB starting to make sense to
you might be a symptom of one of the FOLLOWING ILLNESS
1. Malaria
2. Hunger
3. Typoid
4. Poverty

You need help and you need it fast.
NB: I heard that untreated malaria for a long time can mess with one's head,

I believe his selection is a good things,
2 things can happen,

1. He will excel in his job and lift nigerian football to a higher height
2. He could repeat his feat in Egypt 09 and get fired.

Whichever direction he fate chooses for him, it will always work out well for us nigerians.
Siasia chapter will either be closed or
He might just be the messiah,

exciting days ahead,

What will happen to the aircraft in flight when caught in a storm and adequate sunlight blocked out, ?

SUCCESS IS A FUNCTION OF = ATTRIBUTE + RESULT.
SOME PEOPLE ARE JUST INTERESTED IN ATTRIBUTE AND NOT INTERESTED IN RESULT.
GEJ SHOULD PRODUCE SOME RESULT FAST IF HE WANTS TO GIVE US A GLIMPSE OF WHAT WE CAN EXPECT AFTER 2011.

IT IS POSSIBLE TO HAVE A SUCCESSFUL PRESIDENT WHO HAS NO ATTRIBUTE BUT PRODUCES RESULT.
E.G BILL CLINTON,
BILL CLINTON HAD NO MORALS - SLEPT WITH HIS SECRETARY, BROUGHT love-peddlers INTO THE WHITE HOUSE.
  BUT PRODUCED RESULT,
TO THE AVERAGE AMERICANS, HE WAS A SUCCESSFUL PRESIDENT
IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO HAVE A SUCCESSFUL PRESIDENT WHO HAS ALL THE ATTRIBUTE BUT PRODUCES NO RESULT
E.G GEORGE BUSH,
GEORGE BUSH WAS STRICT, STRAIGHT, MORALLY GUIDED MAN.
BUT, BUT, HIS 2 TERMS WERE A DISASTER.
PEOPLE ROOTING FOR GEJ - SHOULD DO SOME SOUL SEARCHING, I WANT HIM TO DELIVER POWER BEFORE I CAN TRUST HIM
PEOPLE ROOTING FOR BUHARI - ATTRIBUTES OR RESULT (I WOULDN'T WANT A PRESIDENT WHO WILL SPEND HIS 4 YEARS CHASING CRIMINALS
                                                  WHILE I SLEEP IN DARKNESS.

PEOPLE ROOTING FOR IBB - ARE YOU CRAZY (YOU SHOULD BE DEPORTED)
GEJ, BUHARI, NUHU, DUKE CAN ALL DELIVER BUT THEY NEED TO UNDERSTAND WHAT IT TAKES TO BE SUCCESSFUL.
AND THAT IS THAT

My prayer for Siasia is that after all this MONEY, he delivers,
because if not, he will be making the biggest mistake of his life.
Why not tow the line of the Ghana Serbian Coach.
Start by taking a moderate salary then when you are indispensably, LAW OF DEMAND AND SUPPLY WILL IMMEDIATE
TAKE PLACE.
At the moment, Ghanaian Serbian Coach salary is not up to $100,000, last time I checked,
It was increased to $66,000,
Siasia should walk with caution.

Sometimes I' am suprised when I hear from people like yourself who don't understand the type of a country Nigeria is. Incase you don't know it yet get it now.

Nigeria is a type of a country where only people like IBB rules. Your next president is IBB you don't have to do anything about it to happen. His presidential bid is not in futility. This is not a country for the orderly.

The card is good, but you have to be aware of shop merchant that accept international cc,
The issue you will have while trying to buy stuff with a Nigerian credit card is
- blacklisted ip
- Trying to buy stuffs using a US shipping address
- Trying to buy stuffs in a shop that doesn't ship worldwide
The list is endless, The odds are stacked against you,
I recommend the following tips, After placing an order, use your Nigerian no to call the store and
then have the order status checked and then replace the order by phone if necessary, (This will increase your success
rate by at least 70%)
Get a list of shops that other Nigerians have successfully shipping from,

CultureRe: Do Dogs Actually See Ghosts? by denitro(m): 1:03pm On Aug 01, 2010
Actually there is no tangible proof that dogs are seeing spirits or that spirits even exist. So to answer this with a definitve YES would be wrong. The simple fact is no one knows for sure. It is true that dogs have better senses than humans and can also see and hear in spectrums that we can't. But it is an assumption or your personal beleif if you think that your dog is barking at a ghost.

In real life people mistake natural or man-made things with something paranormal all the time. It's called paradolia. So it would only make sense that dogs are capable of doing the same thing but to a much higher degree with their broader senses and lower intelligence. So odds are they are barking at something that isn't a spirit but since you can't see it or hear you assume it's a spirit.

What if it's a sound you can't hear? A humming from your DVD player or an animal outside. It could be anything really when you think about it. Until we are able to communicate with animals we'll never really know what dogs are seeing and/or hearing.

I live in ghana,   A cylinder of gas cost Ghc 9, which is like 900 Naira.
I live in a self contained and pay Ghc 15 a month - which is like 1500 Naira for 24 hours X 30 days.

Car TalkRe: How Can I Economize My Eod Fuel Consumption. Its Killing Me by denitro(m): 12:06am On Jul 26, 2010
Tips:
• It takes more fuel to restart the engine than let it idle: This was true when inefficient carburetors metered fuel use, but modern fuel injection means that you save fuel by turning the engine off. But don't shut the engine off at every stoplight or when you're waiting in line. That can wear out your starter and slow other drivers, irritating them and leading to wasted fuel in every vehicle.

• Vehicles need to warm up before you drive: Electronic engine controls mean a modern vehicle is running at or near maximum efficiency as soon as you start it. Warming up the car for a few minutes just wastes fuel.

• Fuel consumption increases significantly over about 90 km/h. At 110 km/h your car uses up to 25 per cent more fuel than it would cruising at 90 km/h. If your car is fitted with cruise control, using it during highway driving will help to maintain a steadier speed, which will save fuel.
