You are a professional at what you do. Your constant updates is excellent. You are highly recommended. Thank you.

Note: @DENNIS3D did a fantastic job building the carcass.

Glad to have real professionals working on this project.

Hajji M.

OH wow... I didn't even know it was money121 that roofed this. Lol. Small world. Thanks Money 121 for a job well done. The client sent me the pictures. It's nice to see that a building we started from foundation to roofing Carcass.

Thanks Oga Hajj Mufutau55. You have been there from the day 1 prior to the start up of the foundation works. Thanks. I appreciate.

We were able to complete the oversite concrete works today. We equally have ordered blocks and they are delivered immediately as the works on foundation were going on. We are starting the block forming asap after wetting the concrete for 3hrs this morning...

ArcToyin:
Well done Engineer.

Keep up the good work.

To the question posted, since he is still going to do over site conc, definitely the foundation can still be use. There is always a way to convert existing foundation to a new different floor plan.

It is possible to convert an existing foundation to suite your new plan of the changes or adjustments to what you want is not too big or different from the existing.

I have done that before through design though.

Today is the D Day.
Oversite concrete works ongoing.

Decking work update from here

Good evening all

Update

We are hopefully rounding up all the filling work here today...

HossanaHeights:
I can see that the windows are EBM, that is why the cost is that high.
How many window units?

The plastering is very cool.

Well done!

Yeah, the window heights are about 2.8meters and the curtain walls are about 5.8meters

Good morning Viewers.
More photo shots from this site.
Windows are already been constructed.
Windows here costed about 6m... Direct client funding.

Let me show you a bit of how our staircase is...
What do you think about it.

What do you think about our Plastering finishes?

We have equally started preparing for the ground floor works, lintel works, decking beams as well... Even while we are still at the foundation stage.

We don't wait till we get to the bridge before we cross it. We prepare far ahead. That's planning.

This is to increase efficiency at all times and reduce pressure from the iron benders from rushing the detailing if all are to go concurrently.

Good evening Dear followers.
We are glad to bring to your notice that we are resuming this site come the new week we are entering.

So stay tuned with us...
