15m when we did it last year. But I can tell you categorically that this amount can't do what we did last year anymore. That includes fence, security and Gen House and main building.

We are setting out the grids.
To enable us excavate the top soil.

In this estate they don't allow anything like semi Detached houses. It must be fully Detached or nothing.

With time, I will be sharing some houses being built here. They are really massive.

He is the same developer we did the semi Detached 6 Bedroom at Osapa there.

Here in this estate. Burns Boy's house is here.
Manchester United Igalo house is just a plot away from this one am working on.

Currently, redesigning the site plan and adjusting the building a bit with some modifications on ground as client demands...

A Few things to note.
We are changing the entrance position of the building from right to left because of the existing drive away.

Then we are mirroring the building to face the new entrance and adjusting some other thing which I will highlight in the course of this thread.

Good morning.
We have bought a total of 150Kg of Filax or Sponge at 2000 per kg, and 100 Bags of pop cement at 6000 per bag with 15 Buckets of paints, 3 top bond Buckets of 10kg each at 17K and other items as well like boards, glass, scaffolding items, nails, oil, etc


This was just for a start, we are hoping to make more purchases.

Second decking was 390K the Caster man charged for this purpose.

This is reason why I love my team.
This is my carpenter assisting the electrician with their light point works.

For the Second Decking...

We used 295 bags of Cement.
2.5 tons of 16mm
3.5 tons of 12mm
1 Ton of 10mm
4 roles of binding wire
2.5 Trips of granite of 30 Tons each.
2.5 Trips of Sharp Sand or 30 Tons each.
Marine board 80 Pieces
1x12x12 - 150 pieces
4 Bags of Nail.
And so on.
Bamboo lengths 380 Pieces

We casted 90% of work on the casting day and finished the remaining 10% of the next day.
