Good morning Viewers, we are going to be doing alot of concrete work on this site today. Nov starting from the front shade of the pent house.

I will show that in 3D and in construction now.

We should be around 23m now or so.

That's because we did the main construction when things were not so high as of today o. To this same structure this way now up to this stage will cost more than this...

We are in 40.5m already so far...

Secondly, we are mainly into design and construction, however, we can only recommend you to properly agents whom a few of our clients have bought from before, you contact them directly.

In other words, we don't secure land (purchasing) land for clients.

We should be starting the decking of this piece month end.

And finally I was able to make it down here from Lagos today to check up on my team here. And am really pleased with everything they are doing here. This is one of the many reason why I always stick with my team because communication which is a major factor in building and project delivery is key.

Below are some life pictures from site today. Nov 17th 2021. Note the first picture is just the building plastered. Not screeded yet. The neatness in the job can be likened to the time it took the workers to carefully deliver this piece.

Bogije, Lagos: 120k for drilling with pump, installation and profit

It’s also called Borehole.

I did a couple of borehole around Ibeju Lekki - Eleko axis between 120 - 140k this year while I drilled a borehole in 2013 with 500k and we got no water

I did shallow borehole in Lekki for less that amount sef. So different terrain for different reasons for the varying cost.

Always refer to geological survey, if you doubt the competency of your borehole driller.

In the case of Enugu. The geological survey has it at 200 - 210meters that we will see water.

And guess what, we saw water at exactly 200m.

This thread on dennis3d. his client spent 2.4m for borehole at enugu....enugu is Very tough place to get water....same for some places in Anambra like my town..

My village house anambra spent almost 1,6m to get water.....very tough terrain ...aba 210, anambra 1,6....if you don't trust people on ground or have an idea...one would think something is off..lol

This is a fact. We dug 650fit. That's over 200 meters. Pls let them visit the thread because seeing is believing.

The roof Gutter construction and pent terrace shades are ongoing. This is over 40fit above the ground. Kudos to my team for their efforts.

The Word Carcass as used in my context and as far as this discussion is concerned is. Building from foundation roofing.

It covers the following...
- Foundation
- Ground Floor
- Decking
- First Floor
- Concrete Facial
- Roofing.
- MEP piping as well.

This is where my Carcass stops.

Anything outside this I regard as finishing stage in my dictionary...

Very Important because we keep record and track of all our projects. Which in turn helps in projection of future projects and developments.

Reason why when we do a quote. It's gonna be realistic enough as a projection.

We are simultaneously screeding both the ceiling pop and the walls... The picture below is showing after the ceiling is screeded.

Mind you, we haven't painted yet.
Wall screeding to follow soon, after we are done with the entire ceilings of the first floor...
