I need your technical assistance. My Microsoft office word is not working fine. It refused to open. My intention is to remove it from my computer and re-install a new one. BUT I tried to remove the Microsoft office via CONTROL PANEL but it doesn't work.
Can I have your advice on alternative to do this or how to correct this anomaly.

Pls i need help. While trying to look for a software in a friend flash drive, i mistakenly install a software dat has deny me access to my laptop since last night. What i notice is dat immediatly i install d software, my laptop shutdown & restart. After restarting it pop out a page askin me to insert username & password. D page is like d one used in cybercafe to sell airtime. My friend said he didn't know d administrator password & i've tried using safemode to uninstall it but after starting up, it will stil bring up d page. D name on d page is GOCYBETIX client timer version 2.2.8. All i need is how to remove it from my laptop. Thanks
That is called DoS (denial of service) attack. You have 2 options- either reinstall your OS or get a technician to disinfect with the aid of boot cd.

Hackers use this type of attack to claim ransom from peeps that have critical information on their systems, I'm sure they are just testing it on you. I'll advise you to take the 2nd option because your files would still be intact after thorough cleansing.

Go to start-control panel-Clock,Language and region-change display language-keyboard & Languages- click on change keyboards and select English(UK) from the drop down list.

Click Apply and OK. That should do it,unless you have specifically installed a German OS.

Dont be deceived,the videos out there are nothing to write home about. All you need the are the TFIN 50 and 52 for the Associate Certification.However, you will not understand a thing from the four pdfs if you dont have an SAP IDES instance running.

All the official SAP materials are meant to complement instructor-led presentations. If you read through them you'd see that they are mostly steps and customization processes that are supposed to be used for practical purposes.

So, I'll advise you stop looking for videos and and start hands-on IDES customization. Goodluck!
