When I connect it to the org's port in the morn, so many sites wont open, even NL. Now am on my IZAP but i cant continue using it because i have to be online all day.

These are restricted sites on your Organization's network. There's something called Access Control Lists,they are used to block specific IP traffic on a company's network. You admin rights doesn't really do much, it's just for you to work on your PC.

I used to have vista business on my dell laptop as well until I upgraded to Windows 7 ultimate. Everything that M$ got wrong on vista were corrected on Win 7.If you can just try and upgrade to win 7,it would make your life easier. You wont lose any of your files but you are always advised to backup.
