paulade18: This government is so desperate to commission anything in the name of achievement. Very soon, they will be entering people's private properties and forcibly commandeering private borehole projects, private school projects etc and label them APC's projects all in a vain effort to rise up to Reno Omokri's challenge for them to name a single project which buhari initiated and completed within the last 3 years.
See Painment....
Abeg go back to twitter and tell your fake and identity thief twitter pastor that PMB just commissioned the water projects past administrations, his otueke boss and the worthless PDP abandond for 21 years.
FG commissions 21 year-old abandoned Sabke dam, other water projects
A 21 year-old abandoned government's owned Sabke Dam was among the three dams completed, commissioned and handed to Katsina state government on Monday for onward management and usage for water supply and irrigation.
Sabke Dam was initiated by President Muhammadu Buhari in 1998 when he was in charge of Petroleum Trust Fund (PTF) but could not be completed and left to rot not until last year when it was re-awarded for completion.
Bane2020: LOL clown, which Nigeria is succeeding? Travel out of your hovel and actually see countries that are succeeding, and these are countries that don't have 1/10th of the resources your useless Nigeria has, yet are miles better. Ode oshi

Relax. I was talking about Nigeria, not about ipobs and ipob terrorists..
Your hatred, anger, bitterness and anti-Nigerian sentiments don't move me, not even a million lies and fake ipob news.
Blue3k: Why not post a full article about the project. You might get front page. Its pretty interesting story considering this was his project he came back to complete 20 years later.
Blue3k: The federal government is doing great handing ocer these projects and assets to states. The president also agreed to handover National stadium to Lagos. The next few things on his to do list is to concession the airports and raillines. This is good step towards efficiency.
A great step in the right direction.
They need hand over the National Arts Theater too. The wonderful property is sinking, badly managed and underutilized.
godunia: This news is fake , what you see in circulation was intended to mock this administration. The Honourable Minister of Water Resources Engr Suleiman H Adamu FNSE commissioned Mashi, Sabke /Dutsi Water scheme yesterday and was accompanied by Lai Muhammad, that picture was one of the taps connected to the plants. See pictures from the events
Good find.
Truth trumps evil always, they cannot win or defeat us with lies, fake news, and propaganda.
To all the LAZY Nigerian youths, ipobs, frustrated, disgruntled, bitter and anti-Nigerian elements, your lies and blog site fabrications, distortions and deceptions can not derail our progress

Power supply: Fashola to commission new giant transformers in Kaduna
The Minister of Works, Power and Housing, Mr Babatunde Raji Fashola is set to commission two installed Mega Volt-Amps (MVA) and Kilovolt Amps (KVA) giant transformers as part of the government efforts in addressing power outage in the country in Kaduna next month (June). This was disclosed by the Managing Director, Transmission Company of Nigeria (TCN), Usman Muhammad Gur after the inspection of the power projects in Kaduna on Sunday..
He said the transformer installation project was parts of efforts to quit redundancy in the power transmission, assuring, that, the textile industry in Kaduna, which became moribund due to the inadequate power supply will soon bounce back.
‘In fact, a Chinese company that produces electrode will soon come to Nigeria, because we have assured them of constant power. Not only that, all the companies that ran to Ghana and other African countries will soon prefer to do business in Nigeria.”
anibirelawal: Imagine PMB spending just $5.8 billion on 3050MW in the spate of 3 years, just imagine if it was PMB handling such huge amount of $16 billion as at then, can you possibly imagine what will be of our power generation by now.
If PMB was in charge, we definitely won't have darkness today.
Just imagine, $16 billion for 2050MW instead of $5 billion for 3050MW
OBJ and his PDP looting gangs are nothing but crooks, they practically set us up to fail.
Speaking at the commissioning and handing over ceremony, the Minister of Water Resources, Suleiman Adamu, who commissioned the projects along side other Federal Government dignitaries, said the three water projects including Sabke water supply scheme, is a conventional water treatment plant with a capacity to provide one million (1,000,000) gallons of potable water to Daura and Mai'adua communities, while the Dutsi and Mashi water schemes are package plants with each having the capacity to provide about 250,000 gallons of treated water to Dutsi and Mashi communities.
He said the three plants have a combined capacity to serve over 100,000 people daily adding that FG's direct involvement in the provision of water supply facilities is an intervention that is meant to accelerate access to portable water in the country towards meeting national and international set targets.
The Minister also said that FG has provided for the construction of 38 bore hole schemes to serve all the villages along the Sabke-Daura water transmission pipelines.
"Where such intervention water facilities have been completed, the usual practice is for them to be handed over to either the state and local government or communities through their established Water Sanitation and Hygiene Committees (WASHCOMs) for appropriate operation and maintenance depending on the nature and size of the facilities. "Water supply for humans and animals is crucial for social economic development. Its availability in sufficient quantity and quality is the first step for poverty alleviation. The provision of portable water supply and sanitation has been the responsibility of the three tiers of government. While the federal government, through our ministry, provides the framework, monitor and evaluation; the state government and local government are expected to provide water for its citizens in the rural areas" he said. Speaking earlier at the commissioning, the Minister of Information and Culture, Alhaji Lai Mohammed said the commissioning of these projects fit into the administration's ongoing agenda to showcase the achievements of the Buhari Administration, especially in the area of Infrastructural development. He said the administration has spent an unprecedented N2.7trillion on infrastructures in just two years. He also noted that the commissioning of the water projects is the second in a week done by the Buhari administration, following the one in Edo State last Thursday.
Mohammed also said that "We kick started our nationwide tour of FG's projects a few weeks ago by inspecting ongoing work on the Lagos-Ibadan Standard Guage Rail, which is the first leg of the Lagos-Kano Standard Guage Rail Project. We then followed up by touring the Lagos-Ibadan Expressway, where work has been epileptic until this Administration came into office "Today, we are here to commission three key water projects, details of which the Honourable Minister of Water Resources will provide shortly. What all these show is that this Administration is delivering on its promises to ensure better life for Nigerians, irrespective of what the naysayers are saying.
"This administration believes that governance is about the well-being of the people, and will continue to pursue projects that directly benefit the people." In his address, the Katsina state government, represented by the Secretary to the government, Mustapha Inuwa, pledeged that the state will maintain and sustain the project. He assured that the state government will deploy mechanism to safeguard the project and utilise it to fullest capacity.

This is the actual wonderful project the minister commissioned, but fake ipob blog sites, as usual, tried to fool Nigerians, especially the lazy Nigerian youths.
It's always the same lying and deceptive schemes, don't fall for ipob lies and con games.
Funny ipobs acting brand new when in fact borehole is all they know and all their crooked and corrupt governors commission everyday..
Ekweremadu, the sebate VP of Nigeria looted his own people dry, bought over 30 houses in Lagos, enugu, Abuja, London and USA, but he went back to the same people he looted to commission borehole..
AZeD1: As at today, Nigeria has a total installed capacity of 12500MW. Saying the PDP spent $16Billion and ended up with 2050MW is a bloody lie because before 1999, Nigeria had an installed capacity of more than 2050MW.
Egbin built in 1984 1320MW Kanji built in 1968 800MW Jebba built in 1985 540MW Shiroro built in 1990 600MW Ughelli completed in 1990 900MW
Even before PDP came into power, Nigeria had more than 2050MW. As at 1999, none of them was working at full capacity and a lot of them are still not working at full capacity 3 years into Buhari's tenure.
As for the ones built by PDP between 1999 - 2015 Geregu 1 414MW 2007 Geregu 2 434MW 2012 Omotosho 1 338MW 2005 Omotosho 2 450MW 2012 Papalanto 335MW 2018 Alaoji 1074MW 2012 Olorunsogo 1 336MW 2007 Olorunsogo 2 675MW 2012
This is not the full the list, you do well to to find out about the NIPP project. The Niger Delta powe company (Buhari appointed a new head) has about 10 power stations alone.[/s]
Irrelevant, PDP and their 16 years gave us 2050MW and darkness.
Most of this stations are not operation because of Gas issues (OBJ's fault) but 3 years into Buhari's tenure, he still hasn't fixed the gas issues.
You mean PMB should have fixed in less than 3 years the gas problem worthless and corrupt PDP didn't fix in 16 years even though they presided over the largest earnings in the history of Nigeria.
Shouldn't the worthless PDP have fixed it in the first place?
You are either clueless or just not smart at all.
If you want to give empty praise, you can say for each year of PDP's rule, a power station was built, PMB has been here 3 years not one has been built.
PDP spent $16 billion and 16 years on 2050MW
PMB is spending $5 billion on 3050 Mambila and to be ready in less than 6 years.
So, explain the difference between $16 billion/16 years on 2050MW Vs $5 billion on 3050MW and 6 years.
Useless PDP, OBJ and incompetent Jona should have spent 5 billion on 3050 Mambila and the plan and design were on their table, it's been on the drawing board for over 30 years.
In 2018 alone, we are getting over 1.000MW and on top of that, 450MW Geregu2, plus tons of transmission projects, all in less than 3 years.
You can be a praise singer for Buhari, that's your business but stop lying.
Thank God I'm a praise singer for PMB and not some crooked and corrupt clowns that saddled us with darkness in return for $16 billion and wasted 16 years.
Those are some of the power stations built under PDP.
If you are going to credit the APC with a power station not 5% complete, be a MAN (an honest one) and list the power stations completed between 1999-2015.
Instead of listing power plants to fool people, why add them all together and list the total MW.
Again, I don't remember saying MaMbila is completed so stop repeating the same rubbish if you don't know how to read and comprehend.
I even posted a link stating that the contract for the project was awarded just last year and the expected completion date is 6 years from now.
I was trying to show how crooked, corrupt, thoughtless and incompetent OBJ and the PDP clowns were.
They spent $16 billion and end up with 2050MW, but the plan and design for 3050mw Mambila were on OBJ's table, on Jona's table too so why not spend $5 billion on 3050MW instead of spending $16 billion on 2050MW? Because multiple contracts means opportunity to loot all over the place.
Btw, with all the power plants you listed and after $16 billion and 16 years of PDP and Jona, they gave us nothing but darkness in return, so exactly what's your point?
HIGHESTPOPORI: Paper Talk,APC in 3yrs,has borrowed more than PDP borrowed in 16yrs,where is the money, oil never sold for 29dollars for more than a month, its 80 dollars now,why are we stil paying for subsidy while buying fuel for 145 instead of 85 under Ngozi?
[/s]
What exactly did 16 years of PDP, okonjo and Jona do to better your life with the largest earnings in the history of Nigeria?
Did they give you good roads, bridges, good healthcare, quality education, stable electricity, jobs, vibrant and diversified economy, good and functional refineries, petrochemical plants, iron and steel mills, hudge savings and foreign reserves and so on?
Former Hon. Min. Dr. Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala who doubled as the Coordinating Minister of the Economy -- claims that HE Former Pres. Jonathan, GCFR administration lacked political will to save
The same incompetent and overrated woman admitting how she failed and how useless Jona set us up to fail.
I really don't need any ignorant rubbish from you ipobs, okonjo herself clearly explained Jona's failure and her own failure too.
