Cooly100:According to Nigeria and history books, UI is the first university in Nigeria, not your unn village university. The indigenous and UNN rubbish is what ipobs formulated to make themselves feel better regarding their cultural and communal low self-esteem issues. What is unn today sef? A low-grade uni that's far behind UI and OAU in ratings. Funny ipobs. |
0monnak0da:You broke it down nicely. Sadly, Ipobs are generally ignorant and unintelligent and their logic is always upside down logic. They are my personal comedians on NL sha |

phillippiano: They are at the bottom of everything in Nigeria so they have to come up with these dumbo and idiotic attention seeking announcements just to feel relevant. Why do you think they shout marginalization all over the place like crybabies? Because they know they don't have anything and they ain't shitt. |
The usual ipob lamentation and low self-esteem thread. Lame and shallow people. |
Bundaweber:Very sad. Just imagine, with BH holding on to conquered Nigerian territory and carrying out terrorist operations in Abuja, just a few miles from Aso Rock, BH was practically a step away from taking Aso Rock. r Beheading was almost routine and daily a reality, even the shakau clown was releasing videos every day like a rock star. 2015 elections basically saved us. |

He announced this at the closing ceremony of the 2-day EXCO retreat held in Awka for members of the State Executive Council, MDs of Agencies, senior political appointees and Permanent Secretaries. Governor Obiano said this was a way of rewarding the officials for their excellent performance in his first term, and also challenging and motivating other government officials and appointees to give their best in the second term of his administration. Those that will be attended the training are Mr Obi Nwankwo (Commissioner for Public Utilities), Prof Kate Omenugha (Commissioner for Basic Education), Sir Melie Onyejepu (Special Adviser on Budget Monitoring and Implementation), and Ngozi Monica Okonkwo (Special Adviser on Efficiency, Training and Motivation.
lmao @ HAVARD MOU.
Ignore the idiot, don't give him attention he is seeking for, Anambra is his nightmare, Anambra is leading state in Nigeria, making black race proud in all ramifications, state of inventors, innovative minds, business tycoons, home of wealthiest in Nigeria, scholars, home of indigenous industries and commerce, one of the leading state in education, state that produced and keep producing Nigeria finest, from fist Nigeria President, first vice president and first Senate president and what have you, can you mention what his state Osun is known for if not high debt profile state, highest in malnutrition in southern region, high rate of mental ill cases, backwardness in all human development indices, engaging him is just like US engaging Nigeria. He is just envious of what we have achieved, and keep achieving
There you ipobs go again, Osun is always your comeback, Osun is the reason why useles and incompetent Obingo aka borehole governor commissions nothing but borehole from village to village and the world famous 1-year-old sand sand crumbling flyover...Osun is a debtor state, but Osun is littered with quality world class projects all over the place. Osun's poverty rate is the 2nd lowest in Nigeria, ahead of all your ipob villages. Osun ranks 2nd in human capital development index, ahead of all your ipob villages. Anambra is a chronic debtor state, but your poor, incompetent and useless obingo aka the borehole governor is relegated to borehole commissioning and sand sand crumbling bricklayer flyover. Abnambra is the only state in Nigeria the UN labeled the dirtiest state in the world. Nna, abeg stay in your sorry and pathetic village lane if you don't want me to rubbish you with Osun STATE ![]() |
MXrap: Nna, while obingo aka borehole governor is busy commissioning boreholes and substandard crumbling village flyover, his counterparts are building and commissioning MEGA projects left and right. Maybe you mean his village counterparts. |
lmao @ STRATEGIC retreat. What's so strategic about sitting around to talk with usual cameran, microphone and loudpeaker..? I see another substandard bricklayer falling apart sand sand bridge loading.. SMH. |
tasteofcash:Typical ignorant and unintelligent ipob rant. Not interested. |
Mutemenot: Is BG God. ipobs and kolo mentally. |
What is needed is for states to have similar plans as well as adequate provisions for healthcare and education because the bulk of the burden for healthcare and education really rests on states government. This is for the states to deal with. Gate's suggestion was way-way off. |
onegig:Ipobs won't debate with facts and sound logic and they are not deep thinking people, they think and formulate their thoughts based on sentiments, emotions, tribalism, hatred, bigotry and anti-Nigeria attitude. |
Babacele:And the losers want to chop turkey and drink champagne in 2015 when oil was selling for $27 Today, our depleted foreign reserve is almost back to what it was before crooked and corrupt Jona Our income generating agencies are generating massive income The recession Jona and Okonjo promised is slowly going away Investors are rushing back with huge capital inflow industrial output is shooting higher, even PMB is busy running around the country commissioning mills, plants, factories and infrastructures The sky is the limit . |
tasteofcash:Kolo mentality and low-grade intellect ipobs. Gate's suggestion doesn't fit your current realities in Nigeria. Sadly, when Jona and his looting and stealing gangs were looting and stealing instead of investing in your poor future, you and your kind were busy shouting GEJ till 2019 and even now, it's Bill Gates 2018. See ya miserable life |
But Gates, while delivering a speech at the special and expanded National Economic Council on Investment in Human Capital in Abuja, suggested the plan got part of its priorities wrong.Essentially Mr Gate's opinion. Under normal circumstances and economic and societal situation like in his country, this sounds very practical and realistic, but I don't see how such prescription can help us at the moment simply because we have too many fires to put out with very little resources to achieve such goals. 1. For several decades and even since independence, our budgets are largely recurrent expenditure budgets with little or nothing for social and human capital development. 2. The federal government/federal civil service consumes 75-80% of our national budget with little or nothing for the rest of Nigeria outside Abuja to live on. Meaning there is absolutely nothing left for any kind of capital investment, human or capital. 3. For us to make any meaningful impact per human capital development, we have to cut recurrent expenditure at lease in half, meaning cut of federal waste from worthless overlapping and needless tens of FG parastatals and agencies, adopt a cheaper governing system and get rid of almost a thousand lawmakers draining the treasury with their over bloated salaries and benefits. 4. Go back to the regional system of government which I think is the best system of government in a country like Nigeria. 5. Bottom line, we are too far behind to deal with human capital even though must do so at some point, but we don't have that luxury, we have to spend on capital to develop our infrastructure, to attract investments to create jobs and ultimately generate needed funds to spend on the things Mr Gates listed like health and education. 6. Doing what Mr Gates suggested at this point for us not realistic, it's like putting the horse before the cart. You can not invest in human capital or quality health system without funds and to generate the funds, you either increase taxes or levies and cut FG workforce. Osun State ranked high in misery, poverty and human index because they suffered to invest in human and capital capacities across the board and they are rightfully enjoying the reward today. Nigeria as a country can do the same thing, but nothing comes easy. We all cannot have it both ways, it's either you suffer and feel the pain while you work hard to attain your goals and objectives or you keep doing the same thing and remain stagnant. With 75-80% recurring budgets that leaves no room for anything else, Mr Gates is just yarning dust |
obonujoker:I debate facts, not ignorant ipobs with nothing sane and rational to discuss Kepp quiet if you have nothing better to contribute. |

obynzo:Forex under Jona did not prevent Jona from establishing austerity measures in 2014, 1 year before 2015 elections and 1 year before PMB. Forex under Jona did not prevent Jona from telling us to get ready for hard times, 1 year before 2015 elections and 1 year before PMB. Forex did not prevent Jona from borrowing since his the first year in office till his last day in office, before PMB. Forex did not prevent Jona from borrowing hundreds of billions of dollars to pay workers salaries before PMB. Forex did not prevent Jona and 16 years of PDP from borrowing looting and stealing $20 billion power funds and left us in darkness till today before PMB. Forex did not prevent Jona and his PDP gang from stealing and sharing Dasuki ATM funds before PMB. Forex did not prevent Jona from diversifying our economy when oil was selling for over 100 dollars before PMB Forex did not prevent Jona from abandoning nearly every federal projects all over the country before PMB. Forex did not prevent Jona from borrowing since is the first year in office until his last day in office, before PMB. The list goes on and on and on. You people must think we are dumb and stupid by trying to insult our intelligence with the bogus and silly forex argument as if forex issues surfaced without history or causation. Abe confine that forex rubbish to your kind. |
