What does that mean? No real discuss from Shithole people; fighting over who's got the best Shithole. BTW, Anambra can't borrow because no one wants to lend.
Anambra to spend N70 million monthly on debt servicing

Okoye said the debt profile of the state, was presently at 15 million dollars, external loans, and N20 billion domestic borrowings.

https://www.vanguardngr.com/2017/11/anambra-spend-n70-million-monthly-debt-servicing/
I know their debt is way higher than what the state is claiming, but even with that huge figure, that's almost a billion in loan debt servicing per year, even considering the fact that it's a very poor state, their the budget was N117 billion, that's one of the lowest in Nigeria.

When was the last time you villagers with horrible and substandard projects focused on your anambra village?

You villagers are in a thread with no reference or title about anambra village so why not take your own silly, pointless and hypocritical village advice.
