Rotimik:
Some regions in Nigeria are waiting for restructuring before they start developing their states.

That's the difference between Yoruba people and the others.
You end up with the same useless, lazy, incompetent and corrupt leaders even after restructuring so of what use and relevance is restructure to start with? It makes ZERO difference because you end up with the same thing.

Without restructuring, some useless and incompetent leaders are good for nothing and they don't do anything to better their people even though without the same restructuring, other governors are progressing their states and people.

SE is a different basket case, their problem is not restructuring regardless what they are saying, their problems are hatred for other people and inability to co exist with other people hence, anti social attitude, communal and cultural mental incompetence that says to generations after generations that other people are always responsible for their problems and the same other people must always give them what they want.

That region will not build anything because they have what they call "dependency syndrome" ( The "dependency syndrome" is an attitude and belief that a group can not solve its own problems without outside help. It is a weakness that is made worse by charity.) that says they can not and must not do anything themselves and it's always other people's job to do for the even though they want us to believe that the are the strongest, richest, smartest and they dominate everything and everybody in Nigeria.

Their parents, elders and leaders have soaked this flawed sense of dependency and entitlement into their brains and consciousness that even the youths are ow victims of the same victim mentality, apathy and always blame other people for your shortcomings syndrome.

Very very sad.

You just wrote nonsense.

We are an independent nation. We look forward to the progress and greatness of Nigeria. We do this by staying back in our own region developing it and we expect others to do the same in their own regions, but they won't.

You don't expect a place to develop when it's people abandon it to go and enjoy the efforts of other people in their own region.

The reason why you people see yourselves as slaves in Nigeria is because you people are abandoning your states for other people's states.

2. Due to early dealings with the British, they were given much assistance by the British to build Lagos into a defacto commercial capital of West Africa , along with the busiest airport in west Africa. One of the main greviences of the Igbos is federal neglect to build up a proper seaport in the east and true international airport in the east... both of which are federally funded, regulated and controlled. Because of the purposeful neglect by the federal government Igbos must travel primarly to Lagos before coming east which is waste of time and resources in addition to making Yorubas rich who own hostels, taxis, etc. There is a whole ecocomy that thrives off of this... thus a truly restructrd Nigeria or the creation of Biafra will hurt Yoruba pockets more than many people. One just needs to see Lagos every December when Igbos to back east. Imagine if they never came back, many Yoruba businesses would go the way of the dodo bird.
No going back on Gelegele Seaport project – Edo Govt

There is sufficient economic justification for the Gelegele port and we will raise funds from the private sector to develop the facility. We do not believe that the federal government will stop or discourage Edo State from building a Port that is economically viable,” he added. Obaseki said the seaport is on course as his administration is talking to consultants who are currently working on the designs and conducting studies on water depth, the width of the river and the amount of dredging needed.

This is 2017, all the states outside your region are taking charge of their own economic future and destinies, they are building their own seaports, airports, bridges and so on, but not you noise makers and empty and shallow chest beaters.

Why are your leaders siting on their hands doing look look and you foot soldiers crying and wailing instead of tasking our own lazy leaders? Do they not collect taxes and allocations just like these other states.

All you do is cry cry, blame blame everybody for your own leaders incompetence, laziness, poor sense of duty and lack of vision.

Obviously, you people care less about airports and seaports, all you are interested in is the same anti Nigerian sentiments, abuse and insult other people, play your favorite victim mentality past time because if you really are serious about your economic future, you won't be sitting on your hands and crying and blaming other people.

This is 2017, people just don't give a damn about your blame blame routine or victims mentality hostage taking.

Sometimes one wonders the IQ level of people here. it happens when you drink raw cow milk directly from the cow.

I will not list airports built and being built in Igboland. Suffice to say that apart from PH and Calabar airports, no airport in the former eastern region was built by the Federal Government. Although it has since annexed the facility and continues to collect revenue from them.

Unlike northern region where the Federal Government built Abuja,Bauchi,Sokoto,Yola,Jos,Maiduguri, Markurdi,, Minna, Zaria, and Kaduna (TWO airports). Please research who built Asaba airport, Uyo airport, Enugu airport and Owerri airport. Then come back and tell me about responsible state governments.

See who is talking about doing things. Southeast is the only region of Nigeria where private people build their own community schools, provide electricity for themselves etc. Show me where it's done in northern Nigeria.

BTW, why is the north afraid of restructuring and devolution of powers? Because it hides under "One Nigeria" to give all the resources derived from other regions to the "Federal Government" and then use the federal government as the Northern Government providing infrastructure in the north and excluding the areas where the resources were derived.

Then try to divert attention by saying, why don't you ask your rich sons or impoverished state governments to build second Niger bridge etc. Please tell me any notable infrastructure built by Dangote or other rich northerners. Not minding that they are richer than all Ogbo and southern millionaires combined. Keep fooling yourselves.

What has that lady lawmaker got to do with the criminal neglect of Enugu international airport under Buhari regime?

Is she the Minister of Aviation? NO!
Is she the Director of FAAN? No!
Is she the chairman of NCAA? NO!
Is she even the speaker of the House, or even Minority leader? NO!

You could have very well showed me the picture of an Igbo person working in Abuja airport and ask me why i didn't ask her to include Enugu when Abuja was being included. Silly joke!

Let me ask you,
Please, what can a useless report of Hose of Rep members do to reverse the state policy of criminal neglect of Enugu International airport?
Will her report write and cry as usual that Enugu International airport is criminally neglected and it may impact on safety of passengers using the airport...Including V.P Osinbajo who's plane can also crash while landing on the rough runway?

Nobody expects Buhari to do anything because he would rather build a brand new airport in Niger Republic than fix potholes on Enugu International airport runway. Meanwhile he is there shamelessly collecting taxes and revenue made by the airport, but would not invest a penny of that revenue in fixing any infrastructure there. Just know that nobody is God. He is only wasting his opportunity to do good and be remembered for it. So i'm glad he is wasting it because someday, all those things he refused to fix will be fixed.
