Oga, whatever a person projects is his or her selling point. Intelligent people will pass across an entirely different persona from what the lady laces on her profile. And he has every right to turn it down forcibly for the sake of his personal relatiinships. He comes across as a person who guards his family jealously. If she cannot understand that but chioses to act publicly then she should expect nothing less than this. Intelligent people simply donot seek embarassment on an open forum. She saw his kids.

So, you and your fake and ungodly twitter pastor just judged and passed your own judgement that the woman's lunch invite means something sinister and sexual so she must be insulted, shamed and ridiculed?

I don't even get how her choice of internet picture mean she's sexually interested in that clown, lair, sexist, misogynistic and fake news peddling identity thief twitter nuisance.

You and your fake twitter pastor need to pick up your bible.

This puerile, crude and crass scumbag is feeling funky over ordinary lunch invite.

The woman said lunch, not to yansh toto or whatever dirty and unholy rubbish in his polluted and dog in heat mind.

She didn't even say come to my house or let's go to hotel and she definitely won't be yanshing you in a restaurant in front of your child.

Dumbo miserable clown and fake man of God ridiculing and body shaming his own fan and admirer on the internet over ordinary lunch invite.

Just politely say no like a sane adult instead of insulting and ridiculing the woman on the internet.

Horrible human being..

Politics › Re: Morocco-based Themis To Develop 550MW Natural Gas-fired Powerplant In Ondo State by deomelo: 4:13pm On Mar 23, 2019
Under the current system, the government-owned Nigerian Bulk Electricity Trading company (NBET) buys power from generators and passes it on to distributors who then collect money from customers and reimburse NBET.

But because NBET is not paid in full for the power it buys, generators such as Azura have been partly reimbursed from an emergency central bank loan fund created to keep the sector afloat.

NNPC told Reuters one of the reasons the Qua Iboe plant (QIPP), which is due to be built in the southern state of Akwa Ibom, had been delayed was because NBET appeared reluctant to commit to new projects to avoid increasing its liabilities.

“The continued delay relates to the current cashflow challenges at NBET, as highlighted by the Azura project,” a spokesman for NNPC said in an emailed statement. “This concern is justified by the fact that NBET is yet to see an improvement in collections from DISCOs (distribution companies).”

https://www.reuters.com/article/us-nigeria-power-exclusive/exclusive-nigerian-energy-sectors-crippling-debts-delay-next-power-plant-idUSKCN1OK1IQ
These are the challenges and sad realities facing Nigeria and our electricity market, we are not going anywhere near 24/7 electricity until the DISCOs are either disbanded or reconfigured to be productive efficient.

The DISCOs are the weakest link and they must be death with, for now, we are just wasting time and money and spinning our wheels.

Politics › Re: Morocco-based Themis To Develop 550MW Natural Gas-fired Powerplant In Ondo State by deomelo: 4:04pm On Mar 23, 2019
Wonderful news and definitely what we need a whole lot of in Nigeria, but the current power situation, regulations, policies, financially weak and compromised DISCOs won't make it a joyful and fruitful venture.

The DISCOs will off-take and buy electricity from Nigerian Bulk Electricity Trading Company (NBET), but won't pay because they are broke and unable to pay. Currently, the DISCOs owe the NBET N348.503 billion on behalf of the GENCOs. NBET's pocket aka Nigerian taxpayers is not bottomless and we can not keep subsidizing or guaranteeing payments that we can not collect from the DISCOs on behalf of the GENCOs and the NBET itself is practically broke and unable to pay the GENCOs for their product..

This laudable project sounds DOA, sadly.

The same KO jumped and condemn Senator Tinubu and even asked her to apologize over the fake and doctored We don't trust ibo people story video peddled on the internet by ipobs and PDP clowns, I just wonder if he himself apologized to Senator Tinubu for swallowing the fake news and condemnation of the Senator.

The people of Kano state are free to get rid of any undeserving public official same way they are free to stand by and reelect any public official, it goes both ways same way violence and electoral shenanigans goes both ways, so why blame and appropriate any violence and disturbance on any individual or group without without facts or any kind of investigation.

Many of these online characters love to sound sane, but they actually and needlessly promote, fan and blow discords all over the place, they create more problems and disunity within our communities with their ignorant and unguided utterances.

Politics › Re: Tribunal Chairman Disagrees To Judgement Declaring Adeleke Winner Of Osun Guber by deomelo: 8:00pm On Mar 22, 2019
ojikeebere12:
The chairman of the Osun State Elections Petitions Tribunal in Abuja has delivered a dissenting judgement in the Osun State governorship election petition.

Justice Muhammed Ibrahim Sirajo on Friday dismissed the petition by the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and its governorship candidate, Ademola Adeleke, which alleged that there was election non-compliance with the Electoral Act in the election.

Justice Sirajo ruled that the petitioners failed to prove the claims at the tribunal.

He further ruled that where it is established that there is non compliance, the tribunal does not have “the powers to subtract the votes of the non compliance and declare a candidate winner.”

He added that under Section 140(3) of the Electoral Act, where substantial non compliance is proved, the tribunal can only order a supplementary or fresh election.

The chairman however adviced INEC to only comply with the majority decisions concurrently delivered by Justices Peter Chudi Obiorah and Adegboye Ayinla Gbolagunte.

The main judgment of the panel had invalidated the rerun election of September 27, 2018 which returned Governor Gboyega Oyetola as winner and withdrew the certificate of return issued to him by INEC.

https://www.dailytrust.com.ng/tribunal-chairman-disagrees-to-judgement-declaring-adeleke-winner-of-osun-guber-poll.html

He added that under Section 140(3) of the Electoral Act, where substantial non compliance is proved, the tribunal can only order a supplementary or fresh election.
One is saying supplementary is unconstitutional while another one is saying the only constitutional option for the tribunal is supplementary.

The Nigerian judiciary is fuxced up.

The electoral act is not part of the constitution. The constitution is the supreme law and it empowers the legislature to enact subsidiary legislation and any law that is inconsistent with the constitution is to the extent of that inconsistency null and void.

So the constitution and the electoral act are two different bodies of law.
Same ignorant nonsense.

Why are you people so ignorant and uneducated?

I wonder if they still teach social studies and civic education in Nigeria

First of all, you are the one that has actually failed to show documented and constitutional facts that states supplementary elections. I would like you to quote the part of the constitution that empowers Inec to conduct supplementary elections.
I did already, it's up there to read if you know how to.

Yes, the constitution delegated election matters to Inec but INEC
...so why are you questioning INECT for operating within the confines of the constitution that created the same INEC and empowered.?

You are not making any sense.

[s] must operate according to the stipulations of the constitution and the election Tribunals and court are they to interpret the constitution and the laws concerning election matters. Your statement "not to any tribunal or other forms of interpretation" is wrong. Otherwise you are then telling me that the Ajimobi, Amosun and even Aregbesola should not have been governors and their tenured were all illegal.[/s]
INEC and our electoral laws/Acts are creations of the Nigerian constitution and only INEC is delegated by the Nigerian constitution to conduct elections and supplementary based on the same INEC acts and the Nigerian constitution that created INEC.

If you are going to argue or counter anything, start by saying INEC and it's acts are unconstitutional.. Start from there instead of throwing around meaningless an vague constitution argument that you can not support with facts.

Supplementary election is part of the electoral law and the same act that created INEC via the Nigerian constitution. The tribunal obviously did not read the act or they are just ignorant, clueless or just rendered bought and paid for verdict.
