Business / Re: Intercontinental Bank Has Become Useless by deoye05: 10:52am On Mar 16, 2009
the so called intercontinental bank had problems last week. they claimed that their server was down for a week and refused to pay out to customers who were willing to withdraw. i latter found out that a foreign institution insisted on having their funds borrowed to intercontinental back last week which was given back. but since it was given back, intercontinental has refused to pay out. they actually struggled with banking operations last week

if they cannot bank, please go down. angry

Business / Re: Any Hope For The Naira? by deoye05: 2:39pm On Mar 11, 2009
The price of fuel was just decreased like 2 months ago, and now they are planning on increasing it again.
this is a sign that the government is confused. 2 months ago we had recession, right now we still have recession
yar adua is too slow in taking actions. In positions where obasanjo will ignore complains and keep the fuel price high and the value of nira will remain constant, or not too bad. Am sure Yar adua will not know what exactly to do.
part of the problem of the naira is that we need some strong and fast policy to be taken, ignoring the external factor of economic depression.
as for soludo i no know wetin him de do o.

if she has some crutial reasons, such as medical reasons, then i think you have to slow down with her

if its to further her career, i dont think it should take as long as six years.

give her a grace of two years and if she insists, please find some one else, afterall she has left the house for you already
but there is definately more to the story.

TV/Movies / Re: Jenifa the. blockbuster by deoye05: 12:52pm On Mar 02, 2009
wether you like the film or not, it is the raining thing now and a lot of people are buying it. the film makers did something and the are making money.

what made the film so popular if it wasnt so good.
after all, if a film is bad we will not hear about it at all.

lets stop the critics and appreciate the film for what it is.
no matter how the film fell off standard, there are lessons to draw from it meaning that it is not useless but touching and improving lives.

please lets stop the down grading, the film is alright. forget about tastse, we are not watching american films and thats why we nigerians
Celebrities / Re: Chris Brown Arrested For Slapping/ Assaulting Rihanna! by deoye05: 10:13pm On Feb 20, 2009
i dont like rihanna for anything. But Chris shouldnt have done that.
But i am surprised at those comparing beyonce with Rihanna. they aint on the same level. Leave Jay z out of it. in all aspects beyonce cannot set an eye on Rihanna cause she is too small to be seen.
Jobs/Vacancies / Re: Nigeria Lost Over 20 Graduate In Immigration And Prison Recruitment by deoye05: 12:32pm On Feb 16, 2009
i dont think this is a problem of running a race you have the staminar for. what would you say about the people who were trampled upon. there is an exercise to carry out and there is no ambulance. Even professioners have ambulances trailing them behind. this is poor organization, and the Government should be ashamed of this news.
But am sure, its no big deal to them anyways.
