3) HOW MANY TIPPERS OF SAND NEEDED TO MIX THE CEMENT IN (2) ABOVE

4) HOW MANY TIPPERS OF STONE NEEDED FOR THE FOUNDATION AND THE LINTEL.

It appears building in lagos, abuja, Ph and other big cities in nigeria cost more in terms of materials and labour.

Can N1,800,00.00 be enough to build a small 4 rooms and parlour in the village (ie not in any of the big cities mentioned above)? There roofing will be with normal zinc, no tiles,no pop, normal wooden doors but with 'almaco' window more like an average building.
