What peace is the insane federal government of Nigeria is talking about when the people are subjected to such inhuman torture and neglect? What is the essence of peace when the IPOB are choked of economic development? Maybe peace because certain sections of Nigeria are enjoying the resources of the country while a particular section is economically strangulated. I say to hell with peace. Nigeria will never know peace until the realization of Republic of Igbo land or reconfigured Biafra.

I believe with such Monthly allocations, we should see more from these states.

I do not think we should refer to these as paltry.

It defies any form of logic that state with 23 LGCS receives three times of more federal allocation than a with 27LGCS yet you have the audacity to mouth off on southeastern states on performance or lack thereof. Nigeria is very illogical and its disintegration can, at least, bring some forms of logicalities to that part of the world.

You are totally oblivious to the type of politics played in Nigeria. Amaechi's Rivers State will be refunded by the partial federal government but Obiano's Anambra State will not be refunded. The idiotic federal government of Nigeria has no reason to derelict on its duties.

Are you talking about color or continent? You cannot simply jump from Asian, people from continent of Asia to a white which is one of the unnatural colors of nature. If you want to stick with continent, you are free to do so but do not mix it with colors. As for saliva test, science and experimental poofs start from known to Unknown. Ethnicity has already been established through cultural detects. The so-call saliva test is aftermath.

Because low IQ is heritable, it results in low IQ children who continue the cycle. This drags the average IQ of the entire population down and acts like a poison in the gene pool. The genes of those few individuals who are intelligent, get diluted until smart people become rarer and rarer in the population.

To understand why this happens you must understand the statistical concept of Regression to the Mean. So long as the average IQ of a population is low, the offspring of those few individuals who have high IQ's will be dragged down to the average unless they leave the population or the mean IQ of the population is increased. To compound this problem the intellectual elite of Africa have a tenancy to emigrate to the west, the result is a population sliding father and father into the prehistoric world.

This is not comfortable information, but i don't know who told black people that overcoming our struggles would be easy. Do good thing comes from taking the path of least resistance; blaming black failure on slavery, colonization, conspiracy etc? At a certain point one must look in the mirror and take accountability, and then they must realize that no good thing comes easy. You do not get stronger until you exercise, you must undergo the pain of childbirth to bring a child into the world. likewise, Africans must take the hard step of accepting the fact that eugenics is the only solution to plight of the black race.

Intelligent quotient is a test of perception derived from set of test based on certain cultural advancement. I had been subjected one and came out genius level. If a European is subjected to IQ test in my native vernacular and based on my cultural advancement, he or she will come across as a dunce.
