Did US achieve its military and political objectives in Afghanistan? They ousted a Taliban government only to replace it with another Taliban. Did they hand over properly before leaving?
They left hurriedly overnight without even informing the Afghan govt and the military they had been training that they were leaving. How many expensive military hardware did they leave behind including vehicles helicopters etc?

Israel's aim is to destroy Palestinian people we can see from its Dahiyeh / Shock and Awe Doctrine of mass civilian casualty. I think Israel is the one that has the ability to wipe out Palestinians and it has been doing it systematically for decades. Palestinians have no means to destroy Israel. They don't have warplanes or tanks They only throw stones during peace times whenever Israeli troops kill one of their own or forcefully take their lands.

Just off the top of my head, let me outline differences between Hamas and ISIS/Boko haram:

1. Hamas is a registered organization in Palestine with multiple wings that serve different purposes i.e. it has a charity wing, women's wing, political wing, military wing, educational wing, student wing etc. Boko and ISIS reject being a part of modern systems and society

2. Hamas believes in political participation and democracy. They came to power through the vote, Boko and ISIS reject democracy

3. Hamas is a national movement, its fight is limited to Palestine. Boko and ISIS don't even acknowledge the existence of borders

4. Membership of Hamas is voluntary, as for Boko and ISIS, rejection of them even by Muslims is a death sentence

5. Hamas has legitimacy and International recognition from many Governments of the world. Boko and ISIS do not

6. Hamas is an integral part of Palestine, it's homegrown, born out of the struggle and it's members are all Palestinians and that's why it'll never be erased. Boko and ISIS don't have the backing of locals, contain a lot of foreigners in their ranks and locals actively help in fighting them

7. Hamas believes in negotiations and collaborations with parties of different ideologies e.g. attempts to form a government of national unity in Palestine, negotiations with Israelis etc. Boko and ISIS do not tolerate differing ideologies anywhere they are

8. Hamas believes alot in Western education. Gaza's literacy rate before the war was at 98%, one of the highest in the world and it was known for having many schools. Many members of Hamas are very highly educated. Boko haram and ISIS are very anti-west, especially Boko haram (even their given name indicates that)

9. Hamas tolerates opposition existing within it's areas of control. There are different groups in Gaza with different visions of what a free Palestine would look like, which differ with Hamas' vision. Many of those groups today have put their differences aside and are fighting against Israel together. Boko and ISIS notoriously do not accept any form of dissent

10. Hamas is open to change. Hamas has changed its position from complete destruction of Israel, to recognizing Israel side by side with a Palestinian State along the 1967 borders. Hamas revised its Charter in 2017 to reflect this new position. Boko and ISIS do not bend their views

There are many more, but these are a few off the top of my head

Even if Hamas uses suicide bombing that doesn't make Hamas a terrorist organisation here is why. It's just our mind set. Let's say suicide bombing does not exist in the world and they only use guns and other means what will people call them? Guns take lives too. Remember suicide bombing is not the only means terrorists use they use guns too.

What differentiates a Liberation movement from a terrorist organisation is their objectives and goals regardless of how both carry out their attacks

Hamas is fighting for a just cause which is the liberation and freedom of its people from oppression whilst Boko Haram, ISIS fight for unrealistic and barbaric ideologies that they want to impose on the society.
