I couldn't agree more on the above, from the information posted here I can reasonably conclude that the most lucrative niche is Music and animation(Media).

I'm into Web development and atimes I crack my brain till I burn out trying to solve a client's problem. Some buyers can even budget $10 for $50. If not for the passion I have for website development, I would have port to graphics as I have Photoshop and Illustrator on my system.

A capital "NO",you can get two other options easily based on the plot size. These are:

*A 4Bedroom bungalow which have the building positioned to either left or right of the plot. The side which best allows vehicular movement in & out of the plot without affecting. Setback on this size can be between 1.5-2.1m still permitted by town planning.

*A Maisonette with more of a ground-floor than 1st floor which has the masters bedroom with its convenience,a study & sit-out or sunroof incorporated.

*A mini duplex which will have 65% of groundfloor used for parking cars then only have the anteroom,visitor's toilet & guestroom in suite below the remaining rooms can be upstairs.

As long as you have an experience design architect & other building professions as your consultants,the project withh be success. Don't try to be cheap or cut corners because it could lead to structural instability & collapse,best regards...

Torrents are metadata files(check wikipedia) solely responsible for how people worldwide are able to get stuff free that are meant to be paid for like premium apps,movies etc. The only snag is if you don't have experience in reading the health of the torrent to be green always,check for leechers & seeders very likely to get badass viruses.
Go to torrent sites such www.kat.cr,www.torrentdownloads.cc,www.thepiratebay.se & www.torrentz.eu (torrent search engine)...
Popular apps used for downloading torrents Utorrent & BitTorrent (desktop apps) for large files but for files under 1GB I quickly use an online torrent client ZBigz (www.zbigz.com). Google is there & you'll get more there,best regards...

But note, fiverr isn't using his gigs for advert. It's the cache in his pc that is responsible for that. Let me explain. If you add Facebook account you fiverr account and use one browser to access both accounts, fiverr will show your gigs to friends.

I know some people will say, they will perpare fake US ID card. That is the worse. Unlike Naija, Every US NIN is encoded in the internet.

Yes but depends on the version should not be more than the app alone not the Design Premium or Master Collection Suite simply Photoshop 7 or CS nothing more.

Your gig title doesn't match your gig description which may not sell you very well. You are into Data Analysis using SPSS yet you wrote "I will do awesome work for the potential buyer".

That could be any work,it's until someone reads your description before it's clear not attractive to say the least.

I recommend you change it asap e.g I will create an awesome data analysis for project work(using SPSS);if you want to add that extra in bracket.

It's advisable to stick to what you are really not get involved with a gig you aren't so good in. So if you are better @analysis than writing stick to that don't complicate for yourself online. best regards...
