I will be rounding up my NYSC service in some weeks time in nasarawa state. I have my HND in civil engineering but I will love to further my education to masters sometimes in the future, and at such I was advised to get my PGD immediately and keep it before I focus on hustling but when I was seeking for advice someone told me to go for the top up program instead and it will take me another 3 years in the university, imagine someone who have served already, I am 24years of age and I am deeply confuse on these.. pls need your contribution my great people...
