DubaiLandLord1: iammo:Sighs.. By an outsider, he meant anyone apart from those who have first-hand information on what transpired between Buhari and Mbaka as regards this subject. So you and the person you're trying to correct are all wrong. So the statement begun with "Any person that is just going through the speech (made by Mbaka) may be surprised to....." I'm 5% by the way. |
masterfactor:That was how they were going gaga over multi screen about 2 years ago. I was dumbfounded ![]() Same feature present in phones since time immemorial. Aside battery power, these Transsion devices offer nothing scintillating. |
So much craze over NFC. Something present in Samsung Galaxy S3 that was launched in 2012 ![]() masterfactor:Mind reader. Imagine the craze. These guys are really shortchanged massively o. |
Do these things have English origin? If No, then, let the foreigners and tourists learn its name. Thank you. |
This is not adding up. But then, a lot of things don't add up in Nigeria but that's reality. It's the school that's meant to grant rejection letter if they can't accommodate a Corps member, not the other way round. |
Terminate as in the agreement couldn't go further, hence the company sought an alternative? Or Terminate as in paid off to begin another fresh payment to another entity. ![]() |
Well done Mr Agboola! More wins to the people you surround yourself with ![]() |
Sighs. Haven't they been here before? I remember it was sabotage that made them leave. |
lekki1444:It's okay. We learn everyday. Without disputing your claim as I have NEVER seen a 'civilized first world country report card comment', I have actually seen first world country guides to comments on report cards. And they actually incorporate behavioural assessments a lot. See for yourself HERE. |
emmanuelewumi:This is usually the practice. I'm almost sure the management would have done so when the complaint came up. But I think the teacher should apologize too. So that there won't be bad blood between the teacher and ward/parents. Claims of victimization can easily come up if the bad blood isn't cleared. |
lekki1444:In my opinion, the report card is for both. The Class Teacher who is closer to the ward makes comment on behavioural assessment while the Principal by comparison of the ward's performance over 2/3 terms makes comment on academic performance. |
officialmario:His salary and his expenses have no connection to the topic at hand. He made a derogatory comment at a child and disobeyed a direct order from his superior. That's why he was sacked. Even if you want to go into details, this salary/expense talk won't count. I thought you genuinely sought opinions but it's like you're seeking justification instead. ![]() |
The APC-led FG administration are the enemies that attacked Imo State governorship seat. |
The Excess Crude Account was looted dry. foreign reserves drawn down. Federation Account, emptied. We made the highest revenue in the history of our nation, But they still borrowed money to pay salaries!!! And the economy was set on an irreversible path to recession. NEVER AGAIN will our nation be that unfortunate.
This article is clearly talking about the mismanagement of an oil field now unlike how it was properly managed before 2009. But you've managed to twist it into an APC vs PDP narrative. And it's this APC currently in power (for just six years) that you are glorifying. Wow! In the face of the many trubulations and insecurity Nigeria is undergoing now, you actually have the effontery to say "NEVER AGAIN will our nation be that unfortunate" . Which misfortune is worse than not being sure of tomorrow? See how people are living in fear all over. They can't even go about their businesses freely. Nah only God go help BMC. |
Biglittlelois:The difference is that the comment section doesn't give room for instant messaging. It doesn't give room for a conversation. And it can only contain a limited number of information. Nothing beats handling ills as soon as they are confirmed. These days, education has gone to the dogs, even parenting, you'd see some parents pampering their child in an obvious wrong doing, enabling nonsense, without knowing they are destroying the child little by little. All of these are mentoring and parenting faults. They have no connection to the topic at hand. Proprietors of private schools nko, telling teachers not to do this and that cos that they don't want to loose students because of money, thereby enabling nonsense. This is very prevalent in private schools. It shouldn't be encouraged at all. During my time, I didn't even go to a public school, I went to the best private school in KANO state from early to the late 90s, and they beat us wella, in my report card, my class teacher always say that I'm troublesome, and always make noise in class, which is the truth cos me sef know say I dey very troublesome when I was small, my parents never picked offense, instead, they cautioned me and also assigned a very wicked teacher(uncle Ejimadu, God rest his soul) to discipline me, and today, I'm better for it.We all know how it was then. Unfortunately, things like that are punishable by law these days. The current education codes applicable in Nigeria today are heavily child-centred. Schools these days are made to incorporate Child care and safety standards. Most of those common place practices then are being shown for the dehumanizing and derogatory practices they are today. One must conform to the 21st century standards. We need to stop enabling kids of these days all in the name of trying to be woke.I won't pretend to understand what you mean by 'being woke' in this case but if as adults, you are unwilling to conform to today's demands in the field, what moral justification do we have over a child's unwillingness to outgrow their childish tendencies? |
After the attack, the OP MESA operatives came back as well as the operatives of the Rapid Response Squad ![]() And mind you, the attacks were by the Northerners populating Alaba Rago axis. Hoodlums is just a screen Say it as it is. |

officialmario:And these should come after highlighting a positive attribute in such student. The comments should be solution driven. If there is a place for discussion on child's pressing negative attributes, it should be on phone or face-to-face with the parents and doesn't need to wait until end of term. |
PissfulProtester:Don't be in a hurry. Take your time. Write all of these down a paper. Make a paper boat with it and sail it to China I'm sure they have a better health facility that can handle selective amnesia. Except you also believe Nigeria has a better healthcare system under Buhari too ![]() |
Too bad |
PissfulProtester:Says someone who actually believes Nigeria is safer under Buhari ![]() |
FarahAideed:It's common practice not to intervene when two brothers are fighting. However you interprete that, I will not take responsibility for. ![]() |
HabaHaba:That post wasn't a definition for intelligence. And obviously, I do not expect you to see the sarcasm. Once again, I'm not sorry for your apparent misfortune. |
See that camera ehn and the link wey follow am no concern anybody papa. |
Grace001:Azzzin.. They must be mad. |
HabaHaba:It takes high intelligence to decode sarcasm. I'm not sorry for your apparent misfortune. |
So y'all better sit down and allow us marginalize you in peace or get killed ![]() |
