Luigi02:You had to go back to last two seasons to prove a point. Why not this season, one wonders? ![]() |
rex444:If NYSC taught us anything, it's to tell us that this abysmal level of literacy is quite common place in all nooks and crannies of Nigerian Tertiary institutions. After listening for days on end to the submissions of fellow platoon members for the daily moral inspiration, I used two nights to prepare one for my platoon and subsequently took charge of preparing the morning inspiration messages for my platoon, lest we disgrace our degrees before others. I cringe at the courage that'll inspire one who knows she isn't technically gifted at manipulating words to actually write a novel. |
tamdun:If I said it, how would you have known in the first place? Counter with sense please. |
Means of livelihood of many under threat. Okada is reliable because it bypasses the heavy gridlock and bad roads characterizing Lagos. |
Karleb:First of all, I'm not a school owner, very petty of you to have assumed that. I hope to be one day though. 1. How many well to-do parents have their kids attending public schools? 2. How many public-school teachers even have their kids attending public schools? There is a reason the environment used as a sample space for this submission is clearly given. You can disprove me with facts from that area. Ojo LGA is a heavily populated residential area in Lagos State with a number of public schools and a number of private schools. You can mention any public secondary school there that is free of the ills I clearly listed in the previous post; which abounds in private schools instead. |
helinues:Whatever ESN job description is, it is 100% none of your business. |
OROSUNBOLB:What is the essence of details of the private lives of the many celebrities we always read about on Nairaland? What are the motives behind each and every one of them? Or is Sunday Igboho not a celebrity? How many percent of the news that grace Nairaland were posted with the express permission of the person the news is about? Stop being clever by half. You failed to comprehend a very short passage, missing the basics because of a deep seated misguided insecurity over what really is no business of yours. Imagine complaining over the life of a celebrity being made popular ![]() As for correcting my grammar, permit me to just tell you an obvious truth: You're not mentally equipped enough to do that. Take my post to your most qualified grammar teacher and let him school you on your obvious fails. You put spaces before punctuation marks and you think you can stand before me? Go back to the basics. ![]() |
laiperi: OROSUNBOLB:After reading a post where the OP clearly listed a more expensive car and a collection of luxury vehicles he already owned before this one (even stated that this new one has been ordered since last year), you're still coming for the OP. Point out just one sentence in this entire write-up that attacked Igboho like any of you depicted there? Comprehension gone to the dogs. |
macjurek:Before addressing your claim, I'll have you know that your distaste for Private School owners and administrators hasn't gone unnoticed on this forum. You posted this particular information twice already in different threads and you were also attacking private school owners on the thread where a teacher was sacked because he commented wrongly on a student's result Yes you stand to be corrected and I will correct you. Except you're talking of FGC, no public school here in Lagos is worth its salt. No right thinking parent will enrol his/her ward in a public school if he/she can afford a private school. Is it the crass way most of the public students act and speak on their way home from school? Or the obvious lack of quality classroom and extracurricular activities in school? Or the over-populated classrooms which nullifies even the interested teachers' meagre efforts? Or the lack of teacher's interest in the essence of their jobs? Or the exploitation of students' for material gains by school authorities? Or the inter-school fights instigated by the boys (rarely girls) of these public schools? My sample space is Ojo LGA of Lagos State. Where is the discipline there? There is no better breeding ground for an unfit student than public schools. It's no parent's dream to see his/her child there bar financial implications. |
Pic or we can't relate. |
It was by this girl, Nkechi or so. A family friend. She used to pick me and my younger sister and bring us home from school, drop us off at home, then go to their own house. That day, she just brought us home as usual. We were initially in the living room. Somehow, we ended up in the bedroom where she locked the door and instructed me to take off my blue pant. I remember lying down on the bed spreadeagle. She mounted me and began to rock. All of that was strange and new to me. I can't even tell if I had a hard-on. But I recall being uncomfortable under her weight. It continued until my mother pounded on the bedroom door. I think she came in unnoticed but I don't recall being scared or anything. But my mother flogged her twice and told her to leave. Then she beat me too. Now that I think of it, I still remember wondering what I did wrong. Afterwards, we were lifted to and fro by the school bus. |
Small time now, dey will be begging in traditional lingua when their papa and brother vex |
hollah123:Kettle calling the pot black. You take the word of one man to tarnish an entire tribe but you think you are in a position to pass judgement? Fulani are worse but the Igbos aren't any better. Says a bigot-filled Afonja. ![]() |
Use to buy Forte Oil 1Ltr for #900.. Then it became #1000 but it's #1500 now. |
Ayo2004:Noise bro. Noise. What the dog came out to see in the morning and started barking, the sheep has been observing all night without making a sound. You're not even a football fan long enough to be discussing about overturning Man Utd's legacy. Stop feeling guilty about the oil money. You were the first person to mention it in this conversation. City aren't the first club to become successful through an oil mogul investment. |
Ayo2004:Earlier on, you were asking the last decade Man Utd played in a UCL final. It's been 1 decade. It's almost a decade since Man Utd last won a PL title, yet Man City is yet to equal half their PL title wins alone. Yet you boldly say 'it won't be long' when you see 1 decade as a long time. Just so you know sha, you're chasing 66 trophy count. Even Chelsea that started the oil money struggle before you can't make this claim. |
MrFlavvor:At all. Everytime United made CL final, they won the league as well. All round quality and no reason to blame Lady Luck. |
Ayo2004:You know how they say it: If small pikin buy new pant, e go wan dey piss everywhere e go so as to show off. This UCL final you are celebrating is the same UCL final Man Utd reached 3 times in 4 years. 'How many decades ago' is the same reason Real Madrid is untouchable when it comes to UCL. Go figure how many decades ago they won the first 5 editions. |
S7 (not edge) is on sale for as low as #35,000 - #40,000 fairly used. The screen is about #30k. Do the maths ![]() |
Simplyleo:The fact that ipob are a people that do not have a streamlined way of life nullifies your use of typical there. Imagine people behaving like pre-programmed robots. Be that far from our clans. Every man is and remains a king unto himself. The only thing the people have in common is Biafra. Get that into your streamlined stereotypic skull. |
You're apologizing too much bros. It's even distracting readers from the crux of the matter. You cheated is enough information. You want a solution. All these letting us know your state of mind on everything that's happened is just as though you're trying to sound remorseful and it doesn't make much sense. Remorse doesn't matter to anyone but your immediate family. Looking at the date of this article sha, replying is pointless las las. |
PrinceOfLagos:Wow! So nice to see home view again. Thanks. |
PrinceOfLagos:The last house looks like a relative's house. @OP was it taken at Umukpo in Lude Community of Ahiara in Ahiazu-Mbaise? The similarity is so striking |
OluwaLina1:A scientific explanation is that both parents have recessive albino alleles. But during formation of sperm and egg, only one allele will be present in each sperm and each egg (i.e. dominant and recessive must split). If the sperm bearing the recessive albino allele in the male parent fertilizes an egg bearing the recessive albino allele in the female parent, voila! Nothing to stop the albino gene from expressing itself in the child. |
Response: "Because I'm probably the smartest person you gonna have around. I mean you put out an AD for this job vacancy, sat around waiting for me to have this interview. And now you can't even remember why we're here in the first place. Even I don't forget stuffs that easy. Lol" |
'Gifts her a Limousine ride' No way she bought a Hummer V for her birthday. WTF for? ![]() |
Alright.. We have show with our winch. Go Fulham! Go!! This is a derby goddamnit! ![]() |
