I'ld wager he got fame worth far more than that. |
Keep this fairy tale to yourselves, wherever you brought it out from. We all know the prices would crash someday, but coming when Nigerians are yet to fully accept the situation would simply mean that the FG have resumed subsidy payment or there was a scam in the initial price all along. All things being equal, how do you expect filling stations that had never sold at regulated pump price while they were being paid subsidy, to now drop prices now that they are in control? |
Buy her a strong low end android phone like the earlier series with good battery, then use the change buy wrappers (or George if you're igbo) for her. Once she master the phone, and e come spoil, she no go happy o |

Adikam:You smoke expired newspaper? Man Utd overtake Liverpool five years back. |

southpole:I've given you the opportunity to announce on Nairaland that you've been to Germany. Perhaps, you should show gratitude. Anyway, we have TVs in our houses, and I'm very sure many of us have seen bicycles in use in advanced countries. However, trying to say a bicycle is as good as a vehicle is another discussion entirely. I wish you luck defending that. |
Lol. Quite real. |
joborskill:And this is a show of strength? To run away from responsibility of your actions by creating another username because it's all free? Well, you're not to be blamed. It has been rumoured that there is partisanship over the moderation of this section, and had I not been a victim of such, I would not have believed. Keep riding on your support jare. That is where we find ourselves today. |
It's that easy isn't it? To address a problem of national issue, a passing comment will just be made on the threat to bring forth the solution? And have them all chasing after you for a dialogue? Humour me. Save these new generation national dailies and their penchant for hyping false news, the masses would have really noticed how unconcerned the FG are to the issue. |
That is some silly politicking from PDP there. What is the relevance of a misled child to them? |
tsephanyah:Shey you go Seun house because you wan post for Nairaland? ![]() |
I doubt if some people were taught summary where they came from. But this OP will never carry the utterances of a wailer except he has an ulterior motive to muddle the message. And these company paying youths to guard pipelines when the FG is scrapping the same scheme? It would appear they think the FG doesn't have a real idea how to run that aspect. After all, they're the people in the game. Unless the FG acts tactfully smart, another Odi 1999 massacre is in the works. And it's going to gulp a lot more that #30 billion in compensation aside magnanimous income losses |
AntiWailer:Are you a JJC? Vehicles are not needed before Lagos experiences heavy traffic. Consult pre-Fashola Oshodi. Meanwhile, we are on a backward trend now. Expect bicycles on the streets soonest when the rush becomes too much and the public transport drivers begin to exploit. |
The I.D.G.A.F kind |
I'm waiting for MTN review. |
Baba rest your MB. It'll take more than such insignificant ploy to sell the Chibok issue. Not in the face of the dwindling economy. Even if you want to consider the luxury of believing the notion, a reality check will snap you out of it. |
MalcoImX:Felt pained, yes. Did I address it as a general problem to the culprit's tribe? No I didn't. You felt pained and you committed the error of overgeneralisation. That perhaps is the difference between us; Our perception of problem and solution. Ascribing logic to a premiss simply because it sates your emotional cravings is gross misgivings. That's part of what education should purge us of; the crude conceptions that abounds in us. #PeaceOut! |
MalcoImX:Wrong. It can't get more than this. We served as well and we know the tribe that have the major English problem. |
MalcoImX:His logic to drag the entirety of the ibo folk into the plight of this half-baked graduate from the East for obvious mischievous purposes is sound?? I should expect nothing less, not with the way you used 'we'. However, what you expect from anyone is your expectation. No one is subject to what you expect. Especially not a person you know nothing about. |
Okay. Subsidy Removal is Good. Timing is More Important. |

Ddaji: what is wrong with you, *don't you shame*? Ibos said the main reason why chibok issue is a scam is because of inability of the girl to communicate in English. Here we are talking of graduate from prestigious Enugu state university disgracing the whole ibo race in the North and you have audacity to open your mouth. Haba!!! for once please sit down and reflect.I can see you're intent on turning this into a tribal war. Well, Ibos are now giving you attention. Now, what the hell is ' don't you shame? ' Who taught you 'shame' is a verb? If you're a Northerner, I can obviously see why you're sympathizing with the alleged Chibok girl in question. If you're a graduate, you may want to examine yourself first before you criticise the Ibo lady for disgracing the Ibos like me. |
Lol.. Writing English is very different from understanding English. For instance: You tell a person 'Go Away'. The person turns and leaves. You tell a person 'Go Away'. The person remains in his position. These are two different scenarios. But all the same, it is pathetic for a school graduate not to be able to write and speak English. Although, it is clear she understands. |
