Please, do you have any idea of what it would cost to fix or dispose a Macbook with screen, casing and hard disk problem. Thank you. I don't know the model specs. Perhaps if you see it, you will know? |
More Grease To Your Elbow. |
sarjay1000:Depends on whom you deal with. I have three suppliers, met all of them in Nairaland. Since you can't afford to do TRIAL AND ERROR, The key is: Deal with those with enough comments on their thread. All those I've done deals with had nothing less than five pages on their threads. I went through them all to confirm before applying. |
luluosas:It's true sha. It's annoying when people without patience just run to create a topic and post 'scam' on a legitimate business simply because they were not patient enough to iron out their issues with their providers. Sometimes, when I defend them, it becomes that we are ONE in the scam. Lol. I enjoyed SME service honestly. Very flexible plans. Without the Service Providers reviewing the prices of the bulk data though, it could mean two things; Either MTN is coming to that or these is just a promo plan. After all, the messages were sent in by MTN Surprise. |
luluosas:That's a lot of negative energy you're oozing around here. Take a chill pill. You seem angry at everyone who has tuned in to reality. I was happy when this thread made frontpage because we need updates based on the data review. And it helps to know the SME prices have not been reviewed by MTN. Before now, I believed the SME guys were just being greedy for not dropping their prices. |
Soleymania:Can you show us the message you received and the sender? Some of them send coded messages but are fraud, especially anyone demanding airtime for activation code. 7GB for 2k?? |

Even if you don't check early enough, you'll eventually know after your child's first day in Secondary School. |
It's a bother and I'll understand if it's expensive to change at will. But in the end, it's for your own safety. Except they're being fraudulent. |
What is the protest about? |
Look at it this way. We all come from homes right? But there are prisons for the socially misfit and every other person roams free. |
jaybee:Barely a year into the new government and you're forgetting the definition of democracy? In as much as I supported the removal, for him to still sit on the decision will be criminal when it is a controversial issue for which at that moment, the masses chose the alternative. Watching the economy grind to a halt and doing nothing tangible about it reminds me of a Nigerian leader. And that is not Jonathan. |
ofesko121:Generator is a luxury. There are other things that demand more attention like food expenses, house rent, utility bills, projects, e.t.c. These must be satisfied first to avoid being strung up. Therefore, for the generator to be bought at that critical time, it must play a critical role that would help stabilize the income flow. |
The internet is one ugly invention in relation to covering up deceit ![]() |
knowme:I do not believe in brute force, not in this century. Blacks generally translate strongwill as being almost extremely vociferous in words and actions, therefore, I will not bother entering a debate as to whether GEJ has a will of his own or not. From my survey of the resistance four years back, the reason was due to poor awareness of the good deregulation will do to the citizenry in the long run. The resistance now is due to the poor state of the economy. The impact will be felt more now because there is a heavy budget deficit to contend with already, so the saved income may not necessarily materialize to extra gains. The subsidy removal must impact on the masses irrespective of who is on seat. However, giving corruption lessons to demonize the ex-President while people like Tinubu, Amaechi and Fashola are the apple of the government's eyes and where the fundings for the ex-oppositions' rise to prominence is very shady is a hobby you should quit. Nobody is buying it. They are all the same lot. |
Dial *131# |
What else should one expect from these Tinubu's puppets if not these guilt-shows concealed within lengthy words. You can be a blind supporter without having to explain your decisions because it would never make sense. He admits that there was corruption in the subsidy payoffs but rejected motions for it to be removed when it is obvious that the removal would automatically stop the corrupt payoffs? How does that speak for his mental ability? Tact must not necessarily be shown by brute. That is the essence of refinement through education. |
The quality of the charger or a problem in the charging circuit. |
That happens when you have people who have lost touch with the reality of today, making decisions for the people of today. Not just in governance. This error produces the same result in every department of life. |
mikolo80:A literate shouldn't make this kind of grammatical blunder. Look up the definitions of ignorant and illiterate and try to come up with an excuse for using the former as an adjective for the latter. |
DropShot:You will resist. I wouldn't. I never will. Not then. Not now. I took my time to understand fully the implications of deregulation of the petroleum sector, citing the telecommunications companies and its advantage to Nigerians. This was critical to my mindset over the fuel subsidy issue. The fact is that whether or not people had misgivings about the deals behind the telecommunications sector, it didn't stop Nigerians as a whole from enjoying the benefits. The same thing is applicable to the fuel subsidy. Hiding behind an excuse of corruption charges fools no one who has a concrete idea of how the machinery of deregulation works. It is obvious that on this issue, we just went four years and four months backwards. Better late than never. The only problem is that there is a poor enabling environment for this to work to perfection at the moment. |
The plain reality is that Jonathan was right. Unfurling layers after layers of semantics doesn't coat your double-standards. Meanwhile, in one breath, you ridicule him for not saving during the days of boom. In another breath, you post this: 2. Nigeria was earning excess from crude oil as at then. As such, we should be able to enjoy some part of the excess profits through subsidy.Make up your mind |
No mind them. Dem no know say many of us don dey clock almost a decade for here and their noise-making gives them away. It would seem a fair number of them are all noise - poor memory, else how can one just forget what he clamoured against today, only to celebrate it tomorrow? ![]() It's good to know the Ph. D man was silently hitting home with his policies after all, even if the then-opposition party are now copying them verbatim. |
The source though. |
hmuhammad:This is a joke in bad taste. If you hope to be a father someday, babies are not the ideal specimens to fool around with. |
The conclusion is that these corpers did not serve their fatherland with the supposed dedication and selflessness, therefore, they made no significant impact that would have opened their eyes to the fact that the Nigerian communities need more of young men and women to shine the light. Personally, I undertook, completed and ensured the continuity of a project in the place I served. I even wished I had more time to fine tune it to the highest possible standard achieveable but time waits for no man. Till today, I still maintain contact with my host community, and help in any way I can. His opinion is not in anyway related to NYSC and her objectives. |

Nigeria is more than a land mass. Nigeria is the people. If Nigeria is corrupt, the people are corrupt and as long as he didn't renounce his citizenship, no wahala. |
The era of bicycles will be back. Trust Nigerians. Them no dey dull. |
