“I exchanged a banter with Gov Wike, if you take me seriously, (it’s left to you). The truth is, I’m a President-elect. I have no signature for expenditure until sworn in. How can I make a commitment? I cannot sign a dime of Nigeria money or expenditure now. There can only be one president at a time."
Ride on, our able in coming president 🇳🇬💚
Let the social media toothless bulldogs continue with their barking.....àwon ló maa rè
If Osibanjo had won the ticket he would have won all the Southwest states including lagos, probably only getting an extra 500k - 1million votes than Tinubu.
He would also have won Edo, Kwara and Kogi. He'd win Benue and Plateu and at least have got 25% in Abuja.
The game changing state, Kano would have been a real issue. He would have come a distant 3rd in that state which would have scattered the winning formula for APC (i.e eating the core northern vote). He would have done far worse in the core North than Tinubu and unfortunately Atiku would have rode to an easy victory as the only region Osibanjo would have dented votes that Atiku got would have been the North Central. Obi would have also come a very distant 3rd as only his clansmen and the South South would have voted for him He would have won not one single state out of this sphere and done worse in the South South as a whole than he did in this election. Wike too would have probably written Rivers result for Atiku, as he would have seen no need to fight PDP when it was clear Atiku would win the core north unfettered.
Osibanjo would have only had a chance to win this election if PDP had done the right thing and given it to a southern candidate (i.e Obi or Wike).
Its funny how things play out but Tinubu's ticket seems to have been a masterstroke for a poorly performing ruling party and the only way for a Southern presidency against a popular Atiku.
Though maybe if Atiku had won against two Southerners, that half of the country would have realised the importance of taking elections far more seriously and strategically and stop limiting themselves with emotions.
Good analysis, but I disagree with you on Wike vs Atiku.
Wike would have rather worked for Obi and Obi would beat Atiku in the SS while APC would be distant third there.
Overall, Atiku would have won the election with Osinbajo coming second.
Massiveglory: Fake news. There was no fall . Full video here of Peter obi entrance at western delta university. The whole hall erupted in joy and shouts
This video you shared was cut at around 33rd second, just at the point he had left the aisle. Why the cut and join if the falling incident did not happen?
You cut the part where Obi almost fall and rushed to debunk the other video with this your so called 'full video' as evidence. It is now clear to every reasonable Nigerian that your Obidient movement was built on lies and propaganda and that's why all your antics always fail.
mymadam: "These are fake pics 😂😂😂😂😂😀my baby sis and her husband live in port Harcourt, nothing like this.
No one came out to welcome Tinubu anywhere .... Everyone is indoors..."
Young fella, do you know the meaning of comprehension? I strongly advise you go for your WASCE. You desperately need to... before it's too late. Good luck 👋🏽

Eriokanmi: Have you ever heard of Omowunmi Abisogun before? I'm very close to the family even, that of Oba Idowu. Stop typing what you don't know. Gbolahan is never of Abisogun family. Tinubu installed him against right, wish of the family and the arrangement on ground.
Me, typing what I don't know? Anyway, tell me the name of the family where Lawal belongs in.
Eriokanmi: Oniru used to be Tinubu's Aide. He's a police officer. His name is Gbolahan Lawal The person whose turn was to become oniru was sidelined by Tinubu
There is nobody whose turn it was. Oba Gbolahan Lawal belongs to the Omowumi Abisogun ruling family whose turn it was for the oniru. I'm not arguing the fact that his enthronement was influenced by the government, but it is not that there is somebody who supposed to be there instead of him. It is a competition and government's favourite always win in this kind of situation. The other guy who was the choice of a section of the Abisogun family is Hakeem Ajasa. The only cause of the oniru rulership controversy was that Lawal, been the first choice of the family, was contacted after the death of the former oniru and he said he was not interested. Four members of the family, including Ajasa, indicated their interest.
Three of the contestants later stepped down for Hakeem Ajasa only for Lawal to show up again. Being a former aide to Tinubu, it is obvious his U-turn as well as subsequent enthronement was influenced from above. That does not in anyway imply that he wasn't the right person for the throne or it was somebody else's turn. It is simply a competition and things always swings towards the direction of someone who has the backing of the power that be.
GreaterFuture: Director of NIA Tunde sabiu Yusuf became director of NIA??
Read well and comprehend before reacting. I said "....who allegedly..." . This should tell you that I myself didn't entirely believe the story. However, there was rumour circulating across the media sometime ago about a certain nephew of President Buhari named Tunde who was said to be appointed as an assistant director in NIA without any prior experience apart from selling recharge cards in Daura. The same guy was also said to be the most powerful member of the cabal. In fact, some even termed him as de facto president while others argue that he's less influential than Mamman Daura.
All these are speculations as far as I'm concerned, anyway.
It is obvious those who criticized Jagaban for travelling abroad to rest are either mischief makers or ignorants. With the way this man is being visited everyday, I can say his Paris rest is well deserved.
Now, those bingos that were disturbing us with the nauseating 'Where is Tinubu?' question, have bought market! 😁
It is one news of lagbaja visits the president-elect and tamedo visits the president-elect we are reading every day since his return and that is how it's going to be every single day till May 29. How will Obidients cope with this, I don't know.
Obi and LP sued INEC. The role of INEC as an impartial arbiter has therefore subsided. Now they are in Court at the behest of Obi and are expected to defend themselves, or risk admitting his allegations--which are pretty serious.
What more do you want?
Please, ignore these people, let them keep wailing. Both Obi and his barking dogs have no sense.
We made same observation about the disadvantage of joining INEC as one of the respondents in the watery petition but the zombies are always one way traffic
anigbajumo: You are wrong bro, We are talking about future political calculation here and it will be a taboo for BAT to allaign with kwakwanso except he is ready to loose a cult followership of Norther APC kingpin that made BAT won the primary and worked hard for him to win the election.
Arabaincubus: "We in the North." I usually consider people who mouth this North, North as inferior and mischievous.
I agree with you. Why generalising it as if one person thinks for everyone in the North. Same attitude displayed by Kwankwaso before the elections when he said the current mood of the North was not in favour of relinquishing presidency to the south.
