Travel / Re: Family Regrets Selling House And Borrowing Money To Relocate Abroad,Now Stranded by DesireFarms(m): 5:15am On Aug 02, 2023 |
Ur Sarcasm is irrelevant. This is an open forum and you need to be open to learn new things. Some people earn more than 600£ a day. Though most of the job are contracted and might jst last for few months or weeks, But it’s very possible. Don’t just sit down in the Corner of your room and think everybody is earning the bare minimum . Even people earning minimum wages are doing fine,I’m still part of the minimum wage crew. Relocated with student visa with 2kids now on Tier 2 and I’m doing relatively fine. Relocating to the Uk should be a personal conviction. If you believe you need it. Do it and don’t look back. It might /always be tough/rough at the beginning but with time,You can/may have achieved what you haven’t achieved in Nigeria for years. UK is not a Bed of Roses ,but the system works, to make life easier for you ,always try and upgrade and acquire relevant skills and you don’t need to know anybody here to get a job unlike the other side,Just have the right skills. quote author=Right005 post=124818869] Don’t mind that individual. You’re right. I know people who get paid 1million pounds per day in the UK working just 2hrs in a warehouse
1 Like |

Travel / Re: Some Tips About Living In Uk by DesireFarms(m): 5:50am On Apr 02, 2023 |
This might be possible but the calculation isn't that complete. Well as a couple with no kids. You stand a good chance of saving more money as your schedule will accommodate both of you working without considering the kids. But you didn't deduct tax and Ni and pension from the salary. You didn't include bills ,we've got Council tax ,phone bill, broadband. Transport ,feeding and miscellaneous. Doing calculation from outside the UK can be misleading sometimes but I will never discourage anybody from coming to the UK. But don't come with high expectations. Just come first and be ready for the survival stage with time you get to the enjoyment stage. People should forget about calculating how much can be saved at first. Because you might get here and be able to save above your expectations or you start requesting money from Nigeria to get your footings first. The best set of people that I think can easily enjoy the relocation process are the high skilled worker, then couple who has no kids yet. StreetFight: |

Travel / Re: How Can I Obtain Sponsorship For HCA In The UK by DesireFarms(m): 5:04am On Jan 19, 2023 |
Are you presently working as a care worker ? You can ask your care company or go on indeed and search for care assistant with tier 2 sponsorship. It’s not that easy though but it’s very possible. Some companies might not want to sponsor you immediately until after 3-6 month of working with them to verify if you’re competent or so. |

Yes you can get 2 bedroom in some part of England for £800. The thing with this Uk is that we all can’t have the same experience. I live in a 2 bed of 950.and I have a friend who lives in a 2 bed in derby which is 650. Your bills will be different ,someone might have a car while the other one bus route is better so it will be cheaper. No road tax. No insurance ,no maintainable. All this 200£ ,100£ difference is where the savings of different individual varies. It’s very possible to save 24k after 2 year when both parters start working unlimited hrs with no kids but no be everybody go fit see same Because of different situations quote author=alphabbey1 post=119953365] £800 for 2 bedroom apartment .... see this clown. It’s so easy to talk about it when you are outside of the system. Get into the system first and see for yourself. It’s achievable but not as people always paint it. Who no go no go know. henro757: 5 Likes |

It’s very possible since he she is coming with a dependant that can work unlimited hours. It’s not so easy. But it’s possible. Student work 80hrs a month. Dependant can work 265 hrs upward ,don’t know for other jobs but it’s certain with care jobs John How do you want to make 3k with a student visa ? Anyway you can only work for 20hours while your wife work full time. During your schooling period you both cannot make 3k after tax and neither can your wife do a double job so the 3k is not visible. Ok please can you put a figure to what is realistic. Assuming we are ready to work like mad, hustle with any job available. Or may be the wife should be the one on student visa to allow the highly educated husband hustle for a living.
|
