Kultony: Is NECO result not acceptable for admission? I think it's also accepted. Check anabin, DAAD and uni-assist as well for more information. |

KomGhale: This is not correct... if your programme will be taught in English, you do not need German language certificate before you will be granted a visa Someone whose program is handled fully in English has been in Germany. She didn't have any German language certificate at the time she attended her interview and she wasn't hassled at all, so you're right. |

Toonerdyy: Best advice is learning up to B1 or B2 even, cause no public university will accept A1 or A2...be patient and learn..e get why Very few universities accept even A2 or even A1, but it depends on the course. Even amongst the few, most of them use NC, so there's a high chance of not getting admission. All in all, learn as much German before going to Germany. You may not have the time when you get there. |

Also can I do the B1 there instead? You can do the B1 over there, but it's expensive, compared to learning here. If you're going for MSc, sure you're bound to find offers in English, though you'll still need German in the long run. But if you're going for Bachelor's, most of their art/social science courses are taught in German, so we're talking B2/C1, so I still suggest you learn as much as you can here. |

EpicOracle: Hi guys,
So I will be rounding up my A1 next month and would like to enrol for winter 2023, however my relative is advising me to study up to B1 as I'll get more opportunities than having just A1.
Doing B1 will make me move my plans to summer 2023.
Please advise A lot of factors come into play, but I suggest you get up to B1 because it will go a longer way for you. What course and degree do you intend to go for? |

Fortunia123: Pls how do I use this to pay semester fee? Must I go to the bank physically or can I pay online? If you have someone abroad, preferably in Germany, they could make the payment for you and you send them the naira equivalent at the black market rate. Another option is form A but that could take more time. |

Fortunia123: I can’t defer. It’s a restricted admission course. However, I was told to enroll then resume next semester or whenever I can. That sounds fair then, you should have no worries. Viel Erfolg! |

Fortunia123: I graduated with a first class. Thanks Category A is your route then. You should have no worries. If you can't defer your admission, you can apply again for the next semester. You can meet up with Category A. |

Fortunia123: Hi guys. Pls I want to ask a few questions about this germany enrollment and visa process.
First, how long does it take to send physical documents to Germany. Second, how do I get student insurance for enrollment from Nigeria. And third, I graduated in January 2020. That qualifies me for category A right? 1. Depending on different factors, it could take a few days to 1 week. 2. You can simply apply for any insurance you like online via their website. The most popular options are TK, AOK and Barmer(public health insurance providers). If you're over 30, then you should be privately insured. 3. If you graduated with a first class, then you qualifiy for category A. |

Fortunia123: I should be in category A because I graduated in January 2020. I’m going to enroll and work towards next semester. Is it possible that I ask for the enrollment deadline to be extended? I’m supposed to send physical copies of some documents bu next week but I don’t think I’ll make it. The school is HHU Dusseldorf Did you graduate with a first class? |

Nnetriplet: Nursing, bachelors Most courses for health under bachelors are taught in German though. And you'll need to very good in German to qualify for those. So, unless you want to go that way, you may have to be a bit extensive about what you want to study. |

ghettonews: Most of people just they mumu any how, una no go make research before embarking on something. Before Una apply for admission una no first of all check the visa precess because admission Is not always the problem. When I did mine In 2020 I got no AD cuz I fall under cat B I waited for almost 2 yrs With no AD. Now I went for the eu Cyprus and I will be leaving here soon to Switzerland.
My humble advice Is before you embark on something ask questions this kinda mistakes u made makes u sound so uneducated. There is no AD for cat B. I will advise u consider some other European countries, Switzerland offeres free education too People have gotten AD and AM within the past 4 weeks so calm down I can understand that a lot of people don't do the necessary research, but then things are still moving. Just budget patience for the process to Germany. |

We are not abusing any authority nor protesting, we are only suggesting a way to make the application system more efficient. Yes, this is recommended. I suggest that as many people support this notion as possible. The system can be more efficient. |
