Politics / The Buhari We Met In London, By Gov Okorocha by dewale2k: 9:12pm On Jul 23, 2017
THE BUHARI WE MET, BY GOV OKOROCHA

In a telephone conversation following the meeting of All Progressives Congress (APC) governors and leaders with President Muhammadu Buhari in London Sunday, Governor Rochas Okorocha of Imo State, said the President was very cheerful and has not lost any bit of his sense of humour.

The governor said the party delegation spent more than an hour with President Buhari over lunch, and it was very clear from the discussions that he followed developments at home very closely.

He said the President was delighted to receive the delegation and asked each governor about affairs in his state. He also asked the Minister of Transportation, Rotimi Amaechi, about the state of the railways.

When asked to react to all the negative things being said about him, the President just laughed, describing such negative reports as lies. Governor Okorocha said President Buhari was completely unperturbed by the cocktail of lies. He, instead, sent his best wishes to Nigerians.

According to the governor, Nigerians don’t have to worry at all, adding that President Buhari will be back as soon as the doctors give him the green light.

“By our visit to London today, the merchants of lies have been put out of business and Nigerians will not buy the garbage they have been selling. All those who look up to fake news can find better use for their time,” Governor Okorocha noted.

Governors Umaru Tanko Al-Makura of Nasarawa; Nasir El-Rufai of Kaduna; Yahaya Bello of Kogi; and APC National Chairman, Chief John Oyegun, were also in the delegation.

ii. Never stop me from giving to the needy,,,regardless of my r/shp with them.

Politics / Pmb To Reaffirm Nigeria Right To Use Nuclear Energy In Washington Summit by dewale2k: 4:39pm On Mar 29, 2016
PRESIDENT BUHARI TO REAFFIRM NIGERIA'S RIGHT TO USE NUCLEAR ENERGY FOR DEVELOPMENT AT WASHINGTON SUMMIT President Muhammadu Buhari will leave Abuja for Washington DC tomorrow, Wednesday, March 30, 2016 to join President Barack Obama and about 60 other world leaders and heads of international organisations at the 4th Nuclear Security Summit which opens there on Thursday. At plenary sessions of the summit which is dedicated to reinforcing international commitment to the non-proliferation of nuclear weapons, President Buhari will insist that while Nigeria will continue to sustain that commitment, world powers must respect the right of other countries to the peaceful use of nuclear energy for development purposes. The President will reaffirm Nigeria's stance that international efforts to ensure greater security of nuclear materials should maintain a balance between nuclear non-proliferation obligations and the indisputable right of Nigeria and other countries to harness nuclear energy and technology for socio-economic development. It will be recalled that at a meeting with him in Abuja earlier this month, President Buhari told the Director-General of the International Atomic Energy Agency, Mr. Yukiya Amano that the Federal Government will welcome greater support from the agency for Nigeria's aspiration to begin the generation of electricity with nuclear energy. While in Washington DC for the Nuclear Security Summit, the President and his delegation which includes Governor Mohammed Abubakar of Bauchi State, Governor Abdulfatah Ahmed of Kwara State, the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Mr. Geoffrey Onyeama, the National Security Adviser, Maj.-Gen. Babagana Monguno (rtd.) and the Director-General of Nigeria's Nuclear Regulatory Agency, Prof Lawrence Anikwe Dim, will also hold bilateral meetings with other participating Heads of Government and high-ranking United States Government officials. President Buhari will depart Washington DC for Abuja on Sunday.

Thank God my girl graduated from a strict private school.

God bless me with money and I'll never send my children to any of these public schools.

Public campuses are the easiest platforms to get free s e x. I personally know a guy who counted over 40 girls he slept with in school. 2yrs after service, he became born again and got married to a beautiful virgin (deeper life girl).
Girls wise up. That guy you're living with on campus will never marry you. Stop washing clothes, plates: stop making that st u pid breakfast, lunch & dinner; it will take you nowhere. You're only punishing yourself and your future husband.

That time you spent cooking for a boy who depend on pocket money, if channeled appropriately in a biz, book (or both), will elevate you after graduation.

Romance / Re: The Right Way To Compliment A Girl That Will Make Her Smile by dewale2k: 8:42am On Apr 23, 2015
CharlesNneji1:
What I’m about to show you here, right now, is the reason most “players” are called “sweet mouths”. This one “secret” is the main reason girls love players’ compliment, while they take the compliments of other guys less seriously.

I’ve been getting a lot of emails from guys who have been following my articles. And one question that kept coming up is - weather it is right to even compliment a girl at all.

The anwser is yes.

Girls, like every other human being, love compliments and there is nothing wrong in giving it to them.

BUT THERE IS A RIGHT WAY TO GO ABOUT IT so as to get the desired result
Follow these “right ways” I’m about to show you and girls would always love to have you around them. Infact, this right ways will make any girl addicted to your compliments if you do it right.

THE TWO KEY POINTS ABOUT COMPLIMENTING GIRLS IS THIS:

#1. How specific and true is it?
#2. The frequency matters.

Let us take these points one by one.

#1 HOW SPECIFIC AND TRUE IS IT?

One problem about complimenting girls is that it makes them feel good JUST with THEMSELVES .

And why is this a problem?

This is why:

A guy compliments a girl so that girl will feel good and then like him in exchange.

That is; you don’t compliment her just so she go feel herself. You do it so she go feel you join. But when she go feel herself because of your sweet words and she no come feel you – the compliment becomes a waste.

The right thing is not just to compliment her but to do it in a way that will make her like you for the compliment.

HOW CAN YOU DO THIS?

Simple – by using a direct compliment and not a general one.

What is the difference?
Let me give you examples.

Just saying: “You are beautiful” – is too general, every guy says that.
“I like your nose, our kids go cute die” – is specific. Or you could even go like: “Nice hair, let me steal this picture and ask my baby sister to make it”.

ANOTHER ONE:

“Nice smile” is general. “The way your lower lip curve when you smile tho” - is specific.

Are you getting the gist?

The more specific your compliment is the more it doesn’t sound like wash, and the more it makes her really really not just feel good about herself, But also, feel good about you for complimenting her.

And the formula is to make your compliment direct, followed by a little teasing.

More examples: “You are sexy” is general.

“This your hips sha, if I dream about it I will bite your lips” is specific (No go use this one for pastor pikin o, she will vex for you).

The reason this works is that>>>>

One; it makes your compliment appear real and not just something you’ve said JUST to be nice.
Two; it makes her to feel good ABOUT HERSELF and the same time; GOOD ABOUT YOU.

#THE FREQUENCY OF YOUR COMPLIMENTS MATTERS

Too much of everything is bad. You should know that.
When you compliment a girl too often your compliments becomes too common and less powerful. Be sparse with it, you are not her ego booster, your job is not to make her feel good about herself. If you must compliment a girl make sure she has earned it. It should be a reward from you to her.

Guys compliment girls just so she will reward her with her attention.

Wrong Wrong Wrong Wrong. Very wrong.

Your compliment should only be given when she really deserves it. You are the boss. You should be in-charge.

If she wears something you don’t like, don’t compliment it. Last time I checked the devil is the father of all liars.
If you don’t think her lips are cute don’t say it.
She should just get your compliments when she really deserves it.

Have an awesome night, bro.

Hello sir. If you are starting the business, yours is to buy in bag and sell off within a week. Except if you wouldn't be selling the onions immediately. Then you will need to store the onions by spreading them in the sun for 2 to 3 days if they are fresh so as to dry up. After 2 to 3 days, peel of the back, of cos some will peel of itself. Then pack them into a well ventilated room. Spread them so that the air entering the room will serve as a preservation. That way your onions can last as long as 2month or more. Then the onions is called Old Onions because its dry and it cost more in the market.
Thank you.

11k will get u one full bag/sack of onions and still get it down to lagos.

Talking about profit, u should not likened it to a get rich quick scheme. The profit margin ranges from 16% to 24% and can still skyrocket to 60% or more depending on the type of market and season. The more your bags, the more your profit.

Accommodation - where are u based, and why do u need accommodation if u reside in lag. If u want to travel down to the North ursef, u'll incur more expenses which is not included in the initial 11k.

Transport - I think I have done justice to that

Feel free to ask more questions but u'll get a reply after I'm done with my laundry.. Thanks

Education / FG, ASUU Reach Agreement Over Strike by dewale2k: 7:20pm On Dec 11, 2013
The Federal Government and the Academic Staff Union of Universities have reached an agreement to end the over five month old strike by ASUU. The lecturer’s association has however said that its members may return to work next week.

ASUU’s demands include the upward review of the retirement age for professors from 65 to 70; adequate funding to revitalise the university system; progressive increase of budgetary allocations to the education sector by 26 per cent; transfer of federal government property to universities; setting up of research and development units by companies; payment of earned allowances; and renegotiation of the signed agreement.

The agreement between the two is reached barely 24 hours after the Special Assistant on Public Affairs, Dr. Doyin Okupe presented a proof of payment of N200 billion into an account with the Central Bank of Nigeria.

The strike began on July 1st 2013 and lasted for over five months before this resolution was reached.
