For the Nigerian police to make an arrest, they would have to demand money from the complainant and even when the arrested is clearly innocent, he would be reprimanded cunningly in order to extort money from him or her. It's really embarrassing. How would u know an innocent policeman. The IG should start his clean up exercise of corruption from the police force.
