The Sherpas are locals and can summit most times without breathing apparatus.

I apologize for the first sentence. I’ve been quite cranky today. Will modify.

The point you just brought up is a whole new topic. The black SA gov and the ANC are just like any other African government: corrupt and incompetent. Instead of facing their own inequalities, they’ve resulted to cozying up to Afrikaaners (Mandela and his whole reconciliation charade) and taking out their problems on other Africans ( the current slaughter of Nigerians).
No shakes Bolo. I understand that humans can get worked up once in a while.

SA guys really need to step up, infact Africa as a whole.

[s]I advise that you do not comment on a subject that you know nothing about.[/s] Let me educate you.

Those areas developed by the whites could only be inhibited by the whites only as per the Group Areas act of 1950 (the law that racially segregated SA). Those shanty dwellings that you see the blacks live in were the areas that they were subjected to living under as per the aforementioned law. Furthermore, Apartheid laws banning blacks from government and regular state function meant that they could not have control over their own land and state affairs, resulting in them living in utter poverty.
I would have appreciated if you used the bolded words. Anyway, thanks for the enlightenment. cheesy wink Still does not overrule the fact that blacks are the problem of blacks.

Why have they not developed those places to be at par ever since the apartheid stopped?

What is even worse is that the youths even stood up to the Chinese by removing the waste pipes but they (the Chinese) reinstalled them. Talk about federal backing.

You would’ve been subject to conditions a lot worse. Colonizer would only develop the continent for themselves and their benefit. Just look no further than apartheid South Africa or Rhodesia. Need I say more.
You think so? Go and check the areas developed by the whites in SA and check the current dwelling places of the black-skinned ones.

How does it really feel when you know the team you are supporting will most likely lose?
