I guess it was based on how Ɣõu̶̲̥̅̊ answered those 4 questions...

thanks, bro. why I find it hard to believe dat it was d way nd manner I answered those competency questions that resulted to dis mess is bcoz, I did alot of research about dis coy (guinness) and tailored their goals nd objectives to my career. nd I can remember after d application, an HR dat works in guinness nigeria plc, benin city, told me dat d sales position is only open to those with some months or at most 2years experience. I also submitted my resume to him though.
Just thinking ...

I guess "work experience" and my "course of study" worked against me, since I've got no work experience in sales (not even a month experience) and I am science oriented. I wish I knew, I would have opted for HR trainee, as that is kinda reasonable and considerable.

olumyde: Its not about maybe you used 1 or 2 sittings for ur undergraduate education. What they require is that you have at least 5 credits in 1 sitting, including maths and english. It doesn't matter in what subjects you have the credits. And yes, they are strict about d conditions i stated above.

I seem not to understand why I was considered as an individualistic person in my personality assessment result. got a link, ID and password from dragnet in d wee hours of d morning. I really need some heads up concerning the phone interview after d shl test (by d grace of God the test will be successful).
Deturia abeg how did you ansa the H/r lady when she asked you about your careers plans for the next 5 years or so. I have a friend that choked on that question since his real career plan (in an engineering field) wasn't what he was applying for (sales).
I applied for Human Resources btw

please, when did u receive the link for the test? I applied 2 days ago and haven't got any link to d online test. I only got 2 msgs, which were congratulatory msgs for my successful application. I applied for sales though
