I think it's high time for Wema's ministry to move up. I don't know the kind of sentiment that's keeping the share price below 60kobo. Its supposed to be at the 70kobo region at least. Its own time will come anyway.[/quote

AIICO's insurance 2019 financial performance, is outstanding, hope they will declare better dividend this time o, since they made almost X4 of their 2018 profit. A dividend of 20 -25k will definately be very good in this current dispensation. |

Yes definately, it is the Q2 results that will be the one to look out for. bigjay01:
In view of the prevailing economic climate, I would view a flat result as a super result (even -15%) |

OGG, weldone sir, I have advised several people on this, but the issue is everyone has his own risk appetite. I had an uncle that invested his Pension in stocks about 5years ago and I advised him on some shares, and till date, he has made X3 of his capital, which he has since withdrawn and currently enjoying dividend on the Principal sum. Everyone has his story of the capital market, while some are good, others are bad, so in all everyone will be alright. onegentleguy:
...It's alright. ![grin](https://www.nairaland.com/faces/grin.png) When the equity market begins to receive its own patronage and certain selects stocks start to surge in price, then some investors will begin to see things clearly. ![shocked](https://www.nairaland.com/faces/shocked.gif) Many will keep crying wolf and miss out on some clear opportunities. Again, people should rely less on what the media put out and do their homework well.
...hear this; Oftentimes, the value drive from the price of an asset will usually lag/preceed information dissemination and eventual action/play that would've driven it. ...that's why u hear such terms as; "it has already been priced in."
Nigeria is so bad and with over-the-roof risk premium, yet investors are embracing the country's bond like never before. ...over 4.5x(459%) in oversubscribtion. The equity market is presenting a juicy opportunity for the mid to long-term investors.
I have said that the twin worry of oil price strain and covid-19 will come and go. ...just seek to tap from the select opportunities "they bring with them before they go back with it !!"

In addition to Agba's advise, you will most likely require a Letter of Administration empowering you as the beneficiary to perfect transfer of ownership since it is an inheritance. In all, you can also try Meristem Registrar and Probate services Ltd, they can help you in getting the letter of administration and other documents required for easy transmission of shares/ownership. 08178192374 (you can give me a call) 1 Like |

I will recommend Meristem Stockbroking to you, you can thank me later. 08178192374 bigsmoke2: Pls am a novice inherited very large volume of stocks but the value is fast dropping. I've approached a number of brokage firms who all become desperate once they sight my dematerializaton form. only excepton was ibtc but they require 5millon cash deposit to trade with them. even though my stock is worth way more than that. All others have been disturbing me with calls and messages. I just need general advice from gurus in the house. I've read a lot of scaring things about stock broking world such as unauthorized sales of shares etc. From my deduction one needs to thread with caution in the broking world. So as not to loose all that money. A firm billed me 10% for indemnity in an attempt to make so much money from my stocks while ibtc only asked for 1% of stock value Kindly advise me so I don't jump in bed with a crafty brokage firm. Also can I open multiple accounts account with different brokage firms just like bank account or I can only move my account from one firm to another like pension. |
