TOPIC: THE DEMON AND THE HORSE

BASIC SCRIPTURE: EPHESIANS 6: 10-18.

Years ago, I was told this fable below: A horse was tied to a tree. A demon came and released him. The horse entered the garden of neighboring peasants (farmers) and started eating everything. The wife of the owner of the vegetable garden, when she saw this, took a rifle and killed the horse. When the owner of the horse saw the dead horse, he became angry; he also took his rifle and shot the farmer’s wife. On returning home, the farmer found his wife dead and killed the owner of the horse.

The children of the owner of the horse, seeing their dead father, burnt the farm of the farmer. The peasant farmer, in retaliation, killed all the children. The devil asked what he had done, and he replied:” I did not do anything. I just released the poor horse who was hungry. Did you get that? One little innocent PROVOCATIVE action led to so much tears, deaths and pain. The devil does simple things to cause GREAT HAVOC: He knows that with anger in the heart, wicked desires will always do the rest. So you must always think before taking any action as 2020 runs along your destiny pathway! Above all, avoid revenge, avoid wishing evil against others or wanting to pay evil with evil, etc. You never know the real reasons that lead some people to do certain things.

Always remember that you are not fighting against FLESH and blood but against principalities and power! Satan provoked DAVID to number Israel and thousands died in one day (1 Chronicles 2:1)! His real target was ISRAEL but he used DAVID! Just as Hannah was provoked by Peninnah, satan will always use a “PENINNAH” to PROVOKE YOU! Satan will use you to curse God or to hate men! Avoid the storm of bitterness/anger! Because of the demon, just let go of the horse! That horse can be your son, wife, husband, daughter, father, mother, sister, brother, boss, coleague, friend, etc. Look beyond men and their actions! Watch and pray! Let Go and let God!

TOPIC: THIS COUPLE WENT TO JAIL!

BASIC SCRIPTURE: LUKE 12: 1-15.

A court in South India has sent a couple to jail after finding the husband-wife duo guilty of spending four million Indian Rupees (about 57, 150 dollars) wrongly credited to their bank account. The couple was quoted that they thought it was a “windfall.” They withdrew the money Within a few days and went on a spending spree, including buying a property and they quickly organized their daughter’s wedding. The money was actually meant for a government bank account belonging to the Public Works Department (PWD) for carrying out some developmental works. It was realized after eight months that the money was wrongly deposited in the couple’s bank account, instead of the government department’s bank account.

Can you beat that? WINDFALL without knowing the source? Could it be the result of “syndicate money-sharing formula gone wrong? Questions! Questions! Questions! But the Holy Ghost lesson is: WALK IN INTEGRITY! Do not take what is not yours! Yours will never elude you! Be content with what you have! Refuse to live beyond your means! Return missing items! Report cases of wrong done and don’t live in that wrong! Conquer greed and win over extravagance (today’s scripture Vs. 15)! Be simple in all you do because YOU ARE DUST in the final analysis! Hear Idira Gandi – “My grandfather once told me that there were two kinds of people: those who do the work and those who take the credit. He told me to try to be in the first group; where they have not sown! Then Seneca said: “For a greed all nature is too little."

Even the whole world is too little for a greedy man or woman! They want 100 worlds! Wow! Erich Fromm, in the book “Escape From Freedom’ wrote: “Greed is a bottomless pit which exhausts th4 person in an endless effort to satisfy the need without ever reaching satisfaction.” Mahatma Ghandi then threw this bombshell: Earth provides enough to satisfy every man’s needs, but not every man’s greed.” A bomb! Greed is not need! Oh! Close with just this line from Horace: “The covetous man is always in want. Ah! LORD, deliver us from envy and self-pity! It is the same Greek word used to describe A SMALL DOT in the midst of many circles. That means YOU ARE IN THE MIDST OF DIVINITY FIRE! Before any power can touch you, it must pass through God the Father, and the SON. Oh! You are so protected! You are surrounded by OUR “THREE FRIENDS” – the TRINITY!
You are PECULIAR! God cannot allow you – His most essential product on earth to be wasted by any power or personality. Ah! Because God cannot watch His temple defeated or disgraced, every satanic power/wickedness, witch, wizard, occultic power, diviner, etc, attacking you shall die by fire! TOPIC: YOU ARE HIS LAST HOUSE! YOU ARE HIS V.V.I. P!

BASIC SCRIPTURES:
1 KINGS 5:3; 8:14-20; HAGGAI 2:9.

1 Kings 5:3 says: “Thou knowest how that David my father could not build an house unto the name of the LORD his God for the wars which were about him on every side. Until the LORD put them under soles of his feet.” The reason why God did not allow David to build a house/temple was not just because his hands were bloody but because: there was going to come a house built by the Blood of Jesus Christ, not the blood OF David.

Wow! God did not allow David to build the temple/house with bloody hands because there was coming a “Man” that would shed blood to build the final house. IF DAVID HAD BUILT THE TEMPLE, THEN JESUS WOULD NOT HAVE DIED! God prevented David because the blood in his hands was earthly, sinful, corrupt and limited. God needed an incorruptible blood from an incorruptible man. He needed an unlimited and sinless blood from a sinless man. Oh! He needed the divine blood, the blood of the everlasting covenant – THE BLOOD OF HIS SON JESUS! The house that Jesus built with His Blood is you. Hear this: Jesus cannot shed HIS BLOOD in vain because His Blood cannot be shed in vain, no power can stop your STAR. Yes! No power, no battle can rubbish your salvation!

1 Corinthians 6:19 reveals that your body is the TEMPLE of the Holy Ghost, for you were bought with a price and that price is the BLOOD OF JESUS! Therefore, YOU ARE THE LAST HOUSE OF THE LATTER DAYS! You are the glory of the latter house! And the glory of the latter house shall be greater than the former. You need to understand that in the whole universe, there is nothing as important as you. The Lord woke me up to tell you today: The ministry of PENINNAH and the ministry of MICHAL shall expire this year! Those mocking you or planning to mock you shall be mocked this year! But be watchful over bitterness and sin because satan can provoke you into sin to make the LORD TURN HIS FACE FROM YOU! Why did He turn His face from Jesus on the cross? It was due to OUR LOADS OF SIN!

The Lord had to cry out: FATHER, WHY HATH THOU FORSAKEN ME?” Do you know that He can also turn His face from your career, family, marital connections or bussiness/ministry if you allow satan to provoke you to sin against HIM? Satanic provocation can hinder your Samuel-your promise, prayers, expectations and desires from manifesting. There was a Prophet Samuel in the womb of Hannah in waiting, but Peninnah was sent to provoke her soul to anger (today’s 1st scripture)! TOPIC: THEY NEVER GIVE UP! NEVER GIVE UP

BASIC SCRIPTURE: PROVERBS 30: 10-17.

Failure is what a man gets when he gives up. When you pray and pray and it seems as if you are not getting answers, It does not mean that you have experienced a prayer failure. A prayer failure only happens when you stop praying. When you give and sow and tithe, and it seems as if there is no financial increase and ELEVATION, it doesn’t mean that you are experiencing a harvest failure. A harvest failure only happens when you stop sowing! JEHOVAH’S WORD CAN NEVER FAIL: He who sows will reap; and he who asks will receive.

These are things that should strengthen you when things look hopeless and renew your expectations. NEVER GIVE UP! If Sheol (HELL) will never open its mouth to say “I don’t want dead lost souls again,” then you should never give up on your dreams and God-given desires! If a raging fire will keep on burning as long as it is fueled, then you need to keep on fueling your determination and expectation! As long as there is fuel in a vehicle, it will Keep on moving until it reaches its destination.

TOPIC: WHEN YOUR BATTLE HAS NO EXPLANATION!

BASIC SCRIPTURE:
JOHN 9:1-11.

Welcome! Verse 1 of today’s Word says: “And as Jesus passed by, He saw a man which was blind from his birth.” Wow! That means some battles began before you were born. Note: He was blind from birth! It had NOTHING to do with him! He was not involved in the decision of whether to pass through that battle or not! Indeed, WE DO NOT CHOOSE OUR CROSSES; THEY CHOOSE US! There are some specific battles that have been destined for you to go through even before you were born! Did you get that? The day you were BORN was not the day you were CREATED! God created you Himself before your parents even met! So it was planned or programmed for you to goo through that battle, for you to carry that cross. For 40 years, God watched that man suffer.
He watched him abandoned and rejected. Yes! For 40 years he went through a battle he knew nothing about; not because he was a sinner or because he was from a poor home. Vs 3 reveals: “…Neither hath this man sinned nor his parents: but that the works of God should be made manifest in him.” Wow! God just decided to glorify Himself through blindness and through the cross this man was carrying! Watch this: He created a man, gave him blindness and said, “Through this blindness, I will get glory from you.” Oh! Humanly speaking, it doesn’t make sense and some battles you are facing do not make sense because His ways are not your ways and His thoughts are far from yours. When you don’t understand, just trust God because He knows the end from the beginning. How do you know that the battle you are going through is from God?

The battle from God will never allow shame to be your last bus-stop. I prophesy: Anything in your life, family and ministry that doesn’t make sense now shall announce you by fire in Jesus name! REFUSE TO GIVE UP NOW Ah! Any cross my Father has not given to you this year and beyond shall scatter and backfire. Yes! I speak to that raging 2020 battle and that destiny battle you are going through now; you have fasted and prayed, you have sown seeds, and you are giving and forgiving and done all you know to do; if that battle is allowed by God, I decree: IT WILL NOT SINK YOU BUT WILL PROMOTE, ENLARGE AND ELEVATE YOU THIS YEAR! Determine to hold on and hold out even when you cannot explain your battles! I see the world dancing with you at your testimony party in Jesus name.

TOPIC: THIS YEAR 2020: SATANIC PUNISHMENT MUST EXPIRE!

BASIC SCRIPTURES: PSALM 7:6-11; ROMANS 1:29.

Welcome! The word “punishment” is very crucial. It means a penalty for something wrong done. If you are penalized for any wrong, it is called punishment. But the Bible calls punishment a cross. So what we call punishment can be a cross. People can give you a cross God has not given you. When you take a cross God has not given to you, it is called punishment. When you carry a problem God has not given you, we call it punishment. When you suffer for anything you know nothing about, it’s called punishment. If you are going through a battle of which you do not know the origin, it is punishment. As we go through life, we all have one cross or the other. Jesus said “he that will come after me should take his cross and follow Me (Matt. 16:24).

Anytime you’re serving the Lord without a cross, there’s a problem there. We all have one battle or the other. These battles or crosses are allowed to ATTRACT MORE GRACE AND TO PROVOKE OUR dependence ON THE ROCK from where we were carved! Listen, when the devil sends his own cross, it is to make you a bitter woman or man. God’s cross is easy, and even in the midst of crisis, there will be a peace that cannot be explained. If there are strange crosses, strange battles, evil yokes, punishments, etc you know nothing about, they will scatter today in Jesus name.
Ephesians 6: 12 talks about spiritual wickedness in high places (see it)! Any man/woman who is serving God must come across what is called spiritual wickedness. Satanic punishment is another name for acute wickedness in high places. Anyone that is born again, one compulsory road you must pass through is to face wickedness. I declare as your prophet: Any power releasing wickedness against you, shall expire today.

One thing you must do in dealing with spiritual wickedness is to always pull them down. WHISPERERS as revealed in Romans 1: 29 are dangerous people. Whisperers are a group of powers who discuss you in the day and in the night when you’re not there. When you are present, it is talking; but when you are not there it is whispering. If your life is making progress, they become bitter and WHISPER behind you. They can even envy your children. Welcome! Ecclesiastes 8:1 says: “Who is as the wise man? And who knoweth the interpretation of a thing? A man’s wisdom maketh his face to shine, and the boldness of his face shall be changed. You will shine this year because the LORD will do a thing that will surprise your nation. Ecclesiastes 9:15-16 also says: “Now there was found in it a poor Wise man, and he by his wisdom delivered the city, yet no man remembered that same poor man. Then said l, ‘Wisdom is better than strength: nevertheless the poor man’s wisdom is despised, and his words are not heard.” Wow! A POOR MAN’S WISDOM IS DESPISED.

So why was the WISE MAN POOR in the first place? He was poor because he could not make FULL USE OF THE WISDOM ON HIS INSIDE! He made SELECTIVE USE of it! That means you can be successful in your marriage but become a failure in your prayer or Word life! Yes! Some people are success stories in their finances, but failures in their homes or in managing people! Some are success stories in their prayer and zeal for God, but very bad MORAL FAILURES! They cannot handle fornication, adultery, masturbation, lesbianism, homosexualism, anger, forgiveness, pride, self-pity, depression, etc. They are also cheats and liars! They cannot be trusted with money or trusted to keep an agreement, yet they are always in church! Why was a man who could deliver a city not able to deliver himself?

He probably forgot that WISDOM IS ELASTIC! IF YOU DON’T STRETCH IT, YOU WILL END UP AS A SHAMEFUL LAND! See Luke 2:52 -“And Jesus increased in wisdom and stature, and in favour with God and man.” Did you get that? WISDOM can grow or remain stagnant! It can INCREASE or decrease. Welcome to today’s devotional with the God of awesome wonders, who can make something from nothing, who can make a way out of no way and who can turn failures to fortunes! If they told Job that his life would be ten times better than it was or that he would recover to the fullest all that he had lost or better still that he would have double of his entire wealth at last, he would never have believed that prophecy. For a man who was the richest and wealthiest in the Eastern region of his day to come to complete bankruptcy and absolute nothingness is the height of failure.

Oh! He failed until even failures called him a failure! Ah! What could be worse than that? What could be worse than a man losing all his investments, properties, labour, savings, children, fame, respect and dignity all in one day? Did I hear you say “in one day” Oh! Yes! In one day! Job lost everything in one day! Today’s Scripture says in Verses 14-19: “And there came a messenger unto Job, and said, ” The oxen were plowing, and the asses feeding beside them: And the Sabeans fell upon them, and took them away; yea, they have slain the servants with the edge of the sword; and I only am escaped to tell thee.’ While he was yet speaking, there came another and said,…”
Wow! I call it failure in succession! And what the Holy Ghost is saying to a uaer of today’s devotional is that, if Job despite all his failures made it, will make it also. No matter how the year has been and no mater the failures of the past, Jehovah God shall elevate your destiny despite any setback!
I SEE HIGHER SUCCESS!
I see success hunters and demotion agents being paralyzed! Yes, you will be so successful until the successtul calls you a success. Reject bitterness! Vs. 22 says: “In all this Job sinned not, nor charged God foolishly.” In every dark cloud, there is a silver lining.

I am led to remind you that all the CELEBRATED “Js” in the Bible went through unexplainable destiny battles before they became ELEVATED “Js.” Take the count now Jesus, Jabez, Jacob, Joseph, Job, Jephthah, and John the Baptist, etc, were initial societal rejects! Even their families never believed in them and nobody gave them a chance!
Some were betrayed and lied against, and everything turned against them, but they made it at last! You don’t need a million people to like you, only one person positioned by heaven can be used to turn everything around in your life and destiny. The Bible says in Prov 16: 7 that when a man’s ways please the LORD, He (the LORD) will make his enemies to be at peace with him. TOPIC: WHY THEY DROVE JESUS AWAY!

BASIC SCRIPTURES: EXODUS 12:36; MARK 5: 1-17.

Mark 5 gives the story of how the grace and favour of God sought out THREE special people from the crowd of thousands and hundreds of thousands and gave them their miracle and deliverance. Verse 2 says that as soon as Jesus stepped out of the boat into the country of the Gadarenes, a demon possessed man bound with chains came to Him and cried out for deliverance, and HE GOT HIS DELIVERANCE. Verse 4 says, “No man could tame him.” That was how wild the demons had turned him into, but when the power of God came, he was set free.
As soon as the people of that town saw what Jesus had done, THEY DROVE Jesus AWAY. THEY DROVE AWAY THE RAIN OF GOD’S FAVOUR! How pathetic! The LORD Jesus left and went to another town! As soon as He stepped into the town, Jairus, a very popular man, ruler of the synagogue, met Him and told Him, “My little daughter is at the point of death, but come and lay Your hands on her and she shall be healed and she shall live. As soon as Jesus heard those words, He followed him. THEY DROVE Jesus away to enable Him discover JAIRUS! I prophesy: Someone Will Make A Mistake That Will Elevate Your Glory and accelerate your testimony your for good!

Yes! Their ERROR turned JAIRUS into a HERO Oh! BASIC SCRIPTURES: MATTHEW 2:1-10; NUMBERS 24:17.

Welcome to this special day/night with the Holy Ghost that will provoke the recovery of your stolen, dimmed or hijacked star. Any power or personality that has tampered with your star shall dry up and die today/tonight in Jesus name. Today’s 2nd scripture says, “I shall see Him, but not now: I shall behold Him, but not nigh: there shall COME A STAR out of Jacob, and a Scepter shall rise out of Israel…” The next New Testament scripture is the fulfillment of this Old Testament promise. It is the revelation of the STAR OF PROMISE. It says: “When they SAW THE STAR, they rejoiced with exceeding great joy.” Wow! What the wise men saw was THE PROMISED STAR OF JESUS.
They saw his GLORY, GREATNESS, KINGSHIP AND LORDSHIP and they bowed down and worshipped Him. But there was a man in the person of KING HEROD who vowed that THE STAR OF JESUS will not shine. He vowed to destroy THE STAR by killing Jesus the Christ (Matt. 2:13). Just like Jesus, God has created you to be unique, He has created you this year to shine above your enemies. But your have enemies that say your star must not shine, enemies that say your star must be dim. I call them STAR HUNTERS! These are enemies, powers and demonic forces that hunt for the STARS of the children of God to stop it, dim it or hijack it, but they shall fail and be frustrated concerning YOUR STAR in Jesus name. In the secular world, a star is somebody that has stood out in his own line of profession, e.g. a musician, an artist, a prolific writer, a football star or a movie star, etc.

But scripturally and spiritually, YOUR STAR is who you are as a finished product in God’s Factory. Oh! YOUR STAR is your GLORIOUS END in the original plan and purpose of God. It is what God has created you to be or accomplish according to His will and that is what satan and STAR HUNTERS are after. The devil in John 10:10, is described as coming to steal, to kill and to destroy. He is after your star/destiny! Your family and relations as in the case of Joseph and Abel can become star killers or hunters! Business partners and associates can also hunt after your star. But today/tonight, as many as they are that are fighting your star, shall dry up and their agenda shall scatter/backfire in Jesus name.

TOPIC: IT’S TIME TO CURL OR COIL!

BASIC SCRIPTURE: PSALM 119: 83-105.

Below are more wisdom tips from the serpent: A serpent will always curl (Defensive coiling). One interesting thing that many snakes do is curl themselves up rather than stretching out snakes curl up to protect themselves from predators. Due to their shape, if a snake was stretched all the way out, it would be very easy for it to become a prey. Serpents have what is called Defensive Coiling When threatened, some snakes will coil up into a ball with the head protected inside the coils of the body. They protect the head because that is their MOST VALUABLE POWER HOUSE! Their deadly poison and teeth are there! Wow! Wisdom! The snake also curls to have heat and to organize itself for battle – this represents discipline!
Instead of being scattered all around, it tends to become smaller by curling. It turns itself to a state it can manage! Oh, I wish many businesses can learn from this! As you grow in life or as you become “LONGER” – BIGGER, quickly organize, otherwise, you will agonize later! There are people that have investments all over the world but even their wives or children do not know! Some have even forgotten what they have! They are TOO BIG or in my words TOO LONG! It’s time to COIL or CURL! It’s time to be able to monitor your life and existence! Sell some properties you have in far away countries! Never be anti-growth but know that BIG is not always BETTER! The days of small, well-organised businesses are here! This is discipline RE-ORGANIZING YOUR LIFE, CAREER and MINISTRY to what you can manage and discipline is the hallmark of a successful life. As a child of God, discipline yourself!

Have time for the Word daily. Do not compromise your quiet time with your God; declare a personal fast weekly. Be disciplined in your career, business and whatever you do. Avoid procrastination of spiritual things and in your goals, follow up every plan with the required action, and be organized. Re-moulding your life is never too late. Today’s scripture Vs 98 says, “Thou through Thy commandments hast made me wiser than nine enemies… Wow! This is the plan of God: to corrupt the wisdom of your enemies and make you wiser than them. BASIC SCRIPTURES: MATTHEW 10:16-21; PSALM 119: 95-98.

Welcome! There are certain lessons which I call, THE WISDOM OF THE SERPENT that we can learn from even in its fallen state because in the school of wisdom, there is no graduate. Verse 16 of today’s first scripture says, “Behold, I send you forth as sheep in the midst of wolves: be ye therefore wise as serpents, and harmless as doves.” Jesus made reference to the wisdom of the serpent because the serpent is the wisest creature on earth. Of all God’s creation, two animals are crafty: the snake and the fox. But the LORD Jesus did not ask us to emulate the fox Oh! The fox is crafty!

The fox has wisdom embedded in craftiness and cheating meant to punish and harm others. The fox has one motive: To cheat, deceive, harm, and hurt you! But the wisdom of the snake is not to harm. The wisdom of the snake is to protect itself. Self-defence is the first law of nature! And in self-defence, COWARDICE is the only sin! So Jesus said that if you want to make it on earth and make heaven at last, you have to be as wise as the serpent IN PROTECTING YOURSELF because there are too many wolves on earth. You are God’s first reference point in His dealings with humanity! He says: LOVE YOUR NEIGHBOUR AS YOURSELF! Self awareness and self-defence are crucial in winning the game of life! Your best friend, business partner, colleague or neighbour can be a FOX.

Oh! Your husband or wife can be a FOX. The word ‘subtle’ used to describe the serpent in Genesis 3:1 means harmless. All the wisdom of the serpent is to protect itself. This is because the serpent is the only cursed animal on earth and for it to navigate its way and survive the jungle of the animal kingdom and the battles of life, it must apply wisdom. You are confined by the walls you build around yourself! Nobody can confine or limit you! The person you see in the mirror everyday should be your greatest competitor everyday! Nobody is your competitor! Most times, your worst enemy is your MEMORY! As A MAN or a woman THINKETH SO IS HE/SHE!
Guard your thoughts or they will become your destiny POISON! If you can stop expecting IMPOSSIBLE PERFECTION in yourself, then you will find the confidence and happiness that has always eluded you. STOP CONDEMNING YOURSELF! Love yourself! Love your height, colour, body, etc. Champions keep playing till they get it right! So why look down on yourself? Is there any human without one error or the other? Show me one soul that has never made a mistake! LOVE YOURSELF because you are the best! THE PIT: HAD NO WATER! YOUR BATTLES HAVE LIMITS!

BASIC SCRIPTURES: ZECHARIAH 9: 9-11; GENESIS 37:18-24.

Welcome to today’s devotional with the God who is the Master Planner and Master Strategist and He is up to something splendid in your life this year! The Holy Ghost wants you to note the last verses of today’s 2 Scripture Genesis 37:24: “And they took him, and cast him into a pit: and the pit was empty, there was no water in it.” And Zechariah 9:11 says: As for thee also, by the blood of thy covenant, I have sent forth thy prisoners out of the pit wherein is no water. Note this: “AND THE PIT WAS EMPTY; THERE WAS NO WATER IN IT!” Note also: “PIT WHEREIN IS NO WATER” The question is: Why did the pit they threw Joseph into have no water? Why did the pit mentioned in today’s first scripture have no water until the Blood of the Everlasting Covenant spoke for them? The answer is: God will not allow you to go through a temptation that is bigger than you.

Yes, the all wise God will never allow you go through a battle that will overwhelm, swallow up or drown you. Oh! I believe that if the pit they threw Joseph in had water, it may probably have drowned him and led to his premature death. So God in His wisdom knew that Joseph could not swim and He made sure that the pit had no water! Also, if the pit had water, there may have been issues like water-borne diseases, skin infections, encounter with dangerous reptiles which would have also led to Joseph’s premature death! That was his wicked brothers’ evil intention – his DEATH. But Halleluiah! Thank you Jesus! God placed a boundary and a limit to his pit battles. And what the Holy Ghost is saying to a user of today’s devotional: EVERY ALLOWED BATTLE HAS A BOUNDARY! There is a limit to every battle you face! Yes! YOUR TRIALS HAVE LIMITS! In this year of Divine Elevation, when your haters are planning, God will LIMIT THEM! The pit was dry in order to put a limit on Joseph’s battles.

BASIC SCRIPTURE:
2 SAMUEL 17:14-23.

Welcome! In life generally, we tend to project people’s weaknesses more than their strengths and their weak points more than their strong points. To get the best out of people, learn to project and magnify their strengths. After all, you don’t know it all yourself and you need help too. Despite all the flaws of Ahithophel, in spite of his deadly conspiracy against King David and irrespective of the hatred and betrayal he showed towards David, the scripture did not ignore the good side of Ahithophel, and we must learn from that. Heaven recorded the last few things Ahithophel did before his death.

Vs. 23 of today’s scripture says: “And when Ahithophel saw that his counsel was not followed, he saddled his ass, and arose, and gat him home to his house, to his city, and put his household in order, and hanged himself and died, and was buried in the sepulchre of his father.” In this second quarter of the year, there are a few lessons to learn from the few things that Ahithophel did before his shameful death. Note: “He saddled his ass, and arose, and gat him home to his house, to his city, and put his household in order.” HE PUT HIS HOUSEHOLD IN ORDER! Wow! Ahithophel put his household in ORDER before he died. This is too important to be ignored by God. God is the God of order.
1 Corinthians 14:40 reveals: “Let all things be done and in order.

Order helps to eliminate confusion. It prevents the occurrence of avoidable mistakes. It gives direction to people, places and events. Every year, the Queen travels to Balmoral to spend the summer with her family. While filming a segment during a documentary a few years ago, the cameras caught a moment when the Queen invited the former Prime Minister, David Cameron to Balmoral. As the cameras spanned around the room, they picked up on a cushion that was placed on Her Majesty’s sofa. On the cushion, it stated, “it’s good to be Queen”, much to the delight of viewers who saw that piece of beautifully crafted homeware. Quickly, viewers wrote about their hilarity overseeing the Qucen’s cushion.
Comments poured in, in droves. Someone wrote: “The Queen has the best cushion.” One Vic Thompson wrote: “Tonight we have learned that the Queen has a cushion bearing the slogan ‘its good to be Queen’. Marvellous.” Way from how the Queen and of course her husband the “king” has decorated their own home; the Holy Ghost wants you to remember that you are also a QUEEN and a KING! 1 Peter 2:9 says:”But ye are a choosen generation, a royal priesthood, an holy nation, a peculiar people; that ye should shew forth the praises of Him who hath called you out of darkness into His marvellous light” Stop looking who down on yourself! Tell yourself daily that “it’s good to be Queen/king made by GRACE!” Don’t forget that in all England/Britain, about eight queens have reigned for a total of just under two hundred years with four of them producing seventeen heirs between them and four of them dying childless.

And there have been 12 kings of the Kingdom of Great Britain. In 827, Northumbria submitted to Egbert of Wessex at Dore, briefly making Egbert the first king to reign over a united England! Wow! I love the history of Royalty, but the Holy Ghost wants you to know that you are ROYALTY and your ROYAL HISTORY was started in BLOOD-the Blood of calvary! History! Many are limited by their thinking. They are always trying to figure out how God is going to do that big miracle that they desire. They are trying to think of how God will get them out of debts, how God is going to give them that baby when the doctors have said again and again that it is impossible for them to have a child. They go to bed every night worrying about how God will find that lovely caring partner that they desire.
THE BIG PROBLEM WITH “HOW” IS THAT WHEN YOU ARE SWEATING YOURSELF TRYING TO FIGURE OUT HOW YOU END UP PUTTING GOD IN A BOX. My Jehovah CANNOT be put in a box. No matter how great your hunger and desire is, YOU CANNOT DICTATE TO GOD HOW HE WILL DO THAT BIG THING THAT HE HAS PROMISED TO DO. Dear user of today’s devotional, SET YOUR MIND ON ONE THING TODAY IF HE HAS PROMISED TO DO IT, HE WILL DO IT. Let Him figure out HOW to do it. That is HIS AREA OF EXPERTISE!

THE FAVOUR OF GOD: HE CAME TO TOWN FOR HER!

When the sun of God’s grace and favour shines upon a man, every voice that is saying “NO” to that man’s blessings and advancement in life has to bow and keep shut. For many years, this woman with the issue of blood sought for deliverance and healing. She went from doctor to doctor, and from deliverer to deliverer, but she kept on facing disappointment. Her circumstance defied every kind of solution. But one day, THE SUN OF GOD’S FAVOUR ROSE UPON HER AND SHONE BRIGHTLY UPON HER.
Jesus came to her town, and when she heard that Jesus was in town, she moved out to receive her miracle. She told herself, “If i may touch but His clothes (helm of His garment), I shall be made whole.” The favour of God working on behalf of this woman caused Jesus to come into her town. Did you get that? Favour brought Jesus to her town! He came for her sake! That favour made a way for her through the crowd of thousands of spectators. Hundreds of people were standing between her and her miracle, but she could not be discouraged.
Hear me today: Maybe you’ve heard “NO” again and again, and you are tired of trying again; Get Up And Go And Try One More Time GO And Make That call Again! Go And Pray Again. Go And DO Whatever God Has Put In Your Heart To Do Again! Its Your Season Of HIGHER FAVOUR And You Cannot Be STOPPED! Something will start happening because of you! TOPIC: THEY FOUND A BODY!

BASIC SCRIPTURE: NAHUM 2: 1-10

Many months ago, the Air Accidents Investigation Branch (AAIB) of the UK, confirmed that a body was recovered from the wreckage of the crashed plane that was carrying the international footballer – Emiliano Sala and his pilot David Ibbotson. The agency, however, did not disclose the identity of the body. AAIB said in a statement that the body was “successfully recovered”, but attempts to recover the aircraft wreckage were unsuccessful. The overall operation was brought to an end, due to “poor weather conditions. BASIC SCRIPTURE: GENESIS 37:24-30.

Welcome to today’s devotional encounter! I am led to paraphrase Vs. 24 and 25 of today’s scripture thus: “And they took him, and cast him into a pit. And they sat down to eat bread. And Amos 6:6 says: “They drink wine in bowls, and anoint themselves with the chief ointments: but they are not grieved tor the affliction of Joseph.” Amazing! Note the words: But they are not grieved for the affliction of Joseph.” “And they sat down to eat bread.” This is utter wickedness!
The brothers of Joseph were not grieved, they did not show any remorse for the heartache, pain and agony they inflicted on their brother Joseph. They sat down to eat bread while Joseph was eating his tears in the pit. Oh! That means they threw a party for the downfall of Joseph. They threw a party because they had concluded that his dreams would not come to pass. Ah! They sat down to eat and drink because they felt they had captured his destiny. Yes, even after they sold him to Egypt, they continued their partying.
And since all truths are parallel, this is exactly what goes on in the realm of the spirit in the hearts of your enemies and sometimes in the physical towards you. Your enemies want to throw a party daily because of you, but they shall fail this year. The Holy Ghost wants you to know that those planning to party, jubilate, eat and drink over you shall be overtaken with the sword of God. TOPIC: THE PRINCIPLE OF “PUT MORE”; YOUR HATERS ARE WATCHING!

BASIC SCRIPTURE: DANIEL 6:1-15.

I am led to share this again as a warning to 34, 498 ODM users today! Ecclesiastes 10:10 says: “If the iron be blunt, and he do not whet the edge, then must he put to more strength: but wisdom is profitable to direct.” Note: “PUT TO MORE STRENGTH!” The principle of “PUT MORE” STRENGTH is as follows: For example, if you were producing 100 school bags and God blesses you and you started producing 400 bags, it means you have grown four times. When this happens, unfortunately envy for you will also increase four times.
So, the higher you go in life, the higher and stronger your enemies will become. Therefore, as your business, career, job, children, finances, ministry, etc, is growing, double your prayer life, Bible study and walk with God also. The higher you go in life, family and ministry etc, you need to double your prayers also. If you were fasting once a week at a particular level of growth or success, your once-a-week fast might not be able to sustain or carry you in your current higher level of growth. So as your life is growing, as your business, career, marriage is growing, as your children are growing academically etc, you need to also double your prayer life so that your enemies will not rejoice over you.

Do you know that many people are waiting to see you come down? The Bible says that when Daniel knew that the writing was signed, he went into his house, and his windows being open in his chamber toward Jerusalem, he kneeled upon his knees three times a day, and prayed (Vs 10). Go and do likewise! Prayer is your elevation key! Peace!

Vs 17 of today’s scripture says: “And the king appointed the
lord on whose hand he leaned to have the charge of the gate
and the people trod upon him in the gate, and he died, as the man of God had said, who spake when the king came down to him.” This officer of the government of Samaria was already in the executive council because the king leaned on his hand – signifying that he was a SPECIAL ADVISER TO THE KING.
When an Eastern king walks or stands abroad in open air, he always supports himself on the arm of the highest officer present in that event. So, when the king APPOINTED HIM to have charge of the gate, IT WAS ANOTHER PROMOTION, but that new promotion led to his death. Ah! I am led to prophesy now: ANY GIFT or PROMOTION that will lead to your DISGRACE or DEATH, will pass over you this year in Jesus name.
I know of people who got married and died an untimely death because of that mariage! I know of people who got NEW JOBS but lost their FRESH FIRE for God! I know of people who got financial elevation but they became a land of TEARS due to sickness! I know of people who got a travelling VISA, and they went to prison in the foreign country! Oh! May you not use your money to buy your untimely death or sorrow this year! Pray seriously now!

TOPIC: SEE THAT INVISIBLE STICKER! RESPECT ALL!

BASIC SCRIPTURE: JOHN 8: 1-1.

A car ahead was moving Iike a turtle and not giving me way in spite of my continuous honking! I was on the brink of losing my cool when l noticed the small sticker on the car’s rear Physically challenged; Please be patient. And that changed everything! I immediately became calm and slowed down! ln fact, I got a little protective of the car and the driver! I reached home a few minutes late, but it was ok! And then it struck me. Would I have been patient if there was no sticker? Why do we need stickers to be patient with people!?

Will we be more patient and kind with others if people had labels pasted on their foreheads like the labels below: “Lost my job,” “Fighting cancer,” “Going through a bad divorce,” “Suffering emotional abuse,” “Lost a loved one, “Feeling worthless”, “Financially broken” and more like these! Always remember that we all (including you), go through various battles in life, family and ministry! Yes! Everyone is fighting a battle we know nothing about. The least we can do is to be patient, kind and compassionate. As you go out today and daily, please respect the Invisible Labels on people’s foreheads and stop judging them! Today’s scripture is on point and Job 42: 10 is on a greater point! Pray for others!

Welcome to today’s devotional with He that is called the, FIRST BORN AMONG MANY BRETHREN (Romans 8: 29)! When it comes to God, He makes no mistakes. Every human being has the propensity to make mistakes, but not Your God! He is perfect and His works are perfect. You are His work! In fact, you are His workmanship, a masterpiece of His creation! When God made you, He did not make a mistake! He did a thorough and complete job. You are not just an afterthought. You are unique and there is no other person like you. when people look at you, there is always a limit to what they can see.

NO ONE KNOWS YOU THE WAY GOD KNOWS YOU. Yes! God created you and hid your identity from your enemies so that He will use you as His ELEVATION SHOWROOM this year. He created you and He equipped you with all that you’ll ever need to live a life of victory and success. Wow! This amazing! God did not create you to fail or to SUFFER DEMOTION! Kenneth/Copeland puts it thus: “There are no God-made failures.” In other words, GOD IS NOT IN THE BUSINESS OF MAKING FAILURES. Vs 14 of today’s scripture says: “I will praise Thee; for I am fearfully and wonderfully made: marvellous are Thy works; and that my soul knoweth right well.” David is saying emphatically that God makes no mistakes well and in creating him, He made no mistake. He created him second to none! Joel Osteen said: You are not what people call you! You are what you answer to.”
It doesn’t matter what people may call you or what Iife throws at you; if you refuse to answer to it, it will never become your name. The LORD IS your ELDER BROTHER and you are to look like Him in power, purity and prosperity. Will God waste HIS time to create a FAMILY OF FAILURES AND SHAMEFUL CHILDREN? NO! NO! NO! Your life must see results and you are moving forward BY FORCE this year! God is not a man and cannot lie. He says what He means and He means what He says! Hold on to Him and look up to Him!
