Yes there are PDP members in Apc because at formation Apc incorporated a faction of PDP...and also some have moved from apc to pdp and vice versa....but the numbers are small and insignificant. Rather you will see a vast majority of AD/ANPP/AC members that have never been to pdp . What you see mainly is people moving from pdp to Apc not the other way round
