This is just to encourage someone here and also to thank the pioneer of this group, Mr Bellong. I stumbled on this group as at late 2016 and I followed it diligently. It took me time and I overcame different obstacles with time. Today, I am an Australian citizen, something I didn’t have in mind as at early 2016. If you have what it takes, go the skilled visa route. You will be happy you did at the end.✌️ |

Joge64: Generally, i think colleges are less expensive. However, with my research, the following universities are quite affordable. 1. University of Saskatchewan 2. University of Manitoba 3. University of Guelph 4. University of British Columbia 5. University of Lethbridge I don’t think colleges can guarantee a visa with the applicant already a master’s degree holder. I will look into all these. Thanks |

Now I am back in trusting it. I wished, I cashed out with that yesterday. Then reinvest with half of that, I would have been happier. |

My people if una see profit, make una take oh because the bears cometh like a thief in d night, a word is enough. Please, can someone comfortably buy a land from an individual that his community allocated land to. I mean this land has no document as it has not been given to anyone or sold before. This person is the first person to be given that land. And the community representative in the Local government is a witness and promises to follow up in the documentation of the papers if it is sold to me. I need advice here and I am not ready to chat anyone privately, please. |

diggy4real: House, I created an EE profile for my sibling and I got a message that she is not eligible for Canada Express entry program. When I looked back at the application, I discovered that her IELTS’ date on the profile was wrongly written as 1st June, 2018 instead of 1st June 2019 and I have tried correcting it, no option for modify or edit. Please, will I have to start all again? I will be happy if there is an option on how to just edit this part. Please, someone should help me on this. |

bligs: Doubt if you can renew your passport in Brisbane, the only place i am aware of in Australia is Nigeria High Commission in Canberra and the process is seamless, call or mail them and you will be told what to do and book a date for your biometric capture, you get your passport on the same day. Regarding contacting DHA to update your passport isn't necessary, and if there's need for that, DHA will mail and give you a duration to provide your new passport. Thank you for your response. I think the question should have been how easy is it getting a response from DHA after grant on a new passport since one can’t travel with a passport that has a validity that is less than 6months? |

Please house, getting a new passport here after grant and updating DHA about it and flying down to Australia and getting a new passport in Brisbane, which is better? I read somewhere that after grant notification, updating DHA about a new passport takes them months to reply? Please, who has ever tried this? How long does it take? |

Congratulations on the grant. That was a long ride.
The CO should have contacted the HR to confirm the date of birth. You provided government records to proof your age, HR mistake shouldn't have overridden government evidence.
