HealthRe: Tonye Cole: The Third Coronavirus Patient & I Were On The Same Flight by Diiet: 5:32pm On Mar 18, 2020
This is hapening because we have a govt that doesn't know how to do the right things at the right time.
History will not be kind with Buhari if this virus kill any Nigerian.
PoliticsRe: SW Will Be Wiped Out If Boarder Is Not Closed Now by Diiet: 5:23pm On Mar 18, 2020
ColdCode:
We waste a lot of time before taking decision. The reason is backed up by individual selfish interest. Just imagine this airport is in Abuja. The decision will be different. Most people comes in and go out through Lagos airport. If Ghana, have taken the right step what are we still doing...
And they are quit aware that we don't have good medical care in Nigeria, we don't have companies that can match the production of protective kit with our population.
Yet they are still risking it...
I pray luck will be on outside.
If anyone is banking on Fg to do the needful without been urged or cried to, such a person will be met with disapointment. It's like we have a govt that is not aware of the happenings in the international scene or doesn't know the kind of method to apply to tackle challenges. I don't know the kind of name to qualify this govt with.
We are all in the hands of God.

I doubt Buhari is aware of what is going on in the international scene
PoliticsRe: SW Will Be Wiped Out If Boarder Is Not Closed Now by Diiet: 3:35pm On Mar 18, 2020
If this report is accurate then we are playing with ticking bomb. Sanwolu should swing to action because FG acts like snail on every important issue.
PoliticsRe: Release Of Repentant Boko Haram: Rights Group Demands Same To All Inmates by Diiet: 8:51pm On Mar 02, 2020
If Boko haram makes a cease fire agreement with Nig govt and respect it for one or two years and then FG comes with idea of giving them Amnesty, that would have been understandable, but amnesty to a terror group that could even strike tommorow is a stupid idea from this Buhari govt.
PoliticsRe: FG Sets To Suspend N-power, School Feeding And Other Social Investment Programme by Diiet: 5:56pm On Feb 28, 2020
The real reason Fg is suspending these programes may be because rehabilitating repentant boko haram terrorists is now its number one priority, and funds being spent on Npower and school feeding prog would be needed. With Buhari govt every surprise is posible.
PoliticsRe: Repentant Terrorists To Enjoy Foreign Education – Senate Bill by Diiet:
Now we know the people sponsoring boko haram

The real boko haram ended around february 2015 when GEJ hired macheneries, with the help of chadian troops launched offensive against them, the Boko haram we have now is the creation of this present govt.
May God deliver Nigerians from the hands of evil people in power.

PoliticsRe: Afenifere, Ohanaeze, PDP Blasts Osinbajo For Wooing Yoruba With 2023 Presidency by Diiet: 10:46am On Dec 24, 2018
Odumakin no get sense again.

Every yoruba should start seeing that man as enemy within hiding under Afenifere, a paper tiger organisation to work against the progress and interests of the yoruba race.
Some one should ask him what he 's been able to lobby for SW since asuming the post of attack dog of PDP.
For yorubas to start taking Afenifere seriously again, Odumakin should be relieved of his post as spokeperson.

Their exit will have no effect on nattin! I cannot just imagine if our economy was dependent on their rotten meat, we would have been poorer than Somalia!
lt'll only reduce or end herdmen and farmers clash.
PoliticsRe: Nigerian Economy Can Collapse If We Leave - Miyetti Allah by Diiet: 8:24am On Dec 24, 2018
Comments I'm seeing in the FP show that the posters didn't read before submitting their comments.
Miyeti Allah thinks it can cripple Nigeria's economy by directing all its members across the country to move out of the country and go trade somewhere else if FG policies become too burdensome for them. Not by violent as some are insinuating.
I disagree with them though, if they stop trading here, people from different tribes would quickly fill the vacum and their exit won't have negative effects on our economy.
PoliticsRe: The Shallowness/futility Of The Yoruba And Igbo Political Bickering on social me by Diiet:
HisSexcellency:
This issue goes both ways, both tribes are guilty in this. I have never seen attacks or throwing of tantrums from others like the two groups i mentioned earlier. Let there be some sanity for the good of all members and guests who use this forum.
Seun needs to have a chit chat with the mods, cus they have a major role in restoring sanity on this forum.
Mods or the owner of this site won't do anything about it, they are benefitting from it as it helps to drive traffic to the forum.
Threads with tribal colouration, in which people would have to defend their tribes do get the highest comments and views. Hence, defeating tribalism on this forum would be imposible, but it can be reduced. We can reduce it by looking into the root cause of it. Though Nairaland has always been battle ground but Jonathan's 2015 loss blew the whole thing out of proportion. The blame for lack of decorum that is now the order of the day on this forum goes to the losers of 2015 election, who are now holding SW/yoruba as scape goat just to ease their pains and comfort themselves.
As my previous post says , SW youths are only retaliating. And that will not stop as long as they keep pointing accusing fingers at us.

Blame Ipobs and their sympathisers from the east for this mess.
Immediately Jonathan lost, they began seeing Yoruba as reason behind his defeat and they resorted to name calling.
Yoruba youths are only retaliating.

Instant Death sentence should be the measure of punishment for ritualism and yahoo plus crime. They are not different from terorrists.
PoliticsRe: Experts Say Nigeria Must Change Its Strategy To Defeat Boko Haram by Diiet:
Changing strategy without looking at the root of their failure won't chnge anything.
Jonathan was weak but he dealt and demoralised Boko haram around January and February 2015.
Why couldn't the military under the current regime keep that momentum going? My verdicts are simple, the current military commanders are either sympathetic to the boko boys or completely clueless, any of the case is enough reason for the president to replace them asap. Keeping them till now is what I'll never understand.
PoliticsRe: Sanwo-Olu: Igbo Man Will Be Governor Of Lagos One Day by Diiet: 9:02pm On Dec 19, 2018

Keep deceiving yourself. I have said it several times before, it's only a matter of time before Ndi takes over the entire Lagos. Hence, it's a question of WHEN not IF an Igbo person would be the governor of Lagos state soon.

O pari
The only part of lagos we can allow you to take for free and with ease is the lagoon down down, the ilajes won't allow you disturb ther daily activities on the surface of the water.

You are funny, thats what you said before. are you aware that Igbo men are already making laws and representing Afonjas in Abuja and your state assembly? are you are aware that an Igbo man has been Governor of Lagos State?
Indomie pikin
You are making laws and representing us in Abuja? Na wa o.

An igbo man was made gov by the military, that can happen under democratic regime.

Oshigun:
Not impossible but such will happen only for an Igbo man who is totally trusted and more Lagosian at heart than Igbo. An Igbo who is dedicated to doing what is best for all Lagosians, above and beyond ethnic lines, will thrive and be supported otherwise he will get the Ambode treatment. It would be someone like Igbokwe only and we are talking at least 50 or so years in future anyway.
You know ibos are bragarts, if we mistakenly elect one of them as gov of lagos, they'll rub it in our faces by calling us names. Another thing is that they are too self centered, before you know it, ibos would be getting larger percent of political appointmnets than the indegenes. You and I know what they are capable of doing.

This guy has been in prison for almost two weeks now and no one seems to remember him. Like play like play, dem don dey forget am for prison.
Where is pdp chairman and other biwigs politicians in the useless party? PDP was bad as ruling party, poor as opposition for always abandoning his own at the time of trouble.
Who would have thought Deji, for all his sacrifices for PDP online has no vaue to them? Lesson to online warriors like ffk, Reno and others that online popularity doesn't directly translate to real life values.

Sitting on the fence is allowed in politics.
My only concern is that they always accuse yoruba of doing same.
I've heard them saying something like yorubas are the problems, they are neither here nor there.
Now that your governors are doing same, what do you say to them?
