That light skinned man is on a mission..#NBA#GSW. If you know you know....don't sleep on it.

I have seen enough of the Bendel Insurance and that chap from Remo FC on the continent to believe that they are more than capable to chase Uzoho and co away fro the SE. They only need to be given a chance and the rest will be history.
Philosopher1979:
Its easy. If home based teams can do well in chan and club competitions their players will be invited. Lwt enyimba do well in the african league let us get to thr semi final of chan etc and they will be condidered.
Even during keshis time they did well in chan wafu cup and some club competitions
SportsRe: "The Super Eagles Thread: The Road To AFCON 2027, 2028 And 2030 World Cup by dijon: 2:53pm On Oct 22, 2023
I can stake my unmovable asset that those two without bias or sentiment would chase Uzoho and his gang of foreign base bench warmers out of SE if given the opportunityby JP
Kog45:
OMG!just watched Christian Nwoke of Sporting Lagos and Amas Obasogie, the two are better than Uzoho and Maduka…Nwoke hasn’t conceded so far in three matches but from what I saw in the highlights Nwoke and Obasogie will not makes those pure elementary errors committed by Uzoho.

Work in progress team. Think this match comes too early for Enyimba. They will try but this quarter final is the end of the road.
TheSuperNerd:
Enyimba's AFL Quest begins

It's the big one on Sunday. African Football League (the Super League version in Africa) with Enyimba, Nigerian Champs up against Moroccan Giants, Wydad Casablanca.

Excited to see Daniel Daga feature in this against the best on the continent.

BascoVanVeli, am an ardent follower of your youtube channel, please that boy need no defence from you. He virtually knows what he is doing
i can bet that what he did he the return leg with Ghana and Saudi Arabia has underlying motive. Is it not the same Uzoho that kept against Man utd. The better we discard that boy quickly from the National team the better for our mental sate of health or he will infect the low level players remaining in the team.
Did you see Ndidi reaction and look when he slammed the ball in the net...an harmless kick from 35meters...
His reaction to criticism smoked him out. JP mentioned going forward players with high ceilings will dorn the SE jersey
BascoVanVeli:
Home training or not a man will always defend himself. Plus we all know the criticism was not simple grin . From his response u can see that he is answering people who say he shouldn't even be a goalkeeper and what he said was the truth. To make it to the level he is at is not easy and we can't take that away from the man just because he has been piss poor at the moment.
SportsRe: "The Super Eagles Thread: The Road To AFCON 2027, 2028 And 2030 World Cup by dijon: 9:23am On Oct 18, 2023
That chap has been giving our matches to the highest bidder, he has virtually been stuck in the backwaters of Europe, and with meagre salry that can't give him a good retirement cover....imagine his response to genuine criticism and you will understand my position about him.
He pawned us with that Partey goal and the Saudi goal.
Barryseal:
Ezenwa seems to have retired. I would gladly take him over these lot we are parading. Bless him, he never made any high profile error when he played.
Thomas Partey wouldn't have scored that goal against Ezenwa , I can bet my house on that.
SportsRe: "The Super Eagles Thread: The Road To AFCON 2027, 2028 And 2030 World Cup by dijon: 9:16am On Oct 18, 2023
I will not give up on the the team yet till i see our squad list for the two games in November. If the coach stick with the three average goalkeepers he has been giving call up to then i will zero my mind on we going beyond the round of 16.
The personnel from defence to the attack is loaded but you need a good and not average goalkeeper to win Afcon.
Kog45:
Scout wey gave us poor goalkeepers we are still battling with….If Akpeyi No keep today na Ezenwa tomorrow and the next day na Uzoho and next the next was Maduka from regional league, credit to Balogun and Ekong who knew they always having mediocre in goal post….time for our CBs to raise their games or else next Afcon would be worst….Abi no be the same Saudi Arabia our brother Mali beat 3-1 and some they write stories on how our team is taking shape based on São Tomé,Saudi Arabia and 10 man Mozambique.

Oga Mostob make you no vex I don tire
SportsRe: "The Super Eagles Thread: The Road To AFCON 2027, 2028 And 2030 World Cup by dijon: 9:06am On Oct 18, 2023
Very well said sir. It is an aberration. Am not canvassing for NPFL but the truth is bitter to our ears, an average Npfl goal keeper playing every match day is 100% better than any bench warmer goalkeeper we have in Europe
Kog45:
They are better, that’s the fact, playing regularly is the koko for goalkeeper confidence.

I will never pick a Cyprus league bench player over very active and rated NPFL keeper who does it week in week out, just check out Amas Obasogie performance last season in CAF cup….

Enough of overrating a 32 caps Uzoho who didn’t had a match to be remembered for in national team. Also Maduka didn’t made any appearance in a league last season except two matches in league cup and FA cup and you expect me to rate the two mediocre who came into eagles unmerited from regional league and division three and yet to convince me for once.

There is nothing wrong with Super Eagles midfield.
The present personel playing and in tge reserves are good and excellentto do a very good job.
We are creating dozens of chances for tge forwards but tgey are profligate.
Kog45:
I think it’s time we give players that can do it the chance irrespective where they are,Sunday Mba won Afcon for us….reason why we need to invite Ifeanyi Emmanuel and Kelechi Nwakili just like we are having Fisayo in camp, let’s solve things fast.

Am seeing us losing out just like last Afcon if things are not addressed….goalkeeping issue is there and midfield is thin cuz we can’t be having Ndidi and Iwobi alone starting,we need midfielder that can give us fluidity just like Mikel normally does it for us.
SportsRe: "The Super Eagles Thread: The Road To AFCON 2027, 2028 And 2030 World Cup by dijon: 1:01pm On Oct 14, 2023
I am honestly beginning to think Uzoho is been mischievous in goal for Super Eagles, he virtually scores goals into his own net or allow weak shot sail in between his legs into the net. The earlier we discard him and grow an homemade goalkeeper in the mould of Bendel Insurance, Rivers United or Remo stars goalkeeper the better for our chances in the afcon.
With Uzoho, Adeleye or Okoye and all their previous shenanigans in post, we might not see the quarter final.

My thoughts and opinions on the Esperance vs Plateau United Match.

1. Plateau United played gallantry but they lacked the technical skills in killing off a game.

2. Plateau United played against the crowd, lush wide playing field, and most importantly the centre referee.
3. We play our league football mostly on sub standard pitches (artificial and cow dung pitches) and these most importantly killed the technical skill aspect of our local based players.

3. We can not compete with the North Africans in club football, they are 30 years ahead of us...we caught up with them in the era of Bendel Insurance, Bcc lions of Gboko and Enyimba International but maladministration, poor pitches, incompetent coaches and win at all cost syndrome set our club and Association football 30 years backward.

Solution
1. Scrap all document and laws guiding our league.

2. Start all over again with genuine football stakeholders (not government hungry men running our present day football clubside and state associations) and use modern football laws and templates to develop the league.

3. Stay away from Africa football clubside competitions for 5 years

4. Mandate any club that wants to be part of the Association football to provide evidence that it can sustain itself without government fund and have a modern club house that will include all facilities to aid the development of players example Remo stars.
SportsRe: "The Super Eagles Thread: The Road To AFCON 2027, 2028 And 2030 World Cup by dijon: 7:16pm On Sep 18, 2022
Am not surprised...typical lethargic play from our NPLC clubside. I enjoyed their passing game, the best have watched and seen from a Nigeria clubside since the days of BCC lions of Gboko, Leventis United and Bendel Insurance on the continent.
With more investment and motivation, Remo stars will be a force to reckon with soon.
BascoVanVeli:
Chai. Remo threw away a golden opportunity. One moment of madness and bam. Not having Andy Okpe really hurt them. No one was calm enough

@ komekn please how many of the 26games did KC start from the bench and vis a vis Vardy?
komekn:
Last season 2021/22 KC played 26 games and scored 4 goals. Vardy played 25 and scored 15, even with limited game time from injury.

There is not much to stay .

I have not seen one child within my geographical area been fed from this homongous feeding fee, a boy on scholarship from me who i enrolled into a public primary school from class 1 and now in class 6 informed me that no such feeding program exist in their school.
This is a national scam and it shall never be well with the generation of those behind this scam and subjected average Nigerians to begers on the street and massively eroded our purchasing power.
