First Registrar's was divested several years ago.

FBN Insurance has been divested too. Same with FBN Microfinance Bank. What you have now is First Bank and FBN Quest and then First Pension is a subsidiary under First Bank. There are also the international subsidiaries under First Bank.

They confuse person alot and make it seem like they're different bodies.

first bank is an arm under fbn holdings. Fbn holdings is a conglomerate of companies comprising of firstbank, first registrars, fbn quest, fbn insurance etc.
