Yes

then you should know building a custom site for what u need is better than using a quick solution/generic tool like WP

emmalexdboy:
OP，it seems you took some oshogbo weed before writing this piece of shit. Go read this post：www.onlinebloggingincome.com/why-use-wordpress to learn 30 Compelling Reasons Wordpress Is The Best Blogging Platform On Earth.

I wrote that post specifically for ignorant folks like you.

Can you code a site from scratch?

Op ignore them. You are making soo much sense there. Bashers feel free to bash me too.

OP, I never get your time. Let me finish my garri first.

I don't know where you got your ideas from, but I'm sure it's not from this planet. Take a look at these websites:

Do you know what these top Nigerian websites have in common? They are built with WordPress. This is just to mention a few not to talk of other big brands like Yahoo, Samsung, Forbes, Mashable, Mozilla and the likes

You should just admit you don’t know anything about WordPress or its potential instead of posting this bull crap. I mean, if WordPress wasn’t the darling we all know, why would big brands choose to run not one, not two but several of their websites (and applications) on the platform?

WordPress is very easy to use, you don't need to go to a coding school before building with WordPress. Every points you listed up there are all void and invalid. With the thousands of plugin in the WordPress repository, you can achieve any task you want just by clicking few buttons.

What I'll just advice WordPress users is to learn some basic coding and know how WordPress works, in and out so that you can develop your own themes and plugin to suit your needs. WordPress has come to stay.

So Mr.OP please try and research well before posting your next article and stop "forming" Don.

NB: If you want a blog or website for your business. I'm available for hire (I use WordPress for my web projects).

Mr Man nairaland is not running on wordpress.

We should stop over dependency on data and diversify. Flying without aircraft, teleporting, disappearing and reappearing etc. Screw this failed govt. I am not APC or PDP, just a Nigerian.
